A subsidiary of GalactiCom Holocommunications. Fukashi Electric is a leading electronics development, and manufacturing corporation. Initially founded as Hayashi Electric, the corporation was acquired by GalactiCom near 150ABY, and has been in the conglomerate's hands; rebranded as Fukashi Electric ever since. Specializing in high-quality electronics, and cybernetics, Fukashi Electric is known for maintaining two primary markets, and audiences. Its general HoloNet store, and physical retailors cater to the needs and wants of the masses, affordable, good value for credits products that are easy to use, and easy to understand. On the other side of this credit chip however exists its more unique services, high-grade military electronics, customizable, immensely expensive, and advanced cybernetics and other technological bodily enhancements, to name a few.
Alongside these two markets, which exist in its development, and distribution realm. Fukashi Electric also manufactures both its own electronic parts, due to its stranglehold on the required rare earth elements necessary for their production (Thanks namely due to Nakaioma Heavy Industries), These parts which are later used for either its own products, the products of other Nakaioma subsidiaries, or for whatever purposes other, independent businesses, governments, and factions require them for entirely. Peeking into military, and other government contracts as much as it can, Fukashi Electric assists its parent corporation frequently in the development of spyware, and virus protection software for various HoloNet, and other digital systems, including some vital infrastructure networks. Fukashi Electric, in conjunction with GalactiCom currently provide the digital security for the entire conglomerate.
Maintaining its own manufacturing base for the purposes of the construction of its vast amounts of androids, droids, robotics, various electronic products and parts. Throughout its history it has had some form of an impromptu feud with one of its greatest benefactors, Nakaioma Heavy Industries, due to contention over the firm's large manufacturing capabilities. Something which the board of NKHI has desired to be transferred to their sphere of responsibility for quite some time. Its stores, both HoloNet, and physical, can be found in most of the galaxy, excluding Bryn'Adul, and Sith-Imperial controlled territory. However its products can be found floating around back-alley markets quite literally anywhere, albeit mostly older, more obsolete ones, as the corporation has taken strong measures to protect its products, and copyright in recent years.
Inherited from his father, Szuko Nakaioma, when he unexpectedly passed away. Saro Nakaioma took the reigns of the massive conglomerate as CEO at the age of 38. Where his father was a steady hand, never wanting to unnecessarily rock the boat, in-order to ensure the conglomerate's continued longevity, in the face of an unstable galaxy. Saro had an opposite view of the situation, seeing the chaos that was enveloping everyone and everything as a means to the Nakaioma Conglomerate's growth. Investing heavily in new projects, and innovations in all sectors of their business, and even expanding into new ones. He has become a popular figurehead for the brand name, and is well liked, and feared-when required, among the core elite.
