Hello all! First off, can I say this is a lovely board? I adore the skin, and all the character bios I've read so far are really good! I look forward to RPing with you all!

I confess I'm a little lost on what to do, though - I've read over the rules and such but I haven't RP'd Star Wars before...well, ever, and am a little lost with the liquid time concept. x.x I've RP'd on forums for several years but always in a fairly solid timeline, so I'm not really sure how this system works, characterwise... Basically I haven't used these sorts of systems before so I apologize ahead of time for getting things wrong D:

Erm...characterwise I suppose I'm most interested in a Sith Apprentice type character, but wasn't sure how much demand there is for them/what there is for them to do! (And the race I like the most is extinct by the timeline you guys have open, nuts) So if you guys have something that'd needed for plots and such I'm open with picking that up

Well Character wise im going to assume you want to make a Sith Pureblood apprentice(purebloods are the only "extinct" race i can think of aside from Rakata) And in both cases you can do whatever you want you just have to come up with some write off as to why your particular character is alive in this universe. As for whats "wanted" honestly any type of character is very welcome here, were still a small community so we encourage everyone to do whatever they want(within reason of course)

We have a bunch of Light Side/Dark Side peoples, perhaps you could take a look at the other factions? Of course though you aren't familiar with the genre, so I think whatever makes your gut feel good is the way to go

(Personally, I would suggest Omega Pyre as they are pretty cool sounding. Mandalorians are awesome too, space viking/spartans basically xD lol)

Start with a concept, what kind of character do you think you would enjoy playing. Then move outward from there. This board is full of friendly folk, who would more than welcome a chance to talk things over with you.

Don't worry about factions just yet, you could start the game as a freelancer and then decide to join a faction later on.
