Firstly, before i get down to the meat of the edits (Which will be a bit extensive.)
Would this Dev Thread be enough to warrant a military presence in the city. A suitable dev thread was the main concern last time and if the one i have on hand is not enough, ill find some way to finish it up tonight so that i don't take up too much of your time.

Ya, ill finish the edits tomorrow. Bit tired. Its mostly flavor text though that im adding as i added a section concerning the specific defenses of the city already. So if its a concern, take a look and give me a quick heads up on how it looks for that.
