Greetings!

This is just a brief notification to inform all that Functional Parity has been updated to the following:

14. Functional Parity

• Strength: This Major Faction may select another Major Faction to be listed as a Target of this mandate. Whenever the Target gains a single hex as a result of a PvE thread, this Major Faction also gains a hex so long as it owns less hexes than the Target. This only applies to the hex gained, as bonuses provided by other mechanics (Map features, Mandates) do not apply.
• Weakness: Whenever the Target loses one hex or more, this Major Faction loses as many hexes.

• Weakness: Whenever the Target loses one hex or more, this Major Faction loses as many hexes.

Yes - It's a slight debuff, but it's still quite a wonderful tool. If any faction currently utilizing Functional Parity wishes to switch to a new mandate before their 60 Days are up, you may do so, we'll honor it. Thanks for reading!
