GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Army Name: 61st Mobile Infantry, though lovingly nicknamed Twilight Company.
  • Classification: Galactic Alliance Defense Force Commando Unit
  • Affiliation: Galactic Alliance
  • Army Symbol:

  • Description: Twilight Company is a mobile unit, specializing in offensive operations deep within enemy territory. Despite their position, it isn't all that often they see fire. Instead, like other GADF commando units, they work to complete specific objectives for various black operations beyond Alliance space. Due to that nature, they are often deployed for months at a time, contributing small efforts for overall Alliance Goals.
SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Headquarters: INSERT SHIP SUB LINK
  • Goals: Soldiers are trained to uphold their duty and further the goals of their nation- however, Twilight Company's long history always comes back to ensuring freedom and democracy. Given their position as an offensive unit, this usually means working on behalf of the Alliance to subdue foreign threats to those freedoms and ideals.
  • Reputation: [ Is this army known by people outside of itself and how do they view it? With pride? With concern? Wary or neutral? Describe your army's reputation here if it has one. This can include multiple views, from enemies and allies, depending on the type of army. ]
COMPOSITION INFORMATION
  • Army Size: Small.
    • Twilight Company's strength lies not in numbers, but in passion, strict training, and teamwork. The Company is extremely small by GADF standards already, and further divided into squads based on specialization (see composition). Missions may be completed by a select few soldiers on one squad, or the entire company may be dedicated, depending on scale.
  • Composition: As stated above, the company is broken into small tactical teams of four revolving around unique subskills. Broader teams, such as operations, may consist of multiple specialties- such as intelligence, medicine, technology, etc; while minor teams, such as sniping units, consist only of snipers and direct support. Below is a list of some team examples, though it is not thorough.
    • Technology and Comms - The best slicers the Alliance has to offer- able to hack enemy systems for sensitive information, leave 'em blind and deaf from loss of comms, or get you a ride home with no digital trail the enemy can follow.
    • Special Reconnaissance - Intelligence and surveillance in hostile and sensitive environments. Often sent forward of the company as well as working in tandem during missions.
    • Direct Action - Soldiers trained to get in and get out. Often used in destructive attacks, seizures, captures, or recovery of Company members who have fallen prisoners of war.
    • Operations - Highly versatile teams whose individual members are often cross-trained. Deployed for high-risk missions that still require secrecy, but may see hurdles other teams are not equipped to handle.
    • Strategic Combat - Snipers and assassins, taking down foreign leaders of enemy nations.
    • Medics - There to patch you up on those occasions you get more than you bargained for.
