This Friday, we're conducting our first Staff meeting on voice. This is meant to serve as a professional setting in which we can review the community's current standing and account for the various issues we have, in accordance with their priority. We'll begin doing this weekly, and while the preparation for such a matter of communication may be long and arduous, the Voice Comms themselves will be quick and to the point.

The SWRP Staff Team is going to maintain a position of transparency, for the most part. We should all understand that there are many conversations that are needed to be held privately, but when it concerns your characters and your tenure at SWRP while role-playing, we want you to be informed of what's happening.
And we also want your input. If you have any suggestions, problems or concerns you would like Staff to discuss, please post them here. Remember, if you have an immediate problem or question, PM a Staff member or post a thread. These types of meetings will be handling the future of the board, and all suggestions, concerns or problems should be focused on that.
