Fighting for Rubble [New Order Invasion of Dromund Kaas]

The small fighter broke through the atmosphere, slowly becoming a large fireball. Lord Eclipsion slowed it's descent, rapidly flipping switches, turning knobs and pressing buttons. The Sith Knight gritted her teeth, as she roughly landed on the chaotic and hectic surface. Blaster fire grazed the fighter, as she forcefully pushed open the hatch, and speedily scrambled out of the ship. Eclipsion turned on her lightsaber, the purple blade quickly blocked a couple of stray shots, as she charged into battle.

Outside the hangar bay door of the Xo'Xaan-class Star Destroyer Malevolent Spirit, Ember's unarmed Sharyd-class race fighter, the fastest sportscraft in the galaxy, nestled up against the hull. A Xo'Xaan had only a rudimentary hangar, and a rudimentary door to boot, but like the rest of the Xo'Xaan it was heavily armored. Even if his Sharyd had carried proton torpedos, he'd have had difficulties, and certainly wouldn't have made it in before detection. But a Sharyd was very small, and a Xo'Xaan had all manner of nooks and crannies -- at half a mile long, it had to. He found a likely cranny and only then did he bring the little pleasurecraft out of Fallanassi cloaking. Ideally, sensors wouldn't spot it, but this wasn't the time to worry about a way out. His White Current protection narrowed in scope, to conceal only him and his Force presence.

The cockpit popped, and one fully armored Mandalorian floated free. Space-chill slapped him right through his insulation; he was literally a quarter inch from death. Thorns of Ryloth extended from his gauntlets, and the hooks found purchase in hull niches. Without ceremony, he pulled aside a hatch and slammed a slicing spike into the exterior access port. Military-grade gear resisted the spike -- the hangar door only opened about a foot and a half, and the atmospheric field within stayed intact -- but he slipped through before the door slammed shut again. Now, invisible, he rolled through into air and gravity. The troops on the other side were ready, with battle droids too, but neither droid nor man could perceive him. Only once he was in a side tunnel, walking unseen, did he unmask his Force prseence.

Boo.

There was always a hiccup in security. No matter how important a ship is, there is always a chance someone can simply waltz on board without detection. Especially if they were a Force User essentially hiding themselves. In full armor of course. But to think that one who sliced into a machine on the outside of the enemy flag ship would simply be able to do so. No, that would be difficult for the basic slicer. But the door still seemed to open, even as the military-grade access port resisted it.

Yet, in the middle of a war, this would simply not go unnoticed. Guards acted instantly, moving right to the hatch, some there even as it opened, only to see no one. White Current truly was powerful. If the man stayed in that state, no one would of known he was on board. But he chose to turn it off. Walk in plain sight and announce his presence in a ship filled with not basic stormtroopers who couldn't hit the far side of a barn dead in front of it, but Force Users and Non Force Users alike. Each trained personally by the Zabrak who was left on board.

Each trained as an Iridonian. The violent yet skilled warrior caste that rivals the Echani and Mandalorian. While it would take time to find the man, they now knew he was here. Groups mixed of both Force Users and Non would hunt the man down, following him almost as soon as his signature came to life. Not out of fear, not out of angst. But because they wanted to see what would happen.

Walking into enemy territory always ended the same way. Once you got caught, you got caught. Ray shields would be the only thing to greet the Elder shortly after his presence became known.

The Zabrak sat in the command pier of the ship, not even have moved sense the Elder came to his ship. The slicing put his engineers on guard. His presence, well. It was lept upon like a cat pouncing on a mouse. No stealthy fun this day.

Flares erupted on her scope, as Ashelotte opened up with her trade mark move: fire. Perfectly aware that, this time, these shots couldn't be redirected through Soresu or Shien via her Lightsaber, Darth Ayra opted to take a different tactic this time. After all, she had no sprinkler system to save her, this time. Rising up from the ground, kicked up her grenade launcher, by latching her boot underneath it and kicking it up into the air. As she moved, Ayra caught the launcher in her; and then she was off, sprinting across the marsh to avoid being set on fire again. After all, while she did have Ashe's wife as a contact for getting rid of any hindering scars, she didn't feel like going through that type of pain again.

As she ran, an ear deafening explosion. Ayra averted her gaze briefly from the incoming fire projectiles to where she had been stood. "The duffel bag," she thought. "She hit the bag of grenades. That is the source of the explosion." Analysis done, she turned her gaze back to Ashe. She had five grenades in the launcher. Her opening move was to fire enough dye grenades at the vixen to blind her line of fire; then use her WESTAR M5 and it's scope to snipe her down, with the aide of the Force. That couldn't be done now.

Time for Plan B.

Darth Ayra hazarded a guess, as she dodged the incoming fire projectiles. It was well known among the Sith that, those who practiced Sorcery were not known for their ability with the Lightsaber; and the same was switched around when the roles were reversed. Ashe attacked from a distance, that much she knew; and Ayra hadn't met anyone who had bested her in a Lightsaber combat. Not even the infamous Thronebreaker, [member="Mikhail Shorn"], had been comfortable when Ayra had finally managed to close the gap between them both and unleash a flurry of attacks with her Lightsaber, from which she was strongest with now. Ashe had picked a fight with the Blademaster of the New Order. Darth Ayra had in had, not only mere rifles, pistols and grenades in her arsenal, but all Lightsaber forms and their techniques at her disposal. So, she was confident, in an up and close battle with Ashelotte, she would be comfortable in a close quarters duel.

However, the problem was getting close to the vixen; and running like the way Ayra was would eventually tired even her, despite her great physical condition and stamina, thanks for the hours of training she had put in to hone her body and convert it into a physical temple, as Circe Savan had discovered. Lifting her grenade launcher, Ayra fired all five dye grenades in quick succession to the area of field that Ashe was firing from; and she made sure to spread each grenade out, so that a purple line of smoke covered her line of sight. She couldn't fire her pistol, if she couldn't see, right?

The poor girl must not have learned her lesson the first time. She was going to learn this time. Ashe had her alchemic wakizashi, Storm, with her, same as before. While she wasn't a talented lightsaber duelist or any sort, she was still incredibly agile with a blade. What she didn't have last time was the Nameless Blade, a Sith alchemic scythe which also happened to house a lightsaber hilt with a club blade. To top that, the entire thing was a catalyst in the Force for pyrokinesis, Ashe's pyromancy in particular, and could easily be set ablaze with but a thought and a spark. The Sith thought wrong; she was going to pay dearly for her mistakes, especially having been ignorant to them once already.
Heh, Cute... Ashelotte mumbled to herself as the smoke grenades volleyed forth. They did little to hinder her sharp eyesight and the fact that she was firing a Z-24 Rotary Blaster Cannon that made most Marines quiver in cover. Ashe didn't need a rifle or dragon breath rounds as there were no halls, no vaults, no corners to trap a foe. All she needed and craved was hell to give the Sith invaders, and she chose a proper military weapon to do it. The dozens of blaster bolts that ceaselessly streamed out from the spinning muzzle of the gun littered the range in lights, bright red bolts piercing straight through the colored haze and hitting everything in their path as Ashelotte turned the gun from side to side, leaving a wall of death for all approachers. Her feral ears were fixed on her target, hearing as sharp as razors that smoke couldn't fool. Once again, the Sith girl had made a same mistake. Once again, she disregarded the fact that not every opponent would be human and thus forth not ever enemy would be hindered by mere vision.
Finally dropping the gun when her opponent was certain to have either find cover again or forfeit her exact position with a block, Ashe kept the trigger depressed in the woman's direction with a slight pull of the Force whilst also diverting her attention to the blue flames that conjured in her hands. Letting her anger and passionate desire for revenge and finality run free, the blue orbs quickly grew into raging infernos. Grinning widely and maniacally now, fangs fully erect into her bottom lip and glistening brightly against the flames, her palms closed and condensed the human-size balls of fire before her into supercompressed clusters with the power of the Force crushing the air it consumed. Each orb was like a small star, raging and colorful in an aqua hue, ready to explode like a nova; this was one that would put even a handheld thermal detonator to shame.
"Come for me, you pathetic cur...!" she screamed.

Energy shields snapped into place around Ember. Without special hurry, he pulled a cylinder off his belt and activated it. A remake of the ancient Evasive-226R Field Disruptor, it projected a faint field around him, within the other field.

And he walked right through the ray shield.

Field disruptor deactivating in one hand, he vanished once more, not just from sensors and sight but from the Force itself -- from every possible method those teams of oh-so-special uberhunters could fathom. Only a full Sith Lord had a prayer of finding him in the labyrinthine vessel. From hundreds of metres away, his voice whispered in Ferus' head. Come now, that wasn't very sportsmanlike. Surely you can do better.

The mini gun had torn through several dropships attempting to make a bombing run and the Typhoon-class Tanks sprayed the skies with missles and mass driver rounds. Walkers were tearing the useless city to shreads and Ordo moved forward. His bulky frame was clad in his usual black beskar'gam and he had switched to his Gladiator assault rifle for the range. The range finder in his HUD marked enemy troops as they advanced 500 meters was a joke for a trained Mandalorian and Ordo tucked he elbows for bone support then fired. A white helmet cracked and pink mist poofed in the air as the first went down. An artillery round pounded a hole in the ground and sprayed Ordo with debris as he sighted in on another. 'POP' and that was two.

Ordo ignored the dud round and continued as the Sith forces tore up their own former world. His sharp eyes looked for the tell tale sabers of the Sith "Lords" who were bound to be there some place.

Somewhere on the planet, a man that had been left to die many times, caressed his skin with the war paint that he adorned only in times of great need. He was a single soldier, out in the middle of the desert. He began to pray, pray to war itself, like his Mandalorian ancestors did. He inhaled deeply, preparing himself for the upcoming battle and his role in it.

Aedan Miles sat calmly in his perch nearby as he calmly started to sight in the soldiers moving towards the FOB letting his breathing slow as he prepared to start firing. Shots ringing out by the time his targets heard them they would have a new hole in their body somewhere as Aedan traced along the line of men shooting trooper after trooper. Occasionally he would trace his eyes along the lines to see if he caught sight of any lightsaber flashes. He sighed as he ejected the empty energy cell and slapped a new one in taking a deep breath as he contacted [member="Ordo"] "Field Marshal this is Rally Master Miles you have back up incoming ETA to your position 20 seconds I am set up high and dry with a fun gun I have cover fire from here." Almost immediately after his transmission ended the shuttles came to a stop hovering mere feet above the ground as the Mandalorian's vaulted from them to land on the ground in front of the Field Marshal before they spun around and started to move forward taking up defensive positions as they braced for a long fight their weapons coming up to fire at the enemy. They numbered nearly fourth men each of them well trained and ready to prove themselves against the Sith that attacked their land.

A shift, a tiny flash of light, and a displacement of of the stars in the distance. The Blackbird fell from hyperspace, tumbling into realspace in one quick fluid move. The ship dashed through space like a wasp, darting through debris ships and anything else in its way. The Blackbird maneuvered expertly, with Diana at the controls it seemed to glide through space rather than actually fly.

The black exhaust from the engines rocketed out as Diana neared the planet.

She scowled slightly, watching the Sith Fleets meet those of the Mandalorains. She looked to her side, picking up her helmet from the dash and slapping it onto her head. The seal puffed slightly and the armor became its own environment. With a nod to the screen to her left, Diana pushed the yolk forward.

The Blackbird was sent shooting forward through space, its engines breaking into afterburners. The ship made its way through the fleets undetected, its stealth systems functioning perfectly until it finally reached the atmosphere. As soon as it grazed the ozone of Dromund Kaas heat and flame touched the underbelly of the ship. Red streaking lines flying across the matte black paint. Alarms began to sound warning of an inevitable explosion if the ship was not slowed.

The Jedi Master waited, and then cut the engines. The ship floated for a moment, and then fell through the atmosphere into Dromund Kaas' ash filled air.

Diana and her blackbird tumbled. Air rushed and flew all around her. She sat calmly in her seat, deep breaths filtering through her helmet. The Blackbird kept falling, tumbling through the air. Again alarms sounded, warning of a crash. The girl behind the control smirked slightly, and then put one hand on the engine ignition switch. With the other she began to guide the flaps of the Blackbird, righting the ship until finally, she hit the switch.

Black thrusters spewed forth from the engines, and Diana felt a massive press on her chest as g-forces pushed into her. The ship shook and shuttered, but them leveled off. The Jedi Smirked, then reached over to the side of her controls.

:Here to help. Don't fire.: It was a simple message, broadcasted on Mandalorian frequencies. She could only hope that Mandalorian culture held strong and they would watch first, and fire later. Just to be safe however Diana did not head for either the Mandalorian, or the Sith Lines, instead choosing a safe neutral ground to the west.

The Blackbird touched down with a soft grace. The cockpit snapped open, and out jumped Diana, ready for a fight.

More flashes followed, displacement of light as the Iron Company fleet have entered the real-space. Among the ranks of their vessels were four escort corvettes, two Protectorate Blockade Runners and two Myriad-class vessels, ships assigned to Iron Company by the mandate of Protectorate, led by the adventuring frigate the Siege Tower, a Nebulon B7.

The small fleet has quickly fallen in line to join with the lines of Mandalorian ships, the procedures were well known to them, they did not want to stay out in the open for too long, especially since the New Order has known of their emblems and the colors the ships flew. HK the Droid Commander has faced the Sith of the New Order in the field before, in Silken Asteroids where he requested for his ship and Moross forces to fire upon the Sith Flagship, sinking the crippled Star Destroyer before capturing the flagship of the Vong, and in the battle of Aeten 2 where the droid's small fleet arrived just in time to fire upon fleeing Sith convoys and prolong their escape.

And so, the small fleet sailed among the void of the stars towards Mandalorian Vessels, their armaments silently focusing upon any Sith, Confederate, or Vong vessels who wished to challenge them in combat. Although outside the ships seemed peaceful as they made the short journey to their allies, aboard there was chaos and frantic orders, as the troops prepared on their dropships, starfighters scrambling to provide escort.
"All forces, to arms! Load the new weaponry onto our shuttles, take in hand the Spears our Gados friends have made, let the blades this day, let them find their mark in Sith troops and pierce their armor as an arrow pierces an unruly beast!"
HK has hurried his soldiers along inside the frigate's hangars, his grey cloak fluttering on the breeze of his movements and those of others inside the hangar, a phrik-tipped force pike seen in his hand, one of the Spears of Rae.
"Kerrigan! Where are you? Do you have your pants on?!"
Droid Colonel called out for his friend, grabbing another of the armor-piercing weapons,
"I want to have our vessels well towards the hangars of Sith flagship before they will start pulling them out of the field once more,"

With that he has connected to the Mandalorian channels, he needed to get in touch with them to coordinate for the battle,
"Mandalorian and allied vessels, this is Colonel Iron Knight of the Protectorate with Iron Company and allied forces. What is the situation? Where do you need us?"

A single sigh escaped through the lips of the Zabrak. So a man was hell bent on walking through the enemy ship to.. Prove his worth? Or was he actually after something? There was no answer from the Lord, rather, he focused in on the man. On the mans placement. Once more if only Ember had gone quiet, he would of been safe. Unnoticed as troopers scrambled to find him.

But he spoke. Even if it was just in the Zabrak's head, he was able to pick up where he was. Enough to one more activate the Ray Shields. Sure, they couldn't hold the man who was geared with everything needed to infiltrate a ship, but with his prior location already known, the troopers on board converged. Just enough to hunt the Mandalorian though, after all. This was war. Can't let the ship go empty anywhere.

Thankfully, that wouldn't be an issue. Not with the sheer number aboard the ship itself. Throughout the hallways however the Mandalorian would be met with ray shield after ray shield. Sure, he couldn't be found through conventional means. But he either could stay still, or pass through the barriers. Passing through would only send a little blip on where the man at least was. With how many ray shields activated through the hallway though, he wouldn't exactly be invisible anymore.

Of course, there's the air vents. Side hatches. Trash shoot, other smaller rooms. What have you. However, Ferus wasn't new to this. He doubted anyone was new to this. All side rooms were forced locked. Any access patch the same. Should they be disturbed, the old man would be instantly found, and depending on which path he went to, met with Iridonian grade weaponry or simply a vent straight to space.

The eyes of the Sith were shut as he simply focused. He reached throughout the ship, feeling for the mandalorian himself, if only to keep tabs on him. If he wasn't sneaking around like a vermin or trying to be a badass on the enemy capital ship Ferus would of fought him on a level playing field no issue. But the man chose to do both. Not very honorable, or smart.

It seemed things of importance were happening. The more particular ones revolving around personal combat with Mandalorians and their allies, intense hand-to-hand or mental combat. It'd been quite a while since King Arcis had participated in a duel of some sort, though he enjoyed keeping up with his training and constant delving into the arts of Sith Magic. Shipborne battles had began to bore the age-old Sith King during his many years of service, and so, he'd hoped for something more interesting to do. Although intense battles had been waged on various ships, the most particular was [member="Darth Ferus"]'s vessel being boarded by a single man. However, this man seemed to attract the attention of the Sith Lord himself and that of his legions of Stormtroopers.

Sighing and not really wanting to duel in closed spaces, Arcis merely waved a hand over a holographic monitor, sending orders to his soldiers. "Aid Lord Ferus." Was the only task he assigned to the men and women of the 501st legion. "I'm going groundside." He was already up and out of his chair, his teacup empty and his eyes ablaze with excitement.

Jate heard what Ashelotte said about trying to pin down the enemy. While that was all fine and dandy, it was more of a two hand job. She needed her full agility and both her hands to be at peak effectiveness and this bag of gear was weighing her down. The enemy ran at them then fired a volley of grenades. The Mandalorian launched into the air only to find that they were smoke grenades. This foe was crafty. You can not hit what you can not see. Unless you had a minigun like the vixen did. She fired into the wall of smoke. Jate decided now was a good moment to ditch the bag of goodies. She landed a few feet behind the vixen and dropped off the gear. Jate took a moment to reload and rearm her Gunner's Gauntlets. She gave a one two punch in the air to load them in the chamber and saw that the fox girl has changed from the last time she saw her. She looked like she was on the verge of bloodthirsty lunacy and held fire in her palms. She must not really like this girl, considering she called out the cur for a challenge.

Kriffing Forcers, Jate thought. She launched back into the air before things got more dramatic. Jate sailed through the wall of smoke, the gas parting before her and clearing out a little from the exhaust of her jump pack. Jate landed on the other side with a acrobatic roll then leaped in the air again, turning to the smoke and the ground before it in hopes of finding this elusive enemy.

As a matter of fact Siobhan had been on the bridge of the Siege Tower during the trip through hyperspace. Of course, perhaps HK had missed her because he was thinking about ropos. After all, he was tremendously fond of the adorable little furballs and had become the bane of a vile cult called the Bropos, his archenemies. Regardless as the small Omegan flotilla dropped out of hyperspace and swiftly fell in line with the Mandalorian naval forces that had been amassed with goal of repelling the Sith invasion she likewise quickly made her way towards the hangar bay. The Iron Company soldiers and crewmen were acting with the usual professionalism they had gained throughout years of battle across the stars, so she had no need to interfere with the way things were done. Not like she held command over the Protectorate army anymore or indeed had any sort of allegiance to them.

She had not been there during the Aeten II skirmish - these days she did not see the need to charge into every battle, as big a wonder as that was - but she had faced the New Order on Aurum during the Vong's genocide, destroyed dropships and defeated Darth Vulcanus. Likewise she had been there with the Iron Company during the Moross invasion of the Silken Asteroids, and crushed the bridge tower of Vulcanus' flagship after he used his darkside magic to create a star. So none of this was really new to her.

"Actually a nurse was about to...help me out of my armour," she quipped to HK as she linked up with him before her expression turned serious. Heavily armoured Iron Company soldiers were already filling the dropships, starfighters scrambling to provide escort and cover against interceptors. She was clad in her custom-made beskar'gam, though presently she carried the helmet by her side rather than wearing it, though that would change once they went into combat. Her dark brown mane was tied back in order to not get in the way. Dual boltguns clung to her thighs, metal-eating insect grenades, anti-forcer grenades and ammunition lined her belts, a Mandalorian Ripper was holstered, her lightsabre was in reach for her to call it forth into her grasp, though these days she rarely used the blade. The concept of overkill escaped the former Exarch, perhaps one of the reasons she got on well with Mandalorians.

"Any word from the Mandalorian command? Does not seem to me like the space battle is that eventful. I imagine Sith forces have already hit planetside and engaged the Mandos. It would be hilarious if we got to wreck the Sith's flagship...again," she spoke once she had reached the droid commander. Perhaps there was something big out there that she could crush.

It wasn't smoke grenades that Ayra deployed. They were Dye grenades. As such, they were more opaque that your average smoke grenades; and tended to be different colours as well, as such with the grenades Ayra fired, which released purple dye into the air. They also tended to block out line of sight, as Jate Kar'ta had realized and subsequently began procedures to get around the Dye that was currently blinding her and Ashelotte. Hearing by the latter, thanks to her genetics, made it possible to get an idea of where Darth Ayra was, but any marksman will tell you that hearing, especially at the distance that both Ayra and her two opponents were currently at, wouldn't allow you to get a direct hit.

Gusts of wind, more powerful and subsequently stronger due to the apocalyptic winter that Dromund Kaas found itself in these, dispersed the dye into the air. Clouds of purple were still visible in the surrounding area- it would take a long time before they dissipated- but alas, Jate and Ashe had a fix on where the Sith Lord currently was. To the shots that Ashe fired and subsequently landed in areas of the field that were close to the proximity of Darth Ayra were a testimony to her marksmanship and Mandalorian ties. But the scorch marks, although close, were far from the mark. Her enemy was simply too far away at this time to get a precise strike.

Alas, the Sith Lord discarded her WESTAR M5 blaster rifle, after it became apparent that a long rage fight, as she had discovered one time with Mikhail Shorn, was useless; and so, resorting to her mastery of the seven Lightsaber forms and their various variants, such as Jar'kai and Tra'kata, Ayra began to make movements to engage Ashelotte and her friend in close quarter combat. As she made her way towards the pair, the Sith Lord summoned her use of Soresu to protect herself from the first volleys of incoming fire, before transforming her technique into Shien, so as to deflect the rest of them back upon the vixen, Ashe the Reaper and her Mandalorian ally, Jate Kar'ta. What was more, Ayra had noticed the bag that Jate had lowered behind Ashe as she made her way towards the two of them.

[member="Darth Ferus"] was welcome to continue his internal commentary. Ember had better things to do, since apparently his opponent was capable of isolating specific sections of hallway based on a telepathic whisper from someone actively concealing his Force presence.

A Xo'Xaan-class Star Destroyer was nine hundred and fifty metres long. Its main hull averaged about a hundred and fifty metres thick, with anywhere from twenty to forty decks depending upon where in the wedge one was. The idea that special special troops could cover every possible hallways, hatchway, route and option in dozens of kilometres of branching starship was, frankly, laughable when a Xo'Xaan carried a total of eight hundred troops, less than one per longitudinal metre of starship -- and many of whom had left with Vulcanus' dropships for the actual fight. The Xo'Xaan just was not designed for that kind of internal security setup, nor the kind of battle for which Vulcanus had selected it. It was a carrier escort, nothing more, a one-trick pony.

And Ferus had just absolutely crippled his own vessel's crew by restricting them to very crowded main routes to perform their jobs. Over seven thousand crewers now had to deal with manually unlocking any side hatch they needed to enter, not to mention all those ray shields getting in their way, if they were anywhere near Ember's position. Ferus, it appeared, had no problem with basically shutting down his vessel's combat effectiveness to deal with Ember. Which had, after all, been the plan -- that, or baiting the Sith Lord out to fight.

He gripped the field disruptor in the Force and sent it ahead, through barrier after barrier, then just stood still as the perfectly trained Iridonians walked past him to follow the shield disturbances as per Ferus' orders. And once they were past, he slashed through the floor in a single spin and fell to the next deck. He sidestepped, repeated the process, sidestepped, repeated the process, sidestepped, repeated the process, but the last time he didn't jump down, just turned off his lightsabre. That left five decks where the invisible man might be. Five decks that now needed patrols from the way-overstretched Iridonian squads, five decks that now needed full-term lockdowns and energy fields in the area, and he could be anywhere.

Mando Forward Base-Sith Front Lines
Diana broke off from her Blackbird at a sprint. Her armor clacked slightly as duraplast plates truck against one another. Her sprint carried her fast, and quickly as she moved the tree's, or what was left of them anyway, around her began to thin and die out. The ground around her became even and flat, and in the distance she could see the two opposing fronts.

Her lips thinned, and the force built up within her knee's.

With a single powerful leap Diana jumped into the air, bounding into the sky just as the powerful jetpack on her back exploded with energy. She rushed forward in an instant, the jet exhaust pushing her forward and sending her soaring through the sky towards the Sith Front Lines. She flew quickly, slicing through the air and twirling about in the air as she moved.

A snap of plaststeel could be heard as two pockets opened themselves on her legs, from them Diana drew two lightsabers. She clutched the hilts tightly, fingering the ignition switch until...

The Sith lines fired at her.

Dozens if not hundreds of blaster bolts flew at her and she fell from the sky. Landing in a roll Diana popped up onto her feet and began to bat away bolt after bolt, dashing into the enemy and slicing through limbs, torso's, and anything else that was in reach of her lightsaber.

Diana was no longer herself, she had lost her Daella, she had lost her friend, she had lost her sister.

Diana began to kill.

"I like the way you think,"
HK said tossing the extra spear he held to Kerrigan,
"Take this, your sabers will not punch through phrik or beskar easily, this will with enough push."
Looking back to his ships, he followed the movements of troops aboard the dropships,
"But the Mandalorians have not given a response just yet, right now I will be commanding for our troops to board the Sith flagship, we will cut off their escape, if they want Dromund Kaas so much, let them be buried in its sands."
He nodded, motioning for Siobhan to join him as he and his Greycloak body guards boarded one of the dropships.
