* Culture: The Culture is pretty much petty. If you're not in Ravage City or Arena City shopping, gambling, or working a job, you're in the dangerous mountain caves mining for Durasteel ore. The planet is mostly filled with pirates, raiders, mercenaries, bounty Hunters on top of the normal civilians trying to get by in life.
GOVERNMENT & ECONOMY
* Government: Currently ran by an outlaw mercenary pirate swoop gang known Simply as the Riders. Everyone pays a tax, farmers share their crops with the riders, Durasteel ore that is mined the raiders get a cut of, anyone that disagrees with them or breaks their laws is publicly executed. It is however rumored that The Riders are under control of an even bigger force.

* The planets wealth is low due to it being a wasteland and not producing much resources to sell for money. What money it does generate goes towards the cities to keep life continuing.

* The planets stability is ranked as medium due to a mercenary pirate swoop gang that keeps some stability no matter how corrupt it may seem.

* The citizens of the planet are free to do whatever they wish as long as they share what they earn with The Riders and obey the laws put forth by The Riders.
MILITARY & TECHNOLOGY
* Military:
* The military of the planet is very little, its 3 units. Arena Security in Arena City, a mysterious Imperial army of Shadow Troopers, and highly trained and organized Mercenary pirates known as The Riders.
* Technology: Technology on the planet is severely lacking compared to the rest of the galaxy.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Foedo was once a beautiful massively populated planet. But it was stricken with war. The Republic and The Sith Empire of the old republic came to the planet for harvesting Durasteel ore for weapons. Fighting commenced and millions either left the planet or died due to the war.
During the war, a nuclear bomb was placed in the middle of the battlefield, it's unclear which side brought it in, but it was detonated killing millions. Both Imperial and republic troops, Jedi and Sith were killed instantly. The explosion caused a massive crater, and the blast effects reached nearby Upaka City killing millions more and literally crumbling most of the city leaving it in ruins.
Afterwards some of the bomb was still in the crater with numerous other nuclear bombs hidden in the area leaking radiation into the air permanently making the atmosphere in the area a Type III.
For the next 4,000 years the planet would remain sustaining life but it would never recover from the war. Then a militarized mercenary group moved in starting a swoop gang and took control of the planet ruling with criminal ways and doing public executions to strike fear into citizens to obey them. They called themselves The Riders. To this day the planet suffers from the criminal biker gangs ruling and not much money to build a better life. But where there's a will, there's a way, and this planets future will become bright soon enough.
