  • In the chaos of various factions and the armors they provide, the Phase I Haywire Armor does not stand out and is perfect for simple blending in a crowd, even one of combatants.
  • The Spidershell Silk and the TYI Flex Armor ensure a high resistance against lightsabers, blasters, and slugs.
  • The Baffleweave weaved into the armor's material has a high probability of jamming sensors.
  • The Arginium ensures those who wear this armor will function well when facing areas with radiation.
  • Armor supports mobility and quick movement.
  • The boots include FrictionGrip coating, which will help avoid slippage.
  • Armor includes two different shields that can be enabled with the press of a button; the first being a molecular shield, and the second a shield that can deflect sonic and EMP/ION attacks, but only while it is enabled.

  • If the Faraday Cage is not enabled, a good EMP/ION attack could ensure it will never be enable-able, as well as destroy the commlink attacked to the suit.
  • The suit doesn't offer much protection from the Force.
  • Meant to be a one size fits all, the armor mostly fronts the importance of protection, but nearly nothing else.

As the Agents of Chaos became more than a mere whisper in the Unknown Regions, the need for protective armor began to rise. The group of insurgents, many of whom had abdicated a life that included fighting for different kinds of emperors and would-be rulers, had to leave their equipment behind. But what good was a group that went out without defenses?

Discordia summoned her Firsts to consider what the default armor of the Agents of Chaos would require; armor for those who did not yet know what their purpose was, or who waited for better gear to arrive or be made specifically for them. Many of the Firsts valued protection to the wearer almost above all, and work was put into place.

The Phase I Haywire Armor was made with a unique set of fabrics to ensure maximum protection, while its visuals remained simple; form fitting and black. There was no need for fancier looking things. At the same time, Agents of Chaos ensured that several aspects of the suit could be modified for those who were interested in such.

The suits underwent vigorous testing, small adjustment being made from prototype to prototype, until at last, the final version emerged, and the Agents of Chaos were sent forth wearing it, fighting forward to relinquish the interplanetary control that plagued the galaxy.
