In recent times , the Brotherhood of the Maw has engaged in numerous skirmish with other Galactic Powers and occasionally in large confrontations such as the Battle of Csilla or Korriban which resulted in great losses for the Brotherhood of the Maw. During these many battles , the Brotherhood of the Maw would have to deal with a lack of proper Anti-Capital Ship Bombers mostly relying on overwhelming firepower and numbers to overwhelm their enemies focusing on Quantity rather then Quality. In the aftermath of recent engagements at Kri'Dor , Cormit and Korriban however , Grand Overseer Marlon Sularen began working on the expansion of the Final Dawn Military via Project Warmonger with a new Strategic Bomber being part of the First Phase of the Grand Overseer's Ambitious Project.
This would come in the form of the FD-120 StarFortress SF12 , designed to counter the Capital Ships of the many enemies of the Brotherhood of the Maw as well as a means of destroying fortified positions and cities on planets. As it's name implies the FD-120 is a literal Fortress equipped with a vast amount of Heavy Weaponry including 4 Bomb Bays and half a dozen Point Defense Canons while having a Fortified Hull and Fortified Shields making the FD-120 extremely durable and capable of holding off waves of enemy Starfighters.
However despite it's strong defenses , the FD-120 StarFortress isn't very maneuverable and has a large profile making it easy for Capital Ships and enemy Starfighters to continuously bombard the FD-120 until it's defenses eventually succumb to the overwhelming firepower of it's opponents. But nevertheless , the FD-120 has shown alot of promise and has yet to be tested on the Battlefield.
