STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
(+) Resolute - Grugnuk possesses a fanatical mindset that is not easily broken.
(+) Hunter - Having hunted all of his life, Grugnuk is a rather adept fighter, tracker and survivalist.
(+) Strong - In both the force and physically (relative to his size), though the former is untrained.
(-) Short - Grugnuk's stature can be a bit of a limitating factor sometimes, as he cannot run as fast as others or reach cookie jars on high shelves.
(-) Weak - Although strong, for an Ewok, an average human could easily overpower Grugnuk.
APPEARANCE:
Grugnuk is perhaps the most menacing specimen of his species ever birthed. He towers over most Ewoks, and could beat even more in arm wrestles. Many humanoids still deem him 'cute', which infuriates the killer furball. He dons garments he made himself from the skins of his enemies, and more often than not wears an eyepatch over one eye. He does this because a drunk pirate that once crashlanded on Endor told Grugnuk an eyepatch is intimidating to one's enemies. Under the garments is soft black and grey fur that, despite looking a bit mangy, is groomed to utter cleanliness. This fur hides many scars obtained through a lifetime of battle.
BIOGRAPHY:
Grugnuk was born into an aggressive clan that thrived on battle. They worshipped the decrepit and aging helmet of a stormtrooper, professing it to have once belonged to a god of war and fire. Legends spoke of a time when Ewok and god did battle, and in retaliation for this blatant blasphemy, the gods destroyed Endor's moon. Grugnuk grew up believing these lies, and vehemently enforcing his faith on the surrounding tribes through aggressive coercion. "For the Great Warrior!" he'd cry as he waddled hastily into battle.
Little did Grugnuk know that stormtroopers were perhaps the worst warriors the galaxy had ever seen.
He'd come to learn this when, in his late thirties, having become Grand Elder of his clan, Grugnuk encountered a band of smugglers using Endor as a waystation and supply depot. Somehow, they were able to communicate through a magical device that translated speech for both parties. Grugnuk began to trade these smugglers rare Ewok fur for technology and knowledge, until his clan were the dominant clan in the Blood Forests.
But Grugnuk's apetite for territory and conquest still yearned for more. Soon, he would take his children of war to the big sky beyond. Soon, he and his people would conquer the gods.
