Produced as Marcella Fiora Marcella Fiora 's business venture, the exclusive Mogano Bourbon line is produced by Fiora Vintners Inc, a small alcohol production and distribution company that operates out of Coruscant. On-sale in shops and establishments, they are sold as high-end items which produce a healthy profit margin that provides ample financial support for Marcella and allows her to pay her staff fairly.

The third whiskey in Fiora Vintners alcohol line, the bourbon has a caramelly, oaky and smooth taste, each bottle ageing for a considerable amount of time before reaching the customer. As a result of the lack of ingredients available, around 7,500 bottles are produced per standard galactic year, also meaning that the pricing of a bottle is very expensive.
