Description: The GUIDE Transport was developed for the GUIDE initiative under Magdalena Lethe. Emeritus, under Vitor Imperieuse, utilized every resource at the company's disposal to ensure the craft would perform as intended. The base design was laid out around Emeritus' most efficient antimatter reactor design, an integrated 1.25:1 matter-antimatter ratio providing a 17% increase in fuel efficiency over older models. Pondering over the craft's future use, a high degree of stealth technology was put into it in order to provide proper protection from pirates.
The craft's countermeasure system begins with a microroughened fiberplast hull, which, while poor in integrity, reduces the chance of the craft being easily detected on sensors as anything more than a fuzzy blip. To further screw up tracking systems, the Riess PSIS-M jamming system was directly integrated into the transport's design, allowing it to jam pirate transmissions and not have to rely on other forms of defense.
When dealing with more well-armed radicals, the transport features a cloaking device, stygium-based, which works in concert with a photon dissipator and an ALGM gravitic modulator to allow for nigh-total invisibility. However, the engines can still be traced thanks to their emissions. It is expected, however, that most will not think of these as issues.
The GUIDE Transport also features a luxury suite, complete with kitchenette, minifridge, and a queen-sized bed. In concert with this are six cargo containers that can be lowered to form the equivalent of two queen-sized beds, though they are more like hammock-supported mattresses in that case. These are for guests, as well as medium storage.
The GUIDE Transport is used exclusively by GUIDE and is not used by anyone else.
GUIDE Transports, due to their significant value, have an in-built tracking system that can be activated by GUIDE in the event that a ship is lost. The tracking system does not work when the ship's cloak is active. As such, a remote system override has also been involved, to ensure that even a cloaked vessel will not be able to escape. Upon overriding manual control, the ship will exit cloak and will become trackable again.
