- Bubble Shield!: The Deflector Shield Generator within allows for a deployable shield that extends outside of the vehicle, at the cost of movement.
- AR HUD: The Skycat, much like other Si Tech inventions, has a hookup for the driver allowing them to see beyond the shell of their cockpit, and use the sensors of the SkyCat to see a 360 view.
- Zooooom: The Skycat was designed with speed in mind, allowing the airbourne troopers to quickly advance.
- ASCEND!: The Skycat, while technically a landspeeder, has all the trappings of an airspeeder as well. It has the ability to ascend in a quick manner.
- Iron Box: The SkyCat is, unlike other APCs, relies entirely on sensors the see outside of a single viewport, and a hatch that allows for a quick escape by the driver. This allows for heavier armor plating on the front, underside, and sides.
- Sensor Suite: The SkyCat, much like other Si Tech vehicles, has a built in set of sensors. Cameras and high tech RADAR allows the SkyCat's driver to see all around him, all of it's sensors shielded by faraday cages to prevent EMP attacks.
- Dead in the Water: While the SkyCat is designed with heavy armor, any massive directed EMP will knock it out, leaving only critical systems to allow men to escape.
- Not a Tank: The SkyCat, while heavily armored, is not immune to high powered anti-vehicle weapons.
- Thunderstruck: The SkyCat is prone to malfunction when hit with massive amounts of electricity.
Designed for the GADF's new Airbourne Division, the SkyCat is a light, quick, APC that is deployable in an instant. While not as nimble as previous GA speeder models, it's design allows for half a platoon of men to get around the battlefield on a moment's notice, with a decent amount of firepower to back them up.
