Faction Influence Clouds Grow

I'm continuing to move away from the "individual planet ownership lists" and more to "using the map as the guide to who owns what". Hence, Influence Clouds.

Older faction clouds have grown considerably faster than newer, and I took faction activity into account. Updates like these will be sporadic, completely random.
