Communism has two problems actually. One being, as you said, humans. The second being it's about a thousand and a half years too late to the party to be implemented properly. It's a small, tightly knit community / tribe ideology, not necessarily a nation wide one. Regardless, we're drifting off from the hilarity of this into serious issues.

What about the beings that are not very useful in the galaxy?
