    • Chemical: Low
    • Biological: Low
SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Embedded with a Performance Chip which allows the owner to keep an eye on the state of the molded hybrid plexisteel, and if it requires a new coating, via a HoloNet app.
  • A tiny port on the side of the owner's torso is built in-order to facilitate easy renewals, and maintenance of the coating via injection of new NanoDroids, and removal of older ones.
  • The MD855 NanoDroids used in the forming of molded hybrid plexisteel are inherently resistant to ion weaponry, and other EMP-related charges.
STRENGTHS
  • Longevity: Due to the chemical preserve which is inserted into the NanoDroids before their injection into the customer, the skeletal coating of molded hybrid plexisteel can last a significantly long time before requiring a new coating, Fukashi gives a guarantee of seven years before a new coat is necessary.
  • Strong: Utilizing the same material that has historically seen use in the construction of capital ships, its safe to say that the Hybrid Plexisteel Skeletal Coating is highly resistant to both blaster fire, blunt force, vibroblades, and even to a lesser extent than the other three, lightsabers.
  • Non-Intrusive: Comprised of an inherently sturdy material, only a thin layer is required in-order to provide adequate, and superior protection of the skeletal structure. As such, HPSC Mk1 cannot be felt, or noticed by the owner, and is otherwise entirely comfortable, nor does it impede the owner's movement in anyway.
  • Cost Effective: Although very expensive in the initial purchase, the subsequent maintenance is less than half the price, and due to the effectiveness of the coating, in the long run, it can save its owner vastly larger amounts of credits in medical procedures they would be receiving due to bone-related injuries they would have gotten if not for the HPSC Mk1.
WEAKNESSES
  • Expensive: Only for those who have a particular interest in such a modification, Hybrid Plexisteel Skeletal Coating is prohibitively expensive for the average citizen, due in-part to both the highly advanced nature of the NanoDroids, and the value of molded hybrid plexisteel itself.
  • Exclusive: Both the first coating, and the seven year, or less depending on damage sustained, maintenance of the coating, can only be conducted in specialized Fukashi cybernetic facilities. For an additional cost, the owner can order an Fukashi CyberDoc out to their location to provide it, if not, then travel is required to one of these facilities.
DESCRIPTION
Intended for the elite of the galaxy, and their bodyguards when it was initially released, the Gaikotsu Hybrid Plexisteel Skeletal Coating was first developed in 855ABY, as a result of the corporation's experimentation with nanotechnology being repurposed for bodily modification, and cybernetics. As the process was refined however, and became less costly, the decision was made to release it to the public at large, albeit at a still steep price. Designed to protect the owner's bones, and greater skeleton from physical harm, it excels tremendously at this task, able to ensure that the owner walks away from great falls, brutal street fights, and even being hit by a speeder without a broken arm, or even ankle. It has also been known to protect its owners from blows to the head, which could otherwise have been lethal, similar reports of it saving owners from broken spines have also been paraded by Fukashi.

It is very specific in its purpose however, and apart from protecting an owner's skeleton, it is not intended to do much else, and other bodily modifications, courtesy of Fukashi would be required for other desired functions. Likewise, the NanoDroids used are designed to be particularly closed-off, which although prevents outside operators from breaking into them, as they are not connected to any non-NKE networks or devices, also prevents their owner's from customizing them to suit their individual requirements, and consultation, and approval from an Fukashi CyberDoc is required for such changes. In-order to purchase a coating, a customer may order one of the Fukashi Electric HoloNet store, or approach a member of staff in one of their physical outlets, an appointment will then be arranged with a CyberDoc at a time most available to both of them.
