He snapped his head to Master Ike.

"Oh that’s ok then – the dead can come back when they want then. And how many creatures come back from the dead the way they were? None. Not now, not ever."

Connor shot his look back to Sochi.

"I saw her killed right before me and her Force aura was extinguished. If something is brought back from the after-life, then it’s certainly not by the Light because the Light transcends death. Only the darkness wants to be MORE than death."

He stepped forward, turning his body slightly. It was his duty to protect those around him and the ones who couldn’t protect themselves.

"How did you come back, and where have you been until now. And why return here now, of all times."

Her mouth opened as if words were to come out, then she looked back at the others. Looking to their faces, she saw the intensity of the situation but also the thirst for the same thing Connor wanted...answers. She turned back to Connor, and inhaled, and not before long she released it.

"Connor...I don't have the answers that every person standing here seeks...including myself. Believe me, I thought the same thing. When I died...I knew I would transcend but apparently that didn't happen. Then I woke up...here, in the world of the living, again. I had no knowledge of what happened...but their was a surge and then..."

She looked to Connor as her accent faded...He grew into the Jedi they all knew he would be. He was always kind hearted, a pure being. Despite him not being her student formally, he was one of the few from their first group that she checked after. For all of that she knew his intentions weren't to harm but to protect...himself included.

"Connor...I came back here for answers. Though I must admit...I was reluctant. I feel like an abomination. This is unnatural. But...I need your help Connor. All of you."

The next few moments passed by rapidly, with Rasu still awaiting an explanation. As Abaigeal finally arrived, the Shi'ido turned to smile in greeting and hoped to see a familiar look of surprise on the woman's face. However the Jedi's eyes immediately locked on to the metal hilt that lay in the palms of Abaigeal. It seemed that this was indeed a reunion of sorts. Many had returned to Voss on this night even if in different forms. Having been drained of tears, Rasu could only smile as she approached Abaigeal and placed a gentle hand on her shoulder.

"This means a lot. Thank you Abaigeal." she said, her eyes radiating gratitude. While Rasu had been away and missed much from her time in the Unknown Regions, she had always regretted the actions that had drawn her away. She had known that it was only a matter of time before she would have to say her final goodbyes, however she had not thought that time would have occurred so soon. For this reason, Rasu was forever thankful to the Force for allowing this reunion, bring back a glimpse of what she once had.

However the happy reunion could not last it seemed, as Master Harrison appeared in the clearing as well. All happy thoughts were erased as the Shi'ido's eyes came to rest on the lightsaber hilt that lay in the man's tightened grip. The situation switched dramatically as the Jedi Master could sense the tension rising. While she wanted to remain positive, Connor's words rung true in the Shi'ido's mind. As much as she had missed Sochi and was grateful to have had this chance to reunite with her friend, her fellow Master spoke the truth, and it hurt the woman to even admit such a thing.

"Master Harrison, I am unaware of what bond exists between you and Sochi. However I too share a connection with this woman and it has grown for many years." Rasu turned to Connor, addressing the man in the hope that she could calm the Jedi or at least reduce the tension in the air. "I share your confusion, but I can honestly say that this is the woman that I have grown alongside with. There is no doubt in my mind when it comes to this. Now I agree that such a reunion reeks of the Dark side, but Sochi, in my mind at least, has never been one to stray from the Light. This is just a very complex and confusing situation, one that I am still trying to come to terms with, however we all need to put aside our emotions and take a moment to think this through."

Running a hand through her hair, the woman turned to look at Sochi. She knew that this was the woman she had grown to love as a sister and dear friend, however with the words of Connor hanging in the back of her mind, she could not help but wonder what had brought Sochi back to them. Her joyous mood had vanished, leaving the Shi'ido rather exhausted from the emotional experience. "Either way it is not for us to decide the fate of Sochi Ru. Perhaps we need to summon the Assembly?"

Matsu was listening to them and holding back her judgements and theories... she had given the true test of if it was properly Sochu Ru. She had worked to make sure that she was letting all of them speak while she agreed with Rasu Gan. Sochi was many things but she had been dedicated to the lightside of the force and when she died she had been brought back. Through darkside means surely but that altered a few things, those who were careful knew that unless she had been twisted and resurrected it was likely she wouldn't be some sithspawn. Bringing her soul back from the netherworld of the force meant that she would be herself... if she didn't have that they would see her likely as some feral force creatures of the darkside.

Pushing his tongue against the bottom row of teeth to stop him snapping at the good intention of Rasu, and even the plea of understanding from Sochi, Connor nodded quickly and stepped back.

"Fair enough, Rasu. Your head is in a more logical place than mine."

He chewed over what best to do, but it was clear he wasn’t happy with Sochi – or the abomination that claimed to be here – being left alone or with one she could easily attack. He looked at the Dark Jedi before them.

"We will help you find what you seek Sochi, but I for one will have no hesitation in doing what I must if your intentions are less than honourable. Please remember that."

He spoke as he always did – bluntly. However, he moved his hand from his side and crossed his arms, taking the defensive stance over the aggressive one. For some reason, he started to fear that Abaigeal could be in danger, being the bloodline of Iella. Was there something more to this?

"I will stay with her or have her detained in the holding cell, as you see fit, Rasu."

Offering an uneasy smile towards Sochi and the rest of the Jedi, Rasu rose from her seated position. She was relieved to have slightly eased Connor's mindset, however she could sense that he was still plagued with the presence of the Togruta. She tried to sympathise with the man, however she had yet to experience such a situation and could only imagine the thoughts that inhabited the Jedi Master.

"Perhaps we should escort Sochi to her old chambers. It is a chilly night, and I'm sure moving indoors would do us all a world of good." Offering her hand towards the Togruta, Rasu would walk past Connor, relaying her gratitude through a tired smile. "You're welcome to accompany us Master Harrison. Perhaps we could provide Sochi with some answers as currently we have been the one's asking questions. I'm sure Sochi has some catching up to do since her..." Rasu struggled to find the right words, however could not find them. "Well her death." Walking ahead of the group, Rasu began leading their party back to the temple for some much needed warmth and comfort. A place to gather all that had happened and find some way to make sense of the situation.

Nima Tann

Master of Her Own Destiny
There was a huge commotion going on in the Temple, everyone was talking about someone returning. Well, it was her favorite time of the day to go to the Temple Gardens and think about existential problems, talk about the favorite, anyway, she continued to pass through the huge group of people gossiping, some saying that it shouldn't be possible, some saying they were glad. Maybe she needed to look at this situation, who knows? Yep, if it wasn't that important then so many people wouldn't talk about it. So, she decided to go investigate. After a little moving around, she found what happened. One could say she was pretty shocked seeing [member="Sochi Ru"], who died not so long ago, right here right now. So, moving towards them, she couldn't conceal the shock anymore.

"Master Ru? What? How?" It wasn't a "Wow I am so happy to see you!" kind of talk, more like a suspicious one, as she slowly examined the woman. One wouldn't suddenly come back to life after all! And to be honest, she was getting a different kind of feeling just looking at her right now, which made her even more suspicious. But sooner or later they would learn. "How are you alive?"

((OOC: This is before Nima left the SSC by the way ))

Leaving the chilly night behind them, the group entered the Temple. Ignoring the many eyes that gazed at the Togruta, Rasu carried on, heading further to what she had remembered to be the woman's old quarters. It dawned on her just how many people had sensed the return of her friend, and how many people the Togruta had affected before her sudden death. She would have to ask Connor later on the details however now did not seem like the best time to be questioning the man on such matters. She would learn of the situation later it seemed.

As more onlookers gathered, one being came forward, a Twi'lek, one the Shi'ido recognised as Nima Tann. While she had never had the pleasure of meeting the Jedi Master prior to this occasion, she had heard great things of the woman. She too questioned Sochi, sharing a similar alarm that had been apparent in all members of the group. Turning to the Togruta, Rasu silently chuckled, wondering if the questioning would ever end for her dear friend. Although considering the circumstances, the woman knew that everyone had their right to be shocked and desiring answers.

She lowered her head at the words of [member="Rasu Gan"] with her backing her perhaps they could make [member="Connor Harrison"] see, and so they did. He lowered his guard and took their plea, and she couldn't have been more grateful for the reason Rasu put forth. Though if she didn't admit his words stung, she would be lying. She nodded her head slowly..."I think that's the best option" her words faded out, and she couldn't make eye contact with Connor, it was too tense.

She began to move along with them both as they served as escorts...her old chambers? Well she would have guessed they were now being used for someone else, especially since the order had grown since...since she left. Taking a couple of steps she looked up to see that a purple twi'lek was approaching their group. A quite familiar face. [member="Nima Tann"]

"Hello, apologies are in order. We haven't been formally introduced. What's your name dear?" she greeted the women, with a smile. Though her question was the same as the others, and so she told her, "That remains unknown as of now...we're looking into it. I am to be escorted and detained until I can stand before the assembly."

She expected the questions, she would ask them as well if she had been in their shoes. She smirked in response to Rasu, as she understood.

Aika Kawakami

Can one find true light when shadowed in darkness?
Perhaps it was the voices that drew her near.. Or maybe it was just the familiar spirits, but the ever enigmatic woman couldn't help draw ever closer to the group as the moments passed and their conversations continued. Their words easily found her own ears, and sparked a sense wonder. This situation opened doors. Doors she once thought well closed. Possibilities reignited, and a new sparks of light that threatened to bring an inferno back into the view of the galaxy. Or perhaps this was her simply over thinking things, as she once perfected the art of. Either way, there was only one way to know for sure...

"My, my... Such a grouping, yet an air of despair lingers over head." Aika's head panned about, smiles almost eagerly flung in the directions of [member="Rasu Gan"], [member="Matsu Ike"], and [member="Nima Tann"]. "I swear some of you never change. Others, however, seems to switch as often as the wind blows." She head couldn't help but swing her gaze in the direction of [member="Connor Harrison"], an all knowing grin taking over her expression. "And then there are others..." With a slow, almost methodical turn, her eyes found their way to [member="Sochi Ru"]. There, upon the Togruta, they lingered in silence. It was an odd occurrence to say the least, yet not one that was unforeseen. The woman was nearly as complex as herself. And yet, for as long as they had known one another and stood together, they always seemed to remain worlds apart. "Welcome home...dear sister."

(Who does the creepy, totally unexpected entrance better than me? No one! :p Missed you guys!)

Emberlene's Daughter, The Jedi Generalist
Matsu looked as they seemed to be getting more and more of a crowd with a few surprises. her attention going to Aika who had appeared and it brought an eyebrow up when she was surprised... This was turning into a day that she wouldn't forget easily seeing all of them here again almost after a long while... Now they just needed to convince Connor to wear a skirt and he could be among all of the females in the order stealthily.... Well maybe not but that is only because Nima might show off more muscle then him.... Hmmm either way she moved over to look at everything around them and everyone wondering if they were goingt o get anymore surprises for the day. "Welcome back Aika."

Connor stood back, arms crossed over his chest, watching and listening the ensemble pick the best route forward, which they seemed to do. They walked from the gardens into the Temple, and what a sight they made. A collective group of Silver Jedi, all with colourful paths and reputations, together in one place. If there was ever a sight to make a few younger ones stop and point, it'd be this.

And so to when they were joined by Nima did they stop en-route to the holding cells. Connor hadn't spoken to Nima for going on over a year now, and she certainly had become her own person, but with the help of others she wasn't the young, wide-eyed Twi'lek he had been so close to years ago. He saw the wonder in her eyes as she faced Sochi, and there wasn't much time to explain before another voice from the past appeared.

As if on cue for a theatrical entrance stage right, Aika Kawakami came out of the shadows. At one time Connor would have scoffed, but right now, he smiled an amused smile at her choice of words, shaking his head at the perfect timing of her re-appearance.

"Aika, my little passion flower, we can catch up over tea another time, but right now we're sort of busy, so if you don't mind dropping the theatrics?"

He couldn't help give her that slight smirk that showed maybe he'd missed her logical and level-headed way of thinking recently.

"Come on, let's move - we don't want to draw attention to this situation as it's bad enough without a crowd."

Nima Tann

Master of Her Own Destiny
Master Ru evaded the question, adding much to her suspicion. There was something going on, she was almost sure of it. Curiousity got to her, she looked into Sochi's aura discreetly, her mind would hold only a little presence in hers so she wouldn't recognize someone was examining her. Being a skilled mentalist, she would get some information with no problem without being seen. She felt... darkness... emptiness... She was sure that the previous Master Ru's aura wasn't like that at all, even though they didn't meet and speak, she heard so much about her. This whole reappearance... It was strange. And... she felt a slight mental shield around her thoughts, trying to get into them would get her caught so she returned to the reality and took a breath.

Why would a Jedi Master put such a shield in the Silver Sanctum's own Temple? There were a lot of questions going on in her mind. "Nima Tann." She answered trying to force a smile, then she looked at the others, as Master Kawakami, who wasn't around for a while, joined the group as well. She nodded to her as it has been a long time and continued to speak. "Can I speak to them... alone... for a second?" She said to Sochi. First impressions were important, and this whole situation shouted there was a problem, even though she wasn't a hundred percent sure of it. "It's urgent."

Aika Kawakami

Can one find true light when shadowed in darkness?
"Theatrics? Far from it, boy. I have never seen a need to put on such a show, whether you believe that or not is a problem for you to solve on your own." Her utter disdain for Conner's words were quite evident as she spoke. Then again, Aika was not known for hiding how she felt about others or their actions. Her gaze found their way back to Matsu, a slight nod in her direction. "Your welcome is much appreciated, Master Ike. Though I wonder if it is even appropriate to for me to refer to you as such by this point. "

In mid sentence, as if something had prodded her, Aika's eyes danced toward Nima, glancing the Twilek over a few times in silence. It had been quite some time since the two had stood this close to one another. Even with that, it was obvious she had undergone a massive change, a metamorphosis if one want a better term. Little, if anything, could wide from her eyes and this was no different. Something disturbed the girl. It was the same sensation that had drawn her to the area to begin with. Admittedly, the presence of the others had played a large part in it as well, but Nima stuck out above the rest. "There is much on your mind, child. But I will not pry as it is far from my place. However, if you find your in need of more guidance than others can truly give. my chambers are always open."
