War. Non-stop work. For the youth, it is an awesome means to grow, but too much of even a good thing can wear down other aspects of one's spirit. The youth were granted a short leave from their stations among the military ranks to blow off steam. Anger is a great means to focus the Force, but frustration can warp concentration, risking success, not to mention one's life or those of others.

For Zeza, she was either fighting for her Empire, or learning while teaching others to do the same. Her upbringing was ever strict from the start, as a child of not only Darth Carnifex Darth Carnifex but also a Nightsister Matriarch. She learned along the way to avoid observing eyes and ditch some forms of responsibility to her State. Overworked, her mood began to take on a new tone, and while usually utmost serious in nature, she began to pawn off some of her lesser fond responsibilities onto her Apprentice. Avoiding the minute details, there is going to be one incredibly ornery platoon who did not receive the proper rations, as the requisition was haphazardly switched with that of enlisted animals.

Her latest focus is to teach her Apprentice Valen lessons which she insists take place day and night, short of only a few hours rest. When she is not awake learning, she is dreaming up solutions to what she is studying. Any Apprentice of her's is expected to mimic her schedule. Certainly it can be understood why any task other than that which mentally upholds her interest she deems unworthy of fulfilling, even such to further the work of the Empire. In the end, if the whole platoon dies from lack of proper rations, she might simply determine, 'they would have died anyway from lack of endurance. Sorry.' She would indeed promise to be more vigilant the next time she is assigned menial tasks.

Lately, she has Valen studying how to call upon her through the Force, regardless of how much distance was set between them. Her relationship to him she would regard as rather intimate, therefore she in turn found this the perfect opportunity to study just how to block him out from being successful at the task she assigned him. Who shall win in the end, all depends on which tires sooner than the other. Teaching him, she actually began to deem fun. He came to her as a stanking jedi, and she is proud of how far he has come in his training since that first day she met him.

But he isn't here, because he must first actually discover her presence. She tossed a dart at the map and punched in her course headings. Sith space or not, she didn't care. Today she is just a kid looking to kick back and see what she can learn from people watching in whatever culture she ends up amidst.

With an Uncle like the Sith Emperor Darth Prazutis Darth Prazutis , she should only hope she ends up venturing outside of Sith space for he little adventure.

Zeza hadn't even checked to make sure the transport was empty before she commandeered it, although the supply master assured maintenance was finished with its scheduled detail.

This was awkward.

Alina had taken it upon herself to enjoy a nap on an empty transport. In truth, there wasn't many places to actually enjoy downtime outside her estate. Too much risk with it all. But inside an unused transport with her Taozin Amulet to hide her. Now, though, she was in space. Why was she in space? The woman pushed herself up from the makeshift bed she had in one of the rows of seats and wandered her way to the cockpit.

There she leaned in the doorway, watching Zeptepi Zambrano Zeptepi Zambrano for a moment.

"Hey. Where'r we goin?"

Fourteen years old, and she learned alot more about war tactics, not equally enough on Astronomy. She could steer, but mostly the auto-pilot took over on all the other details…except for blowing other ships out of the sky. She has some knowledge on that, for sure! Everyone has to know!

A strange sensation spiked her forethought, and thus she immediately turned to see someone roused from back in the ship and walking up the aisle. Zeza sat erect in the flight chair, playing her usual part. "Wow, you must have been asleep because I didn't sense you at all," she said looking at the new arrival. "Did you need me to take you back?" she asked sincerely. She is on furlough, and never planned to get anyone into trouble with their superiors, although many Crusaders do enjoy free reign over most of their off days.

Zeza turned enough back around to point to the ship's console. "I'm going to this green dot," she answered, not looking to see where the destination is, herself. "Been en route for nearly two hours now."

As depicted by the screen, apparently they are almost there.

"Nah, just this." Alina lifted up the Taozin amulet before shaking her head. This was already more entertaining than what she had planned for the evening. She slipped into the seat beside Zeptepi Zambrano Zeptepi Zambrano , setting her hands behind her head as she stared out at the blue of hyperspace. "So the plan is a random world? You just that bored or is there some other reason for it?"

Alina kicked up her legs onto the dashboard, getting pretty comfortable. Honestly, she'd probably just sleep now again. But she'd keep awake to keep company with the stranger.

"Oh, and I'm Alina."

When the amulet was produced, Zeza brought her hand close and passed her fingers Oper it without touching it in order to get a feel for its purpose. Her cultural upbringing as a Nightsister, she is aware of the existence of vast individual arcane powers. There are many Sith who would feel secure to simply handle the objects presented them, but Zeza always erred on the side of caution when examining such. "That is awesome," she said.

She shrugged a bit at the next question, "I like to experiment with the possibility that some moments in life needn't be so scripted as life among the Sith Empire dictates." And she meant it; she finds random exploration to be quite satisfying an adventure.

"Zeza," the Crusader shared at the introduction. None beyond the confines of her closest relationships would know of her by this name. She prefers to keep her lineage secret. Someday though, she hopes to evolve her skills to the greatest heights and earn such notoriety as her ancestors. Those among the military ranks, know her by her rank of Captain. But honestly, she feels her overall accomplishments as of yet are far from notorious. She looks forward to the fact that this can change on any moment of any day.

Maybe that can be accomplished today..

The ship's console buzzed and the unmarked transport ship fell out of hyperspace travel. The planet Taris hung in space just before them.

"It's simple, and covers that I can't hide myself on my own." Alina shrugged. Perhaps she'd gotten so used to having the amulet she didn't realize just how awesome it was. Taking away her focus from trying to hide left her plenty able to focus on other things. "Zeza.. Heh. I think you're right though. Not everything can be controlled. If you don't prepare to face that, you'll probably loose an arm or two." Mild humor at her own past wounds, not that Zeptepi Zambrano Zeptepi Zambrano would understand what she was referencing.

Yellow eyes blinked as they fell out of hyperspace. ".. Is that.. It's Taris. You randomly picked Taris?"

Zeza held many amulets in high regard herself, especially those she learned to fashion by the ancient magick of the Nightsisters. She brandished many, sewn and hidden into the lining of her clothes. She would not often remark of the magick of her Mother's heritage, unless someone showed interest. She focussed more on teaching the ways of the Sith to the masses, and left the sacred arts to those called to learn them, as these students would find themselves elevated over the common Sith, for their specialty focus.

Taris lay under the rule of the Silver Jedi

Zeza quickly reached into her pocket and withdrew a small data card. She slipped it into the control port just as the planetary security made contact. For a brief moment she sat on edge, her finger tips rested over the ship controls should they need break away. It wasn't until the moment her unmarked transport ship replied to the inquiry in the current code sequence and received clearance to land at their discretion, that Zeza smiled as she sighed with relief. This time she is responsible for someone other than herself.

"Taris. A graveyard of ship remains. We might unveil something useful here. In addition, we might prefer to accept a few local tag alongs, hire a few men as guides. We land in the ghettoes and see what the mass population of the poor are thinking about their current social status. Maybe we can turn their hearts towards wanting for the security of the Empire." The young Crusader long labored to her great success in mind control. She planned to see how deep the seed she might implant within the feeble minded poor.

How shall Jedi react?
Will they even show their faces?

A chance to sway a Jedi world to the opinion of the Empire? An interesting prospect, though Alina doubted it would be that easy. Sith were monsters in the eyes of the masses. Even in their own territory. And yet, it was a challenge Alina figured would be worth her time. She got up from her seat, heading back into the room she awoke in to start stripping out of her armor.

Last thing she needed to do was walk around as an obvious Sith.

"You good at using a blaster? I think there's a couple spares on here. If we're going to try and figure things out, better we don't scream force user with a lightsaber."

Stirring up doubt against the jedi is always an amusing past time, especially for one who possesses the ability to naturally affect another mentally, by supplanting seed of doubt.

It is true the Sith commit some notorious horrific acts, especially those at the top of the pillar, but others learn to get by not on such remarkable omnipotent feats, but with brawn and manipulation; although all aspire to successfully rank among the omnipotent ranks. Such takes intensive dedication, lifelong study.

The ship cascaded downward among stacks upon stacks of ships in the graveyard. Many emitted a soft glow of light from within, signifying ownership. The ships stood as a makeshift shanty town for a large portion of the inhabitants here.

"Alina...just imagine living here, and this is the best one's jedi ordained life has to offer. The jedi are a terrible and vain people, cuel with their claim to lack emotion, begetting apathy. I am not one to care personally for the welfare of the unfortunate, but just look at the lack of operating transport ownership in these parts alone; the tarmac is bare. However would slaves such as these even dream to leave a place of such squaller, when one has no inkling nor hope of life apart from such a pathetic experience?" she asked. "Surely they could be encouraged to revolt simply based off these facts. I bet they even pay into furthering the core elitists here through taxation!" Zeza knew, that feeding slaves is far better a method to endear them to the State, than by starving them and making them elect you their personal enemy.

"Who is the true peace keeper of the masses, us or them?"

The ship touched down silently, and Zeza stood up from the flight chair. Her Lightsaber was tucked secluded onto her hip. "I do have a bit of experience fighting," she offered, taking up the blaster Alina willingly held out.
