DESCRIPTION
While a ruthless mercenary company specialising in arctic warfare and shock tactics (their distinctive red and green uniforms and the jolly red of their personal shield generators is ill-suited for stealth) for most of the year, come Sithmas FMC contractors wearing great white beards can be found in any mall or other public place that will take them, spreading holiday cheer and espousing the glories of the Eternal Sith.

A truly bizarre entity, the organisation only endures due to the fierce determination of the Sith Lord which founded it, a heavyset human affectionately known as Father Sithmas to his allies and the Butcher of the North to his foes.

RATIONALE
The origins of FSH is strange and convoluted even by shady mercenary standards, but can largely be attributed to one man, a Sith Lord who has seen fit to adopt the mantle of "Father Sithmas" in place of a more common Darth moniker, abandoning his birthname in the process, becoming the Lord of Jolliness. He Who Culls the Naughty, as he is also known, quickly recruited a band of "helpers" from various dubious sources.

Ever since, the coming of Father Sithmas and his jolly band of helpers has been signalled by their fearsome bellow of "ho ho ho"; other Sith remain baffled as to why an up and coming Sith Lord would develop such an obsession with Sithmas - large quantities of spice are believed to be involved.

At some unspecified point, the organisation known as the Cat's Paw secured a controlling influence over the mercenary group.
