- In the chaos of various factions and the armors they provide, the Phase I Haywire Armor does not stand out and is perfect for simple blending in a crowd, even one of combatants.
- The Spidershell Silk and the TYI Flex Armor ensure a high resistance against lightsabers, blasters, and slugs.
- The Baffleweave weaved into the armor's material has a high probability of jamming sensors.
- The Arginium ensures those who wear this armor will function well when facing areas with radiation.
- Armor supports mobility and quick movement.
- The boots include FrictionGrip coating, which will help avoid slippage.
- Armor includes two different shields that can be enabled with the press of a button; the first being a molecular shield, and the second a shield that can deflect sonic and EMP/ION attacks, but only while it is enabled.

- If the Faraday Cage is not enabled, a good EMP/ION attack could ensure it will never be enable-able, as well as destroy the commlink attacked to the suit. In addition, EMP/Ion assaults may also compromise the sensitive electrical subsystems and advanced sensors built into the helmet of the suit.
- The helmet features an integrated stablilizer mask which may shield the wearer from the effects of mentalism. However, the suit offers little to no protection against other forms of Force-based assault.
- Although the thin shell spider silk, flex-armor, and arginium materials are very capable of protecting the wearer against assault from many of the most common weapon types on the battlefield, they lack the robust qualities needed to defend against cryo-based assault or weaponized forms of extreme cold. In the midst of these assaults, extreme cold and/or CryoBan-based directed fire may simply bleed through the armor, immediately impacting the wearer and rendering negative physiological effects. These may include fourth-degree frostbite, frozen blood vessels, nerve damage, and halted blood flow to vital organs.

Soon after she received her standard issue Phase I Haywire Armor, Hanna set to work on modifying the suit to expand its protective qualities and to add additional utility systems. Seeking to improve her ability to counter sonic-based weaponry, Hanna incorporated an anti-sonic overlay into the suit that strengthens her resistance to the deleterious effects of sonic wave exposure, which include hearing damage, organ rupture, and disorientation. Hanna also sought to improve her mobility in the field. As such, she added a wrist-mounted liquid cable launcher which she can use to quickly ascend vertical structures such as tall buildings, cliff faces, tress, and more. In order to repel rapidly closing hostile combatants, she installed a wrist-mounted repulsor device which can project a powerful shockwave capable of pushing individuals and heavy objects backwards at the maximum power setting. She also added additional survival equipment to her utility belt.
Accounting for her hyper-sensitive respiratory system, Hanna installed a comprehensive oxygen filtration and environmental control system in her helmet to guard against pollution, environmental toxins, and poisonous gases, which can bring about immediately lethal effects given the susceptibility of her respiratory system to contaminated air. In addition, she can toggle the appearance of her helmet to become completely transparent around her head, save for the lights of her HUD and her helmet's electrical subsystems. This allows her to uncover her face when speaking with civilians, without compromising protection.
May 8, 2020: Added a number of sensors, scanners, and utility modules under the Helmet subsection. Rebalanced ratings to increase Force resistance in order to reflect the addition of a stabilizer, at the expense of Radiation and Lightsaber resistance. Removed Elemental resistance and replaced with Cryo/Extreme Cold resistance. Added weakness pertaining to Extreme Cold, which replaces a weakness that detailed the suit's lack of an HUD and advanced sensors. Made minor adjustments to colors and bolding, executed formatting changes in order to unclutter the article given the changes to coding post-site move, adjusted links, and replaced one of the headers which previously had a spelling error.
May 9-10, 2020: Expanded more on the Wrist Repulsor Weapon in the Description section. Added a Temperature Regulator under the General Systems subsection. Replaced Wrist Laser with LPD-40 IceJet Miniaturized CryoBan Projector, added associated permissions and edited section to include permission for use of the Phase I Haywire Armor.
May 15, 2020: Added Airborne Toxin/Poison Resistance.
