Foundation of Power (Open to OS and Prime)

The simple sparring match had turned into a deadly show of light just as Mythos had wished, what he did not wish was a Phirk Helmet smashing into his face and driving him back. There was really no defense Mythos had against such attacks, he did not believe in Armor just yet, that part of his life still had not been opened to the point where he understood the importance and usefulness of Strong Armor. This was the first step in him understanding that fact, when he stumbled in the movement avoiding the swing, seeing the blood from his nose drip to the floor and Erebos back off clenching his hand.. Oh yes, they were quite the match.... Now Mythos gave fully to the Darkside and nodded as his eyes locked on to his blade.

"Well it's about time!"

Using a simple yet fast technique of footwork he dashed close then stopped once he was in range of Erebos, one diagonal slice from his left to his right aiming for the chest and knee then two steps to the right, position and defense keeping the blade low and to his knee then bring it back in a Massive arc swing in his shoulder level once again followed by yet another massive strike the other-way to attempt to disarm him or cut off his hand as Shi-Cho has the ability of doing. Every strike came with power and it was taxing Mythos bit by bit, yet he still was not to the point where his exhaustion would cause him to be slow or off balance, the battle had been short for now and Mythos did not find his lungs gasping just yet, his limitation in force attacks and Augmentation in the force also helped keep his stamina in a reasonable yet heated level, enough to keep the fight going at it's intended pace.
[member="Darth Erebos"]

Erebos took a sharp step back, raising his leg up to get out of the blades way. Then [member="Darth Mythos"] came around in a massive arching sweep against him and he brought his blade against it but used the momentum to spin around and then to strike diagonally up in a cross like slashing motion aimed at Mythos's chest and then he stabbed forward into the make shift X's middle. The cold rage that emanated from Erebos was palpable around him, lesser men would shiver at the feeling but Erebos knew Mythos wouldn't, it would be unfamiliar but wouldn't make him uncomfortable like most others.
The energy fueled into his body, saturating his muscles and the very fibers of his body bringing his speed and strength to a new level, he hadn't been using the rage to fuel himself before but now he was different. Mythos wanted him to be serious he would be serious and bring himself to the same level as he would fight against an enemy but with a bit more control to make sure neither would get too seriously hurt.
"You Asked for this Mythos remember that..." He then finally said, his own voice an icy growl that even managed to send a shiver down his own spine as he half hissed at Mythos.

Now was the time where both fighters were at the peak of their abilities. The sound of his opponents voice was as equal as the power behind his movements and the speed of his attacks.A Marvelous Flashing of movements striking one after the other, smell of blood and burnt steel clung to the air like a weeping sired of death and destruction. Mythos Met his duel now with fury and and focused in what they were each doing, Shi-Cho was the law, unspoken and nothing else, to become better swordsmen, bringing out the best in one another and to shed blood as brothers of the Sith in the quest for Power. Rising the angle of powerful swings he met the Blade Of Erebos with his own, slowly giving ground and sacrificing power for balance in the counter attack he put himself into. He blocked the strike and noted the high pull Shi-Cho had in it's attacks, it was made to disarm not kill but in the hands of a Sith, it could do both.

"Perseverance, is the way of the Sarlacc"

He stepped back and shook off his pain, Anger and fury raging through him but it was much harder to defend that it was to attack, so he needed to control his fury to be able to truly master this form. He grounded himself in his stance and force the momentum and stepping to halt, then he swung from his hips and into his exposed lightsaber while he side stepped and kept his focused aggression. Suddenly shifting his momentum he executed a thrust then pull to his neck then down through his shoulder before it could touch the main neck arteries, Form I was made to Disarm and Incapacitate your opponent, giving in to the pull while in combat was failing. The Force he had held back up until this moment came out with all his strength in a blast of a single powerful rotation of His Attack to the Neck with his shoulders extended and at shoulder length, Two Arc Slices to the Legs with his elbows short and precise, and executing a twirl of momentum that would ram a boot into Erebos' chest.
[member="Darth Erebos"]

Erebos moved and sidestepped as best he could but when the thrust towards his neck he moved to the side and around the hand to get out of the blade's way. Only to have to put his practice blade up when the powerful rotation came at him and his practice blade broke from the force of the strike and he had to jump to the side to get away from the slices to his legs so they wouldn't buckle under him.
The Kick to his chest was stopped by his chest and his hands, with the force he kept his legs stuck to the ground. With great effort Erebos tried to Raise [member="Darth Mythos"] up into the air and throw him over his shoulder. With only a few moments after that to breathe in he pulled out his own Gross guard saber and turned it on, allowing the loud hissing hum to fill the air and calm him down a little as he turned it into a forward facing jab towards Mythos, before he charged at him.
Using sidesteps, upwards diagonal sweeps aimed to go from Mythos's hip to other shoulder, a few sarlacc sweeps and disarming strikes he rained down a barrage of blows upon his foe, He would display he was better in this particular style than his opponent even though he had more experience with a Lightsaber than Erebos.

With the practice saber broken into piece the duel turned Ugly, fast. The Cross guard worked perfectly for the style and eased up the pressure of attacks plus giving T'zanith an extra layer of defense. Mythos still held the practice saber and would continue to use it as a staple of his arrogance. Moving to back off the attack Erebos came forward with a furious rotation intended not only to disarm but to defeat and destroy, such was the nature of shi-cho when added to the mindset of the Sith.

Mythos first was flung by his boot over T'zanith giving his enemy some time to recuperate while Mythos readied his stance once again, but when Erebos came forward with the rotation, the time he took to calm himself with the Hum of the saber and pull out his larger Saber gave Mythos the precious little seconds he needed to prepare and get into a defensive stance. He blocked the first attack by swinging low and stopping the blade from rising, then he took one step back switching the set of the blade to parry both Side Sarlacc Swipes using his strength and his balance to properly block and push each attack away in succession, Shi-cho was also very good at defense, something Mythos lacked but was only now getting a hand of. Once he survived the onslaught of attacks with Centered defense he counter attacked with something that looked a bit too much like Djem-so yet still grounding it'self on Sh-Cho.
"Your Overconfidence is your downfall my Old Friend, Mind your Guard!"
Twirling his blade in his hands he made it so that Erebos' blade came inside when he sliced at Mythos, then He would take one step forward while Erebos Overreached and then capitalized on his lack of balance extending his blade over his, passing the cross guard and aiming at his chest with a Chop exposing his own gut but with enough speed to land a strike before one was landed.

Setzi Lunelle

Searching for Eleos's Altar
This was the first time Darth Azurea had used the Xilsaga in combat. Once the human experiment had fully healed, she began to train the creature in the deepest underground of the Academy. But what Azurea found was that the Xilsaga lacked the temperament or focus for hand-to-hand combat. But her strongest attack was a thing of beauty. At least if you were an appreciative darksider. However, an unsuspecting sentient - even a Sith Acolyte - would not be quick to agree.

The Xilsaga opened her mouth, and her jaw dropped open impossibly wide, damaged from the disfiguring chemicals of the alchemy experiment. She howled again, the unearthly noise penetrating the mind of Acolylte Itesak. Darth Azurea's voice rang out in a sharp chant, commanding her creature to attack:

"Sorus nuri tu'iyia warniki zûtauha!"

[member="Naga Itesak"] would be feel fear and dread all through his body as though he was lanced by it. The Xilsaga's Force Fear was strong, borne of sorrow and desperate, dark magic. Horrific images - nothing identifiable but loathsome just the same - would worm into his mind like a burrowing parasite until he may feel the sudden need to flee, hide, cower or breakdown and cry depending upon the temperament of the shapeshifter.

He would also hear the clink of a blade as Darth Azurea's slid a longer sword out from the weapons rack. Since the Xilsaga couldn't handle a melee weapon, she was using its power to Fear as precursor to her own attack.

Erebos let go of his blade as [member="Darth Mythos"] came into his guard. "Chit." He cursed but then he smirked as he focused his power on augmenting his strength, using the gauntlet of the other hand to redirect the blade aimed at his chest he punched with the other.
Then he brought the other to grip Mythos's throat and raised him up and angled his body to land on it's back as he let him go and skipped a few steps to the side. "The same could be said of you my friend, Mind your own." His hands extended and he brought another training saber into his right hand and his own saber into his left. Placing his own on his belt once more he turned the practice blade to a reverse guard and then attacked again. Bringing the blade into a large sweep downwards he brought his left hand out behind him, bringing another training saber into his hand and began to apply Jar'kai to Shi-cho as jar'kai was simply the ability to fight with two sabers.
This time the flurry wasn't wild it was directed were one blade was parried the other was coming in for a strike. He didn't take a single step forwards until Mythos would back away one at the very least, keeping his strikes centered and not trying to over extend once more.

It was during these times that's he was glad to have had some mental-ism training before coming here. It prepared him to resist a little of the sith spawns fear but not for long, He heard [member="Darth Azurea"] take out a blade ...so he was going to fight her creation and her at the same time...this will prove interesting. While naga was still containing his sanity he leaped to a higher spot so he was facing both of them. Before shooting lightning at the ceiling causing rocks to fall down upon both azurea and her creation... He knew he had to get rid of the sith spawn first...other wise her fear attack will make this a short battle.

The Glove was something he anticipated again, the advantage of such weaponry and armor had to be compensated for, so as the fist came he kicked up using Erebos' own body as momentum to create distance, a Djem-so tactic. Bringing Pride to his hand after Erebos brought the training Saber he would now train with Jar'Kai, something he was taught by Damien Daemon himself, but that was not what he was going to do, he did not ignite Pride when it came to his hand and shut off the training saber as it came forward. Trakata, a simple yet greatly effective technique to get inside the opponents defenses and then ignite the sabers when he was past their blades in an effort to gain an advantage.
"I Always do"
Again, Mythos sought to trade blows, knowing he had the better outcome it sabers met flesh, as his arc came mythos lightsabers passed by without the plasma beam, then igniting them instantly to aim a slice to his chest and a thrust to his abdomen while taking both strikes of Erebos to his shoulders. The Move was risky and dangerous, and could amount to instant death, but victory was never gained by shy movements, only by will and power, or so Mythos beleived.
[member="Darth Erebos"]

Erebos was surprised when [member="Darth Mythos"] used Trákata against him but his blows were already committed to. Now he simply pressed every ounce of force energy into his arms and upper body to bring the blades down as hard as he possibly could to try and make sure Mythos's blow's wouldn't hit himself.
It was a gamble and he knew it, but as the saying his father was so fond of goes, no risks, no rewards. He was fully prepared to take the blows and he knew so was Mythos.

Mullarus' counter attack was completely unexpected and Dex found himself in a very compromising situation, he hadn't factored in his opponent using his body weight and force to increase the velocity of his swings, a mistake he would soon pay for as the blunt blade of the greatsword slammed into his right ribcage and flung him to the ground.

"Feth....." he gasped as he made his way back to his feet, the blow had broke a few ribs and Dex could feel them as they slowly healed back into place. "Well that stung!" taunted Dex as he stretched and then spun his staff back around himself suddenly a voice rang out in his head Now build your rage so that its as sharp as your blows.Your frustration and anger can fill you with the strength of a rancor if you embrace it and let it flow through you. it was his master [member="Darth Azurea"] once again surprising him, he had no idea that she could use force telepathy, she really was full of surprises.

Dex placed his rod back behind his back and readied for his next attack, Oh I can do rage! he whispered as he tightened his grip then sped back towards [member="Mullarus"] this time he would be ready.

As dex rushed forward his staff sparked as it scraped the floor, he flew by the point of mullarus humongous blade and took aim at the acolytes wrist once again Not this time as the front end of his rod swung towards the hilt of the sword dex swiftly spun his weapon and with all of his strength slashed towards mullarus chin Form I horizontal slash!!

Even Mullarus winced when [member="Dex Torture"] toppled to the floor after his successful counter-attack. He lowered his weapon and rubbed the back of his head nervously. "Yeesh...uh...I expected you to avoid that..."

He was relieved to see his fellow apprentice stand up, seeming to be fine. This was supposed to be practice, Mullarus didn't want to brutally maim and injur his partner. Sure, it might make him look a lot stronger, but he wasnt here to make himself look like the next coming of Exar Kun. Not yet, anyway.

Dex came at him again, seemingly with the same move. He hoped it was a feint. Nobody would try the same move again after it failing the first time. To his relief, it appeared to be a feint after all. One end of Dex's staff seemed to come at his wrist again, but he spun it and saw the other end barelling toward his chin. To kill two birds with one stone, metaphorically, Mullarus moved the hilt of his weapon up and held it vertically with the hilt of his weapon above the blade. With this stance, his wrists would avoid being struck and his blade would block Dex's staff. He pushed down when their weapons met, Dex's staff hitting thr crossguard of his weapon and locking the two weapons together.

Mullarus smirked, deciding to test his physical power against that of Dex's. He assumed since Dex had already taken a big hit, he could overpower him in a weapon lock, but he was willing to be surprised.

With weapons locked Dex quickly realized that he was at a disadvantage, he had taken a unnecessary blow to the ribs earlier and as he was still healing he wouldn't be able to draw his usual strength.

[member="Mullarus"] forced downward on the weapons in an attempt to overpower dex, but he was much to smart to get in a tug a war of brute strength in his former state, he released the left side of his staff while using both hands to push upward on the right end a move that if his reflexes weren't great would send his opponent toppling to the floor.

Before the outcome of his flip ever revealed itself, Dex was already sweeping his newly free staff towards the legs of his advisory. "If I can get him to the ground, his weapons size will be a hindrance, then I'll turn it up a notch!"

[member="Darth Azurea"] [member="Darth Pyrrhus"]

This was an example of Mullarus never facing an opponent with a staff. Upon quickly releasing his weapon from the lock, the right side of [member="Dex Torture"]'s staff came up as the left went down and whacked Mullarus right on the mouth, making him stumble backward with a bloody lip. Before he even had time to wipe away the blood, he saw another low sweep coming toward his legs.

Mullarus grit his teeth and swung his weapon down to parry the attack, taking a step forward and pressing the attack. Using his superior range, he decided to give [member="Darth Azurea"]'s disarming strike a try and swung in a wide, horizontal arc at Dex's hands.

He liked how much his opponent was learning. He managed a grin as blood began to coat his teeth and lips.

Isamu Baelor

Protector of The Iron Realm
Isamu raised his sword, and the two blades clashed against each other, with Isamu catching Belgeraths blade just above his guard. He could feel the impact resonate through his hands. It was a strong hit, a lot of force behind it. It was clear that this was an opponent he couldn't simply overpower. Isamu was past his prime. It was a fact which he had come to terms with a long time ago. The strength that once coursed through his body had started to wain. Compared to the young Sith, Belgerath, he would undoubtedly fall short in a test of strength. He would need to fall back on his experience.

Many other Sith fed off their anger. They used it as fuel to power their onslaught, and overwhelm their opponent. Isamu was not like that. he was calm, in no rush to strike out at the young hopeful. Isamu parried the sword away, and took a step back. The young Sith was strong, but his technique was ungraceful. Isamu would wait, bide his time, and strike when the opportunity presented itself.

[member="Belgerath"]

Dex couldn't help but marvel at mullarus' swordsmanship, he understood the weakness of the great sword and wouldn't allow it to be exploited. "Here he comes" dex thought as he flipped backwards, barely escaping the broad blade of [member="Mullarus"] and his disarming technique, "Now!!!!"

The wide swings of the blade definitely covered a huge area and as Dex's ribs knew all to well it caused massive damage, but a miss left open a slim window of opportunity and dex charged in for another attack. Form I was the basic for lightsaber combat and honestly one of Dex's least favorite styles, it drawed power from the emotions of the user unlike the acrobatic flashy style of form IV he was use to using, he took aim for the center of mullarus chest, remembering the form exhibited by his Master [member="Darth Azurea"] and thrusted forward. He caught the wondering glance of [member="Darth Pyrrhus"] he could only imagine what the sith master thought about their little squirmish compared to the other battles that were going on around them

Here was another good example of why Mullarus loved how massive this weapon was compared to a normal one. Instead if being struck in the center of the chest after an attempt at Azurea's disarming strike, he was able to bring the hilt of the weapon over to meet [member="Dex Torture"]'s strike and block the attack with the crossguard of his weapon.

Upon catching his weapon, he twisted , making an attempt to twist Dex's weapon out of his hands while caught between the long blade and guard of Mullarus' great weapon.

Without warning the cross guard of the great sword slammed across the knuckles of Dex sending his staff flying into the air! "He managed to disarm me with the hilt?" Dex pondered in disbelief as he instinctively reached to his back and grabbed the hilt of one of his hidden vibroblade butterfly swords before quickly realizing that this was just a training exhibition and not that of a real battle.

His knuckles ached from the disarmament and as he picked up the training rod off of the floor he gave a smile. "He's just as good as I thought he'd be." he mumbled while rising back to attention stance, he had expected no less from his rival and understood that in order to become the best he still had a long journey ahead of himself.

Dex had lost the sparring match, but he didn't feel defeated as he walked over to shake mullarus' hand, he knew that this was just the first of many battles with his cyborg adversary and he wouldn't allow himself to lose again. "Good match, to bad it'll be your only victory against me" dex spoke to [member="Mullarus"] as he continued to move closer, all while looking around for [member="Darth Azurea"] wondering how she would feel about his failure.

[member="Darth Pyrrhus"]

Mullarus looked with disbelief as his crossguard slammed into [member="Dex Torture"]'s knuckles. His defensive block had managed to completely disarm his opponent, sending his staff flying. He noticed Dex seem to instinctively reach for something on his back, but stopped. This act did not go unnoticed. Did he have something up his sleeve that he had decided to not use? The fact that Dex held back a bit for the sake of this being training surprised and impressed Mullarus. How...honorable

Mullarus held his weapon with one hand as Dex approached him for a handshake, giving the alien man a firm shake of the hand. He grinned at Dex's comment about this being his only victory against him. "I like your enthusiasm, friend. You have nothing to be ashamed of. You fought with honor and skill, and that is to be admired, even if your master counts this as a failure on your part. This is practice. I hope you have learned just as much from this as I have."

Mullarus then watched Dex walk away toward his master, feeling a sense of empathy. If Azurea was truely an ex-apprentice of his own master, the young man hoped she was much less brutal with her students than Pyrrhus was.

As for [member="Darth Pyrrhus"], Mullarus felt excitement burst within him. Sure, he knew for a fact the togruta lord would not even give him a pat on the back for his success today, but he knew that deep down, Pyrrhus would feel a sense of pride in training him.

A flash of light and a dance of blades swung and soon there was silence... Mythos felt his blades connect with something but he also felt a massive burning sensation across his chest and shoulder that was so intense his body simply could not handle the stress and soon he was fading from consciousness. Mythos had received full force the Attack of erebos even if at the Last moment Erebos had pulled back some of the force as Mythos did as well it was not enough, A Erebos Pulled back Mythos dove in and caught the Sabers, One splitting his shoulder and slightly missing his heart the other opening his chest in an inhumane and Disgusting way. "Nice... Shot..." His voice trailed off but his Mind was free to send a message through his Mind to the Mighty Togruta who ruled Glee Anselm.
<<Am I dead Master Pyrrhus?>>

Again [member="Darth Pyrrhus"] would find himself in the Situation where if he did not summon medical assistance immediately Mythos would be dead but this time it was different. Impalement is a single injury and even with the force it had come it was akin to a blaster shot, Mythos' wounds this time were so severe he would be lucky to walk in two standard weeks time.

His wounds could heal naturally even without the help of Bacta or Medical aid however if serious or permanent injury was to be avoided, if Mythos would be able to make full recovery after the blows there was a need for Surgery immediately.
