Description: This set of slugthrower handguns is intended to be a matched set. As such, they will all feature the same color scheme as shown in the picture, and while that isn't the exact same model, if you've seen one Glock you've seen them all.
The only thing that sets them apart from the average slugthrowing semiautomatic handgun is the use of the .357 SIG round. The .357 SIG, although slightly smaller in diameter than 9mm, was designed to mimic the performance of the .357 Magnum at short range. It features excellent stopping power as a result, and while it won't penetrate armor, it will penetrate light cover with relative ease. It does this by using a larger casing that can hold more power, which is then necked down to accommodate the smaller projectile.
Though in the end the .357 SIG never really lived up to its lofty goals, it does provide an excellent alternative to more traditional handgun rounds. It should be noted that the range is slightly reduced as a result of the unique ballistics, and the user will encounter slightly more recoil than they would with a comparable 9mm handgun.
