DESCRIPTION
The REC-CLS/02 Falcata-Class Landspeeder was the newest Landspeeder on offer by the Coruscanti-based Shipwright; Republic Engineering Corporation. The design was an iconic recreation of an ancient vehicle but was interwoven with countless technological advancements from the modern era. With it’s compact and streamlined design, the Falcata was capable of rapidly traversing rough terrain through the variable advancements in anti-gravitic technology that revolved around Repulsorlift Engines. When it came to the armaments that were mounted onto the Landspeeder, the Falcata found itself generously endowed. With Heavy and Regular Particle Cannons dominating the frontal portion of the vehicle, it was capable of engaging a wide variety of targets with varying levels of success. The high levels of speed and mobility, coupled with its powerful lethality, made the Falcata an extremely effective vehicle in the hands of a competent Commander.

Especially with its ability to ferry a small selection of Soldiers to wherever they are needed most, and offer them a measure of protection - whilst they disembarked and deployed themselves onto the battlefield.

However, one of the true beauties of the Falcata didn’t lie within the weapon systems or its technological alacrity. Instead, it was equipped with a system that was rarely seen in the modern era, which was the integrated TurboThrust system. This addition would significantly boost the Falcata’s speed beyond normal parameters, which could be further enhanced through the use of the integrated Deflector shield. With the myriad measures of anti-gravity technology, alongside the Deflector shield’s ability to carve a swathe through the atmosphere - the Falcata was capable of reaching distant places in the proverbial blink of an eye. Such technological advancements would not only expand the Landspeeder’s role on the battlefield but their combat functionality as well. Thus, with everything wrapped up into a stylish package - the Falcata would soon dominate battlefields across the galaxy, rapidly ferrying the collective wills of their masters across the surface of their worlds.
