- Links: LIKON, Ltd., Exec-class mobile luxury station.
- Space Station Name: Gold Fire Casino
- Station Model: Exec-class mobile luxury station.
- Classification: Mobile Luxury Station
- Location: Gold Fire Casino is currently semi-permanently docked with Damascus Station (permission) by way of magnetic docking clamp assemblies.
- Affiliation: Victor Algernot (owner / sub-account), Gold Fire Casino.
- Population: Moderate
- Damascus Station is home to 1.5 billion sentients, but Gold Fire Casino is much smaller than its host - at any given time, Golf Fire only hosts about fifteen hundred guests at any given time, plus five hundred staff and assorted droids.
- Demographics:
- Damascus Station is Gold Fire Casino's primary source of business, and as such has clientele ranging from Humans (about 50% of the populace), Chiss, Wookies, Trandoshans, Mon Calamari, Dorneans, and Mandalorians.
- Accessibility:
- Gold Fire Casino is well advertised and well known, though reservations are typically needed for anything more than a single day stay. The Casino mainly caters to the middle and upper classes, meaning that accessibility for lower income sentients is usually restricted.
- Traffic: Moderate
- Traffic is typically moderate; most foot traffic in and out of the Casino are only there for an average of a single day; longer term visitors typically stay about a week. Starcraft are easily managed via large hangar accommodations, with the largest ships able to be accommodated being large corvettes - keeping space traffic to a minimum.
- Description:
- The Gold Fire Casino is a beautiful example of LIKON engineering and architecture; a fifteen hundred meter tall Exec-class mobile luxury station, the Gold Fire Casino has all the appearance of a skyscraper floating through space.
- Gold Fire Casino provides only the finest in luxury, with luxurious staterooms equipped with the finest in form-chairs, grav-loungers, relaxa-beds, flex-rugs, and combination hydro/ultrasonic showers with complementary bacta infusion. The station itself is built in the extravagant decor of the Core Classic style (Art Deco equivalent), and heavily features brass, bronzium, and electrum accents and facades against lacquered greel-ebonwood and polished marble flooring. Potted crystal plants, glass ferns, and blooming jade roses round out the decor, illuminated by chromatic chandeliers and sourceless setla lamps.
- If that isn't guaranteed to lift your spirits, then Gold Fire's mood enhancers will; sophisticated mood enhancement suites consisting of scent synthesizers, pheromone enhancers, beta-wave mixers, and delta-wave inducers offer a range of physiological and psychological effects to put a spring in your step. Inside the Gold Fire the food seems to taste better, the wine seems sweeter, and the people seem more attractive; people find themselves smiling as their cares lessen and the pains of the day fade. Time seems light and buoyant, and guests find that the interior lighting has that golden-hour quality only found in the holos.
- Main Casino:

- Restaurant & Lounge:
- Exec-class mobile luxury stations have expansive maximum security, and the Gold Fire retains all of these impressive features:
- First and foremost - molecularly bonded duralium, transparent neutronium windows, anticoncussion field generators, cap drains, and a SEAL shielding system.
- Station-wide weapon detection system and pulse beat sensors.
- Security scanners and security monitor droids in virtually every hallway.
- Automated defense system consisting of concealed ceiling mounted autoturrets plated in laser-reflective armor, equipped with repeating blasters.
- Primary ingress and egress points are outfitted with holoscanner/bioscanner suites.
- Turbolift access, and access points for critical areas are equipped with hidden hit-traps.
- Every portal, hallway, and junction has hidden turadium blastdoors capable of being magnetically sealed and projecting a door-field capable of delivering a stunning charge.
- The flooring of the entire station is rigged with shock filaments as well as pressure sensors (excluding critical areas)
- Hallways, junctions, and public spaces have inset tanglefoot field emitters (multiple emitters spread through each room at knee height), with junctions having ray-shield traps (the floor under these traps appears normal, but one centimeter underneath the paneling has thick turadium to prevent floor cutting).
- The hangars of Exec stations are equipped with expansive magna-locks in the deck plating, capable of magnetically bonding landing gear to the deck (deck plating has been heavily reinforced), as well as forcefield cube emitters, numerous droid turbolaser turrets, and a sustained ion field generator (all hangars are insulated and shielded against these field generators through case-hardened materials and ion surge shielding).
- Special storage vault with three separate turadium blastdoors a meter thick, leading to a large thirty-by-thirty meter walk-in magna-lock safe. Said safe is made out of laminated turadium two meters thick, with an exterior phrik paneling that has been mol-welded at the seams.
Initially a prototype Exec-class built by Roth Likonis, the Gold Fire was going to be decommissioned before it was bought by the eccentric Victor Algernot. Enamored with the Old Core style of the station, Victor turned the newly christened Gold Fire Casino into an expansive gambling den, expanded its casino decks, and hired gourmands for a five-star restauranteur experience.
Part joke, part penthouse, part reason-to-get-out-of-bed-in-the-morning, the Gold Fire remains Victor's favorite lovechild, the station wandering the galaxy and (currently) following Damascus Station as it searches for - in the words of Victor - "The Perfect Mistake."
