Haddar Veraxes was born to a well-off indigenous Human Anobian family in Hazaria, Anobis. Anobis fell under New Imperial Order during his childhood, but his family's prominence save them a spot in Anobis Imperial government. His father, an accomplished doctor, work closely with the regime while his uncle served as a Storm Commando. Little Haddar idolizes his uncle, who not long after died on an Imperial operation. Following his uncle's footstep, Haddar joined Iron Sun Youth Group and Imperial Stormtrooper Corps academy. A brilliant soldier with budding leadership qualities, Haddar caught the attention of Imperial Knight Argilac during their mission in Noris, and soon after got invited to further Storm Commando training. Haddar missed the bloodbath in Nirauan as he was still completing his training, but soon after he rejoined with Argilac who barely survived the event. After the fall of the old regime, Haddar helped Argilac consolidate the remaining Imperial forces in Anobis. He plays an important part in placating the indegenous Human population of Hazaria, establishing the infrastructure for the continuation of Imperial Storm Commando in Anobis, and handing Argilac and Anobis Imperial Remnant effective control of Hazaria and Anobis.
