Faction Recall

It is my sad duty to inform you we have been recalled as a major faction. We remain on the map until the next update, then our territory all goes neutral. HOWEVER, this is not the end of the faction. All of our stories will continue and when the time is right, we can go major again. We need to refocus, rebuild and continue.

As the owner, I have had several factions approach me on some alternatives. One of the ways we can stay major is if we get invaded or rebelled and WIN those. All the other ways we still go minor, loose the area we hold and have to rebuild anyway.

Now I'm going with my knee jerk reaction here because I want to stay major is to have the invasions happen. However, as FO, I need to know my members want.

ME (Mandalorian Empire) have approached me on invading two of our planets or trading them off through diplomacy. If we went with the invasion route and win, have a 50/50 shot at staying major since we would still need a second rebellion or invasion and win that as well.

Our location on the map is a great area with a huge history in Star Wars. These planets are going to get gobbled up quickly if we get recalled.

Now other options that have been presented to me are merging with several factions. Galactic Alliance seems to be the most fitting, Silver Jedi also offered as well as Confederacy of Independent Systems. With a merge, we loose all our land still and have to rebuild like we would if we didn't merge.

In this character form, I can't kick ass, nor impale male fathers and sons to bury my enemy's names forever. So however gamers want to play it (decide on direction), will be fine with me.

I'll have this character help with evacuations, humanitarian aid and such, as I've been writing.
