STRENGTHS

I am become Death: The weapons equipped on this special War Droid are geared to tearing apart and doing heavy damage to even the Largest of of individual infantry units as well as tanks. Very few forms of armor or shielding can resist the terrible weapons aboad.

Each Weapon on the War Droid is useful for something different. It's rapid fire Disruptor cannons and Rocket Barrage System are useful for picking off Soldiers and Artillery units, it's Continuous Sonic Cannon is useful for attacking and damaging even the toughest, most resilient Organic tissue. This is backed up by a minelayer, a grenade launcher, a Composite Beam Laser based off Clone War Weapons, and Heavy Rail Guns

Why won't you die: Has been built to heavily tank even the most devastating Artillery and infantry weapons with a special emphasis on resisting heavy magnetic blasts, meaning there is an extremely low chance it will even budge under even the most severe magnetic attack. It is capable of having most of its armor destroyed, yet still remaining at fifty percent fighting capability

Strength: Strong enough to crumple and rend through even the sturdiest Fortifications through sheer kinetic force of its arms, as well as pick up and even catch hurled debris

Can't Drain me...much: It's electrical system has been designed to resist it's energy being drained by living creatures. While they can still be drained, they will drain at a very slow rate, hopefully giving the tank Droid ample time to destroy them.

Smart: This tank Droid, like all Droids in Xiphos's Next Generation Droid Army Program, is unusually Intelligent, displaying almost organic levels of strategizing, taking cover, attacking groups, singling out the weakest units and quickly analyzing structures and enemies for weaknesses and reacting accordingly. It will take even a vet soldier by surprise occasionally and it's intelligence could be compared to at least that of a trained military dog.

Anti Worm: Special Sensors allow it to detect the movement of the Bryn'adul worm organisms, with a targeting system dedicated to tracking and predicting how and when the will move in order to give it's highly destructive onboard sonic beam cannon a better chance to hit and damage it, potentially making it very hazardous for Worm Organisms to even get near it

Shield Maker: Capable of Generating a bubble shaped Ray Shield around up to 100 troops, protecting them from energy and solid matter attacks.


WEAKNESSES

Slow: The thing moves slowly due to its heavy armor, especially when moving back and forth between organically

Large Target: No way you'll miss

Rail Gun Recharge: It's rail guns require fourteen seconds to cool down while it recharges

Rocket Barrage Weakness; It's rockets work best for tracking and hitting larger targets only at close range

Go for the legs: If you have to hit it somewhere, hit it here

Multi-Drain: If enough energy draining beings (in the low dozens at least)surround it, they will drain it's energy very quickly.

Situational Usefulness: Best used in wide areas instead of packed streets

The Body Electric: Focused, High intensity blasts of electricity shut it down for up to 70 seconds while it reboots, making it a giant bullseye

Power Drain: While generating the Ray Shield, it can only use it's Rail Gun Weaponry, and it's Ray Shield can only be active for 21 minutes before it needs 007 to recharge.

Acid: Acid Eats quickly through its metals

Vibro: Vibroweapons slice clean through it

DESCRIPTION

The Fortress Nuetralizer Model 1 is a devastating anti infantry, anti artillery Droid customized to take and hold territory, and assault heavy enemy units with high amounts of volume fire, Treated as a Warrior might treat a battle horse in ancient cultures by the Model 1's and 2's, This Nuetralizer Model's presence on the Battlefield was a long, tortured development cycle, taken from lessons learned at Sarka and Sev Tok. Xiphos's army has been continuously held back by lack of dedicated Anti-Stronghold Options, so the Fortress Nuetralizer at last fulfilled a need that has been sorely lacking in recent fights. While geared to kill Bryn'adul units, it's no slouch at devastating conventional forces either.

So, first and foremost, by the definitions extrapolated in the Factory rules found here: here. I've determined that this app as it stands qualifies as a Mech, so on that grounds you're going to need to make some changes. You'll need to do some work to not just ommit details which would discount it as being one, but rather actively add details which would remove it from this classification. Its bipedal, has a skeletal frame, thats generally humanoid, engages in animal-like movement and uses a mech as its image and then is also extremely large with no definition on its size other than very tall. We typically don't allow droids over 5m in height.

That being said:

Could you please use the standard wording for the droid template? Extremely Heavy, Very Large etc.

Are there links to any of these relevant systems. Things like rail guns etc are fine because they are commonly understood terms, But i have no idea what A ground ignoring sonic beam cannon is, what it does and what that implies. Many of these weapons systems seem extraordinarily custom, and i think some of them, the sonic beam cannon especially.

This needs ranges, and is using a lot of very absolute wording.
Anti-Mindstone: Special Jamming System tuned to disrupt the use of Mindstone communication, making it very difficult for mindstones to communicate at all except very close ranges

So, in order for you to go through these big reworks, i am going to move this back to the pre-factory for now. Please put in a request for it to be moved once you're done.

This is what I think you meant. Weight: Extremely Heavy Height: Extremely Large

700 is a lot. 100 is better and more believable. Just a suggestion as the 700 is just to much.

Your ratings math I have to do after this is all fixed and I recommend you check your math before you show it off back to me also.
