• Accessibility: Located directly adjacent to 'The Star Lounge' and 'Artistic Expression' across from The Loroka Overlook bridge, the Fiora Wine and Cigarra Lounge is exceptionally easy to find with bright signage and it's optimum positioning. The storefront sells and supplies a variety of businesses with alcohol and cigarra goods, maintaining a consistent influx of middle to high-end guests.
  
  The primary area of the building is the storefront & lounge, where seating is available and goods are sold to the public (Floor One). Through a number of secure doors, corridors and storage rooms, there is a gun room that is used for the sale of weapons to interested buyers who are affiliated with The Family, access to this is only available by request or invitation (Floor Two). Finally, through another backdoor is Marcella's apartment, this is a private area only available to Marcy' (Floor Three/Four).
• Description: The Fiora Wine & Cigarra Lounge is a popular social venue for the affluent denizens of both Coruscant and its tourists from around the galaxy. As the venue doesn't serve food, it acts as a more social scene for those interested in an evening with friends. The interior of the building boasts a sleek wood finish, contributing to the feeling of class and sophistication that the lounge attempts to convey; light music is played in the background to help create a social atmosphere.
  
  The entire building is split by three floors, the first floor containing The Wine Lounge and storage, the second floor containing The Gun Room and more storage, a private section of the building that is protected by numerous security features, this is where weapons may be sold to interested persons. Finally on the third and fourth floor is Marcella Fiora 's apartment, an even more private section of the building that is, technically, only accessible by Marcy'.

POINTS OF INTEREST
The Wine Lounge - The lounge is the focal point of the entire venue, following a rustic theme of wood and dark stone, the purpose of the lounge is too feel sophisticated and classy which is the designated aesthetic of the business. Around two to four 'Sommeliers' are available at all times, working the lounge and offering recommendations on a number of alcoholic beverages such as wines and whiskeys, as well as cigarras. Additionally, two 'Goons' can be found around the lounge at all times, acting as security for the venue.

The Gun Room - A closely guarded secret, this service is available only to those affiliated with The Family. This service is offered by Marcella Fiora who will offer a selection of weapon recommendations dependent on what the customer is looking for. Weapons sold here will usually be produced by Moonveil Inc., be Open-Market or even Closed-Market weapons in certain circumstances. There is a plethora of weapon storage and racks for display as well as a table in the centre for laying out selected weaponry, continuing with the wooden theme of the building.

The gun room is guarded by a single "Goon" who is fully armed as well as a number of security systems such as cameras, intruder detectors and a turret.

Marcella's Apartment - Finally, the safest place within the building, protected by the number of Goons below and the multiple security systems, the apartment is Marcella's haven, storing most if not all of her belongings ranging from clothing to personal weaponry, it is designed for comfort. The 'windows' are screens that can change views, ranging from morning or evening in Coruscant to the wilderness of Alderaan, options are plentiful and can change the energy of the apartment.

Within the apartment there is a large lounge, kitchen and several bathrooms as well as an office and three guest bedrooms and one master bedroom, all with en-suites. The entrance is protected by a number of cameras, intruder detectors and a turret that are all installed with military-grade EMP protection.

As the property is next to The Star Lounge, a large number of up to 12 additional armed "Goons" can swarm the building quickly if necessary, an added benefit of being both next to The Sanctum and affiliated with The Family.

Purchased by Marcella Fiora for it's ideal location within the Uscru Entertainment District as well as being next to The Star Lounge, the property is used to sell Fiora Cigarras & Vintner's goods in the interest of raising profit for The Family. On top of being a platform to sell goods, there is a dedicated backroom for selling weaponry to those affiliated with The Family, this service is offered by Marcella if and when it is required. Above the backroom is Marcy's home, a luxurious apartment especially designed for Marcella, a perfect fit.

The property is well protected by a number of Goons and security systems, ideally located adjacent to The Star Lounge where a number of Goons can reach the building in the event of an emergency.
