The Shadow Within: The Testament of an Imperial Inquisitor

I was born beneath the endless skies of Haruun Kal, in the ancient uplands where the mist-covered mountains swallowed the horizon and the Korun tribes fought to endure against the brutal wilderness that surrounded us. My earliest memories are not of cities or machines, but of stone, rain, and the voices of my people carried through the highlands.

I was raised among a nomadic tribe that valued strength, discipline, and survival above all else. My parents believed the galaxy beyond our world held opportunities our people could never find, and when I was only five years old, they abandoned the familiar paths of our ancestors and brought me to Coruscant.

The endless city was a world of contradictions; beautiful and terrifying, filled with unimaginable wealth and unbearable suffering. It was there, among the countless beings of the Galactic Republic, that the Jedi Order discovered the Force within me. They saw potential in a child who could move beyond instinct and emotion, and I was taken from my family to begin the path of a Jedi.

I trained beneath the Jedi teachings, learning their disciplines, their philosophies, and their belief in peace through detachment. Yet even as I grew in their halls, I could never fully accept their ideals.

I believed in order, hierarchy, duty, and the necessity of strength to protect civilization from those who would destroy it. The Jedi spoke of balance through surrender, but I believed true balance required control, authority, and the willingness to act when others hesitated. Those beliefs placed me at odds with the Order, until eventually I walked away from the path they had chosen for me.

I embraced the Dark Side not out of hatred, ambition, or a desire for power, but because I recognized it as a weapon for survival in a galaxy that rewarded the ruthless. I refused to let the darkness consume me or rewrite who I was; I used it as a means to preserve my convictions rather than abandon them.

My journey eventually brought me to Bastion, where I found an Imperial movement that shared my vision of strength, discipline, and stability. Among them, I discovered purpose once again, and through my service and mastery of the Force, I rose as an Imperial Inquisitor; one who hunted the enemies of the Empire not because I was commanded to, but because I believed order was worth fighting for.

The Dark Adjudicator [Outlook]

I am a product of Imperial discipline, forged beneath doctrines that value order above sentiment and strength above weakness. Every lesson I learned reinforced the belief that emotions are tools to be mastered, not indulgences to be celebrated, and that loyalty is proven through action rather than empty words.

I possess little patience for incompetence, excuses, or those who expect kindness simply because they desire it. Many describe me as cold, arrogant, or outright unpleasant, and perhaps they are correct. I speak my mind without concern for wounded pride, and I rarely soften my opinions to spare another's feelings.

Beneath the dark and brooding exterior, however, lies a reliability that few can deny; when I give my word, I keep it, and when a task is entrusted to me, it is completed with relentless determination.

Trust is a currency I do not distribute freely, nor do I offer loyalty without reason. I am, by nature, transactional, viewing relationships through the lens of mutual benefit and measurable value. Self-interest guides many of my decisions, and I make little effort to conceal that fact.

I place my own ambitions, survival, and advancement above the needs of strangers, and I have never pretended otherwise. Yet those who earn a place within my circle discover a different truth; while I may be selfish and self-centered, I am not deceitful. My motives are transparent, my expectations clear, and my commitments unwavering.

I do not betray allies for fleeting gain, nor abandon responsibilities once accepted. In a galaxy crowded with liars, opportunists, and hypocrites, there is a certain honesty in knowing exactly where one stands with me.

AgtwHeZ.jpeg

The Black Arbiter [Anti-Hero]

I have never considered myself a hero, nor do I aspire to be one. Heroes are often shackled by idealism, sacrificing practicality upon the altar of noble intentions while the galaxy burns around them. I believe that order, stability, and survival are achieved through difficult choices, not comforting fantasies, and I am willing to bear burdens that others lack the resolve to carry.

If my actions secure a greater purpose, I care little whether they are celebrated or condemned by those who observe from the safety of moral certainty. I hold a deep distrust for those who oppose my ideals, viewing many of them as naive, hypocritical, or dangerously willing to unleash chaos in pursuit of their own convictions.

While they cloak themselves in virtue and speak of freedom and righteousness, I see only individuals prepared to tear down what exists without accepting responsibility for what follows.

Their opposition earns neither my respect nor my sympathy, only my vigilance, for I have learned that the most dangerous enemies are often those who believe themselves unquestionably justified.

Inquisitor Operational Capability Report

My mastery of combat is founded upon adaptability and relentless discipline. I am proficient with both paired lightsabers and the double-bladed lightsaber favored by many Inquisitors, seamlessly shifting between forms as the demands of battle change.

Whether facing a single duelist or multiple opponents, I favor aggressive pressure, calculated precision, and exploiting weaknesses the moment they reveal themselves. Years of training have refined my reflexes and instincts into lethal tools, allowing me to react to changing battlefield conditions with confidence rather than hesitation.

I do not rely solely upon skill with a blade; I combine martial prowess with tactical awareness, ensuring that every engagement is fought on terms favorable to me whenever possible.

My command of the Force is equally formidable, particularly in applications suited to combat, interrogation, and psychological domination. I wield telekinesis with precision and devastating force, capable of striking, restraining, or manipulating opponents as circumstances require.

Beyond physical abilities, I possess a keen aptitude for mental disciplines, using the Force to influence thoughts, probe memories, sense deception, and exploit emotional vulnerabilities. Fear is a weapon I employ as readily as any lightsaber, cultivating an aura of menace that unsettles enemies before the battle has truly begun.

Through the Force, I can perceive subtle shifts in intention and emotion, granting me valuable insight into the motivations and weaknesses of those around me.

Outside of direct combat, I excel in the skills expected of an Imperial Inquisitor. Diplomacy, interrogation, and investigation are as valuable to me as martial strength, and I understand when persuasion is more effective than intimidation; and when intimidation is the superior choice.

I am an accomplished tracker capable of pursuing fugitives across worlds by following physical evidence, behavioral patterns, and disturbances within the Force itself. My mind is trained to solve problems quickly, improvise under pressure, and adapt to unforeseen complications without losing sight of the objective.

I possess expertise in bypassing security systems, slicing computer networks, and overcoming locked or encrypted barriers, ensuring that few secrets remain beyond my reach.

Combined with an ability to read body language, identify deception, and assess personalities within moments of meeting someone, these talents make me a persistent and difficult adversary to evade, deceive, or outmaneuver.

OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Name:
    • The Nythrul
      • Eaters of the Force
  • Sithspawn Class: Force Hunter
  • Designation: Non-sentient
  • Origins: Baros ~ The Maleficarum Bio-Genesis Facility
  • Average Lifespan: 15 - 25 years
  • Estimated Population: Rare
  • Description:
    • The Nythrul are grotesque Sithspawn abominations, forged through forbidden alchemy from the DNA of porcine war-beasts known as Gamorreans, DNA of Terentateks, and Ysalamiri DNA into a single nightmarish organism. Their stitched genetics produce bodies that house multiple predatory instincts and defensive capabilities that war endlessly beneath their scarred hides, making them unpredictable engines of savagery and terror on the battlefield. The Nythrul, also referred to as the Eaters of the Force, embody the Sith doctrine that life itself is merely raw material to be broken, reshaped, and enslaved to the will of darkness.
PHYSICAL INFORMATION
  • Breathes: Type I & II
  • Average Height of Adults: 1.96 meters (6'4")
  • Average Length of Adults: 1.22 meters (4 feet)
  • Skin color:
    • Its skin is a patchwork of sickly olive-green scales, pallid gray flesh, and bruised, corpse-like tissue, all crudely stitched together and marked by the corruption of Sith alchemy.
  • Hair color: N/A
  • Distinctions:
    • The Nythrul is distinguished by its horrific fusion of Gamorrean, Terentateks, and Ysalamiri DNA traits, possessing a hulking asymmetrical body stitched together from those multiple genetic sources through Sith alchemy and forbidden experimentation. The species is entirely sexless, lacking any natural reproductive anatomy, as each Nythrul is artificially created from the original copy, rather than born, making them living constructs engineered solely for survival, predation, and war.
  • Races: N/A
  • Force Sensitivity: No
Strengths:
  • Anti-Force Bubble ~
    • Through the genetic integration of Ysalamiri DNA, The Nythrul possess the rare ability to generate a Force-nullifying bubble extending up to 13 meters in diameter, potentially severing the connection between the Force and any Force wielder trapped within its boundary. This biological defense makes them a terrifying threat to Jedi, Sith, and other Force-sensitive beings, rendering even the most powerful Force abilities useless while they remain inside the unnatural void.
  • Hulking Beasts / Durability ~
    • The Nythrul possess a hulking abomination of a body, their grotesque frames forged through unnatural genetic manipulation and Sith tampering into towering masses of muscle, bone, and hardened tissue. Their immense strength and durability make them living juggernauts, capable of enduring devastating attacks while relentlessly crushing anything that stands before them.
  • Force Radar ~
    • The Nythrul possess a predatory ability to detect nearby Force-sensitive beings, causing their monstrous bodies to cycle through faintly glowing colors that serve as both a warning signal to their allies and an indication that potential prey is within range. This biological radar, an effect from corrupted Terentatek DNA, can extend up to forty feet (twelve meters), with the intensity and speed of their shifting illumination increasing as the Force-sensitive target draws closer, signaling the Nythrul’s growing awareness of its quarry.
  • Stench ~
    • The Nythrul emit a horrific, corpse-like stench that can be consciously intensified at will, allowing them to unleash a foul biological weapon capable of overwhelming the senses of those nearby. The unbearable odor can cause uncontrollable gagging, violent hacking, watering eyes, and even force individuals to halt in their tracks as their bodies struggle against the nauseating presence of the creature. In some cases, unconsciousness can occur.
  • Poisonous Claws / Nails ~
    • The Nythrul possess poisonous claws and nails derived from Terentatek DNA, carrying corrupted bacteria capable of infecting victims through even the slightest wound. These unnatural toxins can trigger extreme sickness, accelerated gangrene, and discombobulated thoughts, with untreated infections eventually progressing into a fatal condition.
Weaknesses:
  • Uncontrollable Appetite ~
    • The Nythrul are driven by an insatiable hunger that no feast can ever satisfy, their warped essence forever craving the flesh, blood, and life-force of Force-sensitive beings. To a Nythrul, the distinction between Jedi, Sith, or any other Force tradition is meaningless; all are prey, and the taste of the Force itself is a maddening temptation that fuels their endless predatory obsession.
  • Light Side Sickness ~
    • As creatures born from Sith Alchemy and sustained by the corruption of the Dark Side, the Nythrul possess a profound vulnerability to concentrated Light Side energies, which can scorch their flesh, unravel their unnatural mutations, and inflict agonizing wounds that resist regeneration. Exposure to powerful Light Side abilities can also shatter their predatory minds, flooding them with unbearable clarity, fear, and psychic torment that may leave them crippled, catatonic, or even dead.
  • Slow Paced ~
    • The Nythrul are lumbering abominations whose immense, malformed bodies make swift movement nearly impossible, forcing them to rely on ambushes, intimidation, and brute force rather than pursuit. Few creatures need fear being chased by a Nythrul, for once prey escapes beyond their immediate reach, the monstrous Sithspawn are often unable to catch it through speed alone.
  • Dim Witted ~
    • The Nythrul are notoriously dim-witted Sithspawn, possessing only the most rudimentary instincts and lacking the intellect required for strategy, diplomacy, or complex problem-solving. Most are incapable of making educated decisions, instead acting on hunger, aggression, and simple commands, making them dangerous but highly predictable creations of Sith Alchemy.
  • Weak Immune System ~
    • Despite their terrifying appearance and unnatural strength, the Nythrul possess remarkably fragile immune systems, leaving them highly susceptible to diseases, infections, and even common illnesses that would scarcely inconvenience other species. This biological instability, a flaw inherited from their alchemically engineered origins, contributes greatly to their short natural lifespans, as many Nythrul succumb to sickness long before age or battle can claim them.
  • Creation / Cloned ~
    • The Nythrul are not natural creatures, having existed only through the twisted practices of Sith Alchemy and Dark Side experimentation since the first original creations, leaving every generation plagued by the same flaws that haunt artificial life. Like many imperfect clones, they suffer from accelerated growth and aging, physical deformities, and psychological instability, causing some strains to become incomplete, uncontrollable, or otherwise unsuitable for survival and ultimately destroyed, severely impacting production results.
CULTURE
  • Diet: Raw Flesh & Blood (Force Sensitive Sentients Preferably, But Not Picky)
  • Communication:
    • It can range from grunts and snorts to eerie pig-like squeals and gibberish to lack of vocal expression entirely, in which case body language comes into play.
  • Technology level: Galactic Standard
  • Religion/Beliefs: N/A
  • General behavior:
    • Nythrul Behavioral Profile
  • I. Core Mentality
    • Artificial Sithspawn created for violence, domination, and destruction.
    • Possess a predatory mindset focused on hunting, killing, and overwhelming opposition.
    • Display little regard for self-preservation when pursuing designated prey or objectives.
    • Driven by primal aggression amplified through dark side corruption.
  • II. Warlike Nature
    • Naturally drawn to conflict and battlefields.
    • View combat as their primary purpose and state of existence.
    • Constantly seek opportunities to prove dominance through violence.
    • Favor direct assaults over diplomacy, negotiation, or deception.
  • III. Berserker Tendencies
    • Capable of entering uncontrollable battle frenzies when wounded, threatened, or exposed to strong dark side energies.
    • During these episodes, pain becomes largely irrelevant to them.
    • Attack relentlessly until all enemies are destroyed or they are physically incapable of continuing.
    • Their ferocity often makes them as dangerous to allies as they are to enemies.
  • IV. Destroyer Instincts
    • Exhibit an innate urge to tear apart structures, vehicles, creatures, and fortifications.
    • Leave devastation in their wake, reducing settlements and defensive positions to ruins.
    • Prefer overwhelming force and terror as tools of warfare.
  • V. Sithspawn Psychology
    • Possess limited individuality compared to naturally evolved species.
    • Respond strongly to dark side influence and Sith commands.
    • Often experience violent urges, bloodlust, and instinctive hatred toward perceived enemies, especially those aligned with the Force.
    • Lack conventional morality, empathy, or compassion.
  • VI. Apex Force Hunters
    • Possess an unnatural sensitivity to disturbances in the Force despite not being traditional Force-users.
    • Instinctively track Force signatures across great distances.
    • Prioritize the Force and other Force-sensitive beings, regardless of alignment, as preferred prey.
    • Adapt their hunting methods to exploit weaknesses in Force users.
  • VII. Social Behavior
    • Operate in packs, warbands, or hunting groups.
    • Challenge weaker members for dominance through displays of violence.
  • VIII. Behavior in Combat
    • Charge directly into enemy formations with little hesitation.
    • Utilize claws, fangs, tusks, and immense physical strength.
    • Focus attacks on the strongest opponent first if no Force Sensitive is in the area.
    • Continue fighting despite severe injuries that would incapacitate most species.
    • Seek to inspire terror through brutality, roars, and displays of overwhelming violence.
  • IX. Ultimate Purpose
    • Serve as living weapons of the Dark Side.
    • Hunt and exterminate enemies of their creator and commanders.
    • Spread fear, destruction, and chaos wherever they are unleashed.
    • Embody the savage, relentless nature of Sith alchemy made flesh.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION

The history of the Nythrul began as one of Darth Sycophantia's darkest and most ambitious experiments in Sith Alchemy, a project born from her obsession with creating the ultimate predator rather than a simple servant of the Dark Side.

From her forbidden research, she selected the DNA of several powerful and dangerous species, combining traits chosen for their brutality, resilience, and predatory capabilities.

The savage strength and endurance of the Gamorrean, the unnatural resilience of Terentatek-derived genetics, the Force disruptive ability of Ysalamiri genetic splicing; carefully altered components merged into a single monstrous design.

The cloning process was introduced through preserved samples of corrupted DNA, carefully maintained from ancient experiments and tainted by Dark Side energies, allowing Darth Sycophantia to recreate a lineage of Sithspawn that carried the flaws and horrors of their origins.

During the dark alchemical processes that gave rise to the first Nythrul, Darth Sycophantia infused traces of her own Force signature into the very genetic framework from which they were engineered, forever linking their existence to her presence.

This bond allows a subtle connection to persist between creator and creation, enabling the Nythrul to instinctively recognize her essence and respond to it with an innate sense of familiarity rather than curiosity or aggression.

Because a fragmentary echo of her Force presence already resonates within their alchemized genes, the Nythrul are uniquely indifferent to her Force sensitivity, perceiving it not as an alluring source of power, but as an inseparable part of their own origin.

The accidental discovery of a long-abandoned laboratory on the remote world of Baros provided Darth Sycophantia with the perfect foundation for her creation. Once a forgotten relic of a failed scientific endeavor, the defunct facility was quickly refurbished into a hidden cloning complex, its chambers rebuilt to produce the Nythrul in secret.

Each cloned abomination was implanted with an inhibitor chip buried within its body, serving as both a kill switch and a mechanism of control should any specimen become uncontrollable or defy its commander's will.

Darth Sycophantia wove threads of her own Force essence into the alchemized genetic matrix from which the creatures were born, binding each strand of corrupted DNA to an echo of her dark presence. Through this unnatural imprint, the creatures recognized her not as prey, rival, or object of fascination, but as the primordial source from which their existence had been shaped, granting her an instinctive connection to their thoughts, instincts, and emotional states. Because her Force signature already resided within them, they felt no attraction toward her Force sensitivity, perceiving it instead as a familiar extension of their own being, as natural and unquestioned as blood flowing through their veins.

Despite their many imperfections, rapid growth, accelerated aging, unstable mutations, and fractured minds, the Nythrul remain a testament to Darth Sycophantia's dark genius; living weapons forged through corruption, designed to hunt Force Sensitives, and shaped by a mind that viewed life itself as another resource to be manipulated.

OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Name:
    • The Vharakoth
      • The Sith Hound
      • The Beasts That Hunt the Dark
      • The Vhara
  • Sithspawn Class: Force Hunter
  • Designation: Semi-sentient
  • Origins: Baros ~ The Maleficarum Bio-Genesis Facility
  • Average Lifespan: 5 ~ 8 years.
  • Estimated Population: Planetary
  • Description:
    • The Vharakoth appear as a colossal quadrupedal horror clad in jagged black scales and overlapping armor plates, its hulking frame bristling with wicked spines that rise like the shattered battlements of a cursed fortress. Its skull-like visage is crowned with serrated horns and marked by red occult sigils that glow faintly across its body, giving the impression of an ancient predator bound to dark and forbidden powers. At a quick glance, the beast resembles a living nightmare of fang, claw, and iron-hard flesh; a relentless apex monster seemingly born from shadow, blood, and eldritch malice.
PHYSICAL INFORMATION
  • Breathes: Type I ~ II
  • Average Height of Adults: 0.9 meters {3 feet}
  • Average Length of Adults: 1.82 meters {6 feet}
  • Skin color:
    • The Vharakoth's hide is predominantly a deep ebony black, its armored scales appearing almost metallic in certain light, as though forged from volcanic glass and ancient iron. Threaded between the scales are faint blood-hue colored veins and occult rune-like markings that glow with a blood-red luminescence, giving the beast the appearance of a living shadow infused with dark side corruption.
  • Hair color: N/A
  • Distinctions:
    • The Vharakoth is distinguished by its living fortress-like anatomy, possessing overlapping midnight armor scales fused directly into its flesh, immense spinal ridges lined with blade like spikes, and a horned skull structure covered in naturally occurring runic markings that pulse with dark-side energy. Unlike ordinary canine predators, its elongated forelimbs are built for both crushing assaults and rapid bursts of speed, while its clawed paws can grip rock and metal with unnatural strength, allowing it to traverse terrain that would hinder most beasts. Male Vharakoth are generally larger and broader in the shoulders with longer crown horns and heavier armor plating, whereas females are slightly leaner and more agile, often displaying more intricate crimson rune patterns across their scales and possessing longer sensory spines along the neck and tail.
  • Races: N/A
  • Force Sensitivity: All
Strengths:
  • Force Hunters ~
    • Through their own twisted communion with the Force, Vharakoths can sense the presence of Force-sensitive beings across vast distances, tracking the unique spiritual resonance that clings to every wielder regardless of whether they serve the light or the dark. Once a target's essence has been imprinted upon their predatory instincts, the Vharakoth becomes a relentless hunter, capable of following faint disturbances in the Force through wilderness, cities, and even across the void between worlds with uncanny precision.
  • Highly Intelligent ~
    • Unlike most canine-based species, Vharakoth possess a heightened level of intelligence that allows them to analyze situations, recognize complex patterns, and adapt their hunting strategies with near-sentient awareness. This advanced cognition, combined with their primal instincts and connection to the Force, places them among the rare semi-sentient creatures of the galaxy, capable of understanding commands, forming bonds, and displaying rudimentary tactical thought.
  • Dark Side Bite ~
    • The Vharakoth's vicious bite, derived from the corrupted Hssiss DNA within its genetic makeup, delivers a potent Dark Side venom that seeps into the victim's body and begins poisoning their connection to the Force, twisting their instincts and emotions toward corruption. While deadly to all beings, the bite is especially dangerous to Jedi and other Light Side users, as the unnatural poison actively disrupts their harmony with the Force and leaves them vulnerable to the influence of the Dark Side.
  • Concealment ~
    • The Vharakoth's concealment ability, inherited from Hssiss DNA, allows the creature to bend light around its body and vanish completely from the naked eye, transforming it into a nearly invisible predator stalking its prey from the shadows. For a brief duration, this ability also masks the Vharakoth's presence within the Force, concealing its signature from Jedi, Sith, and other Force Sensitives and allowing it to strike before its existence is ever detected.
  • Powerful Venomous Spikes / Tail / Claws ~
    • The Vharakoth's enhanced claws, tail, and dorsal spikes, derived from Vornskr DNA, carry a potent neurotoxic poison that may not be immediately lethal but is powerful enough to paralyze a target upon contact, leaving prey helpless before the creature's next attack. Its razor-sharp claws and spikes are capable of tearing through most known metals, while its heavily muscled tail possesses enough force to shatter bone and cripple opponents when allowed to strike without resistance.
  • Speed Racers ~
    • The Vharakoth possesses highly advanced speed, allowing it to move with unnatural bursts of acceleration that rival the fastest predatory species in the galaxy and make it nearly impossible for prey to escape once targeted. Their enhanced agility, reflexes, and muscular coordination allow them to rapidly change direction, traverse difficult terrain, and strike with terrifying precision before their opponents can react.
Weaknesses:
  • Light Side Aliments ~
    • As a creature born from the corruption of the Dark Side, the Vharakoth is especially vulnerable to concentrated Light Side abilities, which can disrupt its unnatural physiology and inflict severe wounds upon its corrupted essence. Powerful attacks from Jedi and other Light Side users can overwhelm the Sithspawn's defenses, causing catastrophic damage that may ultimately lead to its destruction and death.
  • Aggressive Nature ~
    • The Vharakoth's aggressive nature is volatile and unpredictable, driven by their Sithspawn instincts and heightened predatory impulses, causing them to lash out with sudden bursts of violence even without provocation. Due to this instability, each Vharakoth is implanted with a behavioral modification chip designed to attempt to regulate their actions, though malfunctions or interference can cause them to attack sporadically and behave in ways that contradict their conditioning.
  • Short Life-Span ~
    • The Vharakoth's short lifespan is a tragic consequence of the Sith Alchemy and dark magic used in the creation of the original specimen, as the unnatural forces that birthed the species left behind deep flaws within its genetic structure. Every cloned Vharakoth inherits this hidden imperfection, ensuring that despite their immense physical capabilities and predatory superiority, their existence is ultimately bound by a limited and fleeting life.
  • Nocturnal ~
    • The Vharakoth is a strictly nocturnal creation, its enhanced senses and predatory instincts designed to thrive beneath the cover of darkness where it becomes a nearly unstoppable hunter. However, this adaptation leaves its eyes as a significant weakness, as exposure to natural light severely impairs its ability to focus and navigate, while even artificial illumination can overwhelm its vision and reduce its effectiveness in combat.
  • Diurnal Sickness ~
    • The Vharakoth suffers from Diurnal Sickness, a hereditary flaw born from the Sith Alchemy and genetic corruption that created the species, causing their bodies to rapidly deteriorate when exposed to direct sunlight. Once caught beneath the sun's rays, the Vharakoth enters a rapid decline marked by extreme weakness, cellular decay, and systemic failure, with the condition progressing to death within mere minutes.
  • Sterile ~
    • The Vharakoth possess a sterile nature that originated with the first pair of creations, a male and female specimen engineered through Sith experimentation to serve as the genetic foundation for the entire species. From these original progenitors, every Vharakoth clone inherits their designed infertility, leaving them incapable of reproduction and ensuring that their existence can only continue through controlled artificial creation.
  • Clone Effects ~
    • As a cloned species, the Vharakoth suffers from the inherent flaws of artificial replication, with each generation carrying the possibility of genetic instability, physical imperfections, and unpredictable mutations from the original specimen. These cloning defects can manifest in varying degrees among individuals, creating subtle differences in strength, resilience, behavior, and lifespan despite their shared genetic origin.
  • Overall Strength ~
    • Despite its intimidating appearance and numerous enhancements, the Vharakoth's overall physical strength is considered modest when compared to other canine-based species, larger beasts, and more powerful Sithspawn throughout the galaxy. While it possesses enough power to be a dangerous predator, its true threat lies not in raw strength but in its cunning intelligence, Force sensitivity, speed, and specialized hunting abilities.
CULTURE
  • Diet: Carnivore
  • Communication: Through barks, body language, and mournful whimpers.
  • Technology level: N/A
  • Religion/Beliefs: N/A
  • General behavior:
    • The Vharakoth is an intensely territorial Sithspawn that stalks its domain with cold patience, remaining motionless for hours before erupting into sudden, overwhelming violence against anything it perceives as a threat or intruder. Unlike many predatory beasts that hunt solely for sustenance, it is driven by deeply ingrained aggression and dark-side instincts, often displaying a disturbing tendency to toy with prey, intimidate rivals, and dominate entire regions through fear alone. Despite its savage nature, the creature possesses a predatory cunning, using ambush tactics, environmental awareness, and coordinated behavior with bonded handlers or fellow Vharakoth when pursuing particularly dangerous quarry.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION

The Vharakoth were not born from the natural order of the galaxy, but from the dark imagination of Darth Sycophantia, a Sith whose obsession with creation, control, and the manipulation of life drove her to seek perfection through unnatural means.

Deep beneath an undisclosed world, hidden away from prying eyes and buried beneath layers of forgotten stone and technological secrecy, she established a clandestine cloning facility where the foundations of the Vharakoth project began. Within the sterile chambers of this underground laboratory, ancient genetic material, Sith alchemical knowledge, and advanced cloning techniques were combined to forge a new breed of Sithspawn.

The first pair of Vharakoth, a single male and female specimen, were engineered as the genetic template from which all future generations would be cloned, their existence serving not as a species born of evolution, but as manufactured creations designed to fulfill Darth Sycophantia’s vision.

Yet the creation of the Vharakoth carried the same cruel imperfections that plagued all artificial life. As cloned beings, they inherited the flaws of replication; genetic instability, subtle mutations, and imperfections that accumulated through each successive generation.

Their engineered sterility ensured they could never reproduce naturally, leaving their survival entirely dependent upon the hidden cloning facilities that birthed them.

Despite their intimidating appearance and Sithspawn origins, the Vharakoth were never the unstoppable monsters Darth Sycophantia envisioned; compared to other canine species, beasts, and Sithspawn abominations of the galaxy, they remained physically limited.

Their true purpose was not found in overwhelming strength, but in their existence as a symbol of Sith ambition; a living testament to the dangers of attempting to replace nature with domination, science, and the dark side of the Force.

  • Average Height of Adults: 1.22 meters {4 feet}
  • Average Length of Adults: N/A
  • Average Length of Wingspan: 3.2 meters {10.5 feet}
  • Skin color:
    • The creature's skin is predominantly a deep midnight black, layered with glossy, scale-like armor that reflects light with an oily, almost metallic sheen. Beneath the darker plating, exposed musculature and membrane tissues glow with sinister shades of crimson and blood-red, creating a stark contrast that gives the beast a hellish, living-shadow appearance.
  • Hair color: N/A
  • Distinctions:
    • The Morvexis are distinguished from natural avian species by their heavily armored ebony scales, elongated raptorial limbs, and a predatory bone-plated beak lined with secondary rows of serrated feeding teeth, adaptations born from Sith alchemy rather than natural evolution. Their immense membranous wings possess reinforced clawed joints that allow them to grasp prey in flight, while sensory pits along the neck and skull enable them to perceive heat, fear responses, and subtle disturbances in their surroundings. Females are typically larger and more heavily armored, bearing broader wings and longer cranial spines, whereas males are leaner and faster with brighter bioluminescent eye-glows and more pronounced crimson patterning across their wing membranes.
  • Races: N/A
  • Force Sensitivity: All
Strengths:
  • Force Hunters ~
    • Through alchemically refined Vornskr DNA woven into their genetic structure, the Morvexis possess an uncanny attunement to the Dark Side of the Force, allowing them to perceive disturbances in the Force as vividly as a predator scents blood upon the wind. This inherited gift grants them an extraordinary ability to track and pursue Force-sensitive prey across vast distances, instinctively detecting the presence of Jedi, Sith, and other Force-wielders regardless of their allegiance or philosophy. Once a target is identified, entire murders of Morvexis coordinate with chilling precision, relentlessly hunting their quarry through both the physical world and the subtle currents of the Force until escape becomes all but impossible.
  • Highly Intelligent ~
    • The Morvexis possess a level of intelligence far beyond that of ordinary predators, demonstrating the ability to analyze prey behavior, adapt to changing circumstances, and formulate complex hunting strategies in real time. Rather than relying on brute ferocity alone, they communicate through a combination of vocalizations, body language, and Force-instinctive cues, allowing entire flocks to operate with frightening coordination and tactical efficiency. Their cunning minds enable them to recognize patterns, exploit weaknesses, set ambushes, and even alter their methods when facing experienced Force-sensitive opponents, making them among the most dangerous Sithspawn hunters ever created.
  • Birds of the Same Colour... ~
    • The Morvexis are rarely encountered alone, instead gathering in vast hunting flocks known as murders or hungers, where dozens of the creatures' act as a single predatory intelligence. Working with ruthless coordination, they encircle prey from multiple directions, driving victims into exhaustion through relentless harassment before swarming in to drag them down beneath a storm of talons, beaks, and snapping jaws. Even powerful enemies can find themselves overwhelmed as each Morvexis exploits openings created by its kin, turning every hunt into a calculated execution orchestrated by the collective will of the flock.
  • Anti-Force Bubble ~
    • Through carefully integrated Ysalamiri genetic coding, the Morvexis possess specialized biological organs capable of generating a localized Force-negation field extending roughly three meters (ten feet) from their bodies. Within this unnaturally silent sphere, the currents of the Force become turbulent and difficult to grasp, often disrupting a Force-sensitive's ability to sense, manipulate, or draw upon their powers with reliable precision. When multiple Morvexis converge upon a target, their overlapping suppression fields can create pockets of near-total Force deprivation, transforming even powerful Jedi or Sith into vulnerable prey forced to rely upon mundane skill and instinct alone.
  • Razor Sharp Beak, Talons, & Teeth ~
    • The Morvexis possess sets of razor-sharp anatomical weapons unlike those of any natural avian predator, with their hooked beaks, serrated teeth, and elongated talons designed to tear through flesh, armor plating, and hardened organic material with terrifying efficiency. Their beaks are reinforced through Sith alchemical mutation, forming a jagged, predatory structure capable of delivering crushing bites and piercing strikes, while their teeth allow them to latch onto struggling prey and prevent escape. Their talons are curved like surgical blades, enabling Morvexis hunting flocks to pin down enemies, dismember weakened targets, and methodically consume their victims with the cold precision of a coordinated killing swarm.
  • Extremely Fast ~
    • The Morvexis possess an extraordinary aerial velocity, their mutated wings allowing them to traverse vast distances with terrifying speed and maneuverability, striking from the skies before their prey can react. In flight, they move like a living storm of claws and armor, capable of sudden dives, rapid directional changes, and coordinated attacks that allow entire flocks to overwhelm their targets with relentless precision. However, their unnatural adaptations favor the skies rather than the ground, leaving them considerably slower and more cumbersome when forced to move on foot, where their hunting strategy relies on surrounding prey and overwhelming them through numbers rather than pursuit.
  • Constrictor (arms) ~
    • The Morvexis possess powerful, elongated arms reinforced by Sith-altered musculature, allowing them to wrap around targets with immense constrictive force. These limbs function as additional hunting tools, enabling the creatures to immobilize struggling prey, crush bones, restrict movement, and slowly squeeze the life from their victims through overwhelming pressure. When hunting in their large flocks known as murders or hungers, Morvexis use their constricting arms to restrain enemies while others tear into the trapped target, turning their coordinated assaults into a methodical and brutal execution.
Weaknesses:
  • Dark Side Creation ~
    • The Morvexis, as a creature born from Sith alchemy and corrupted genetic manipulation, are inherently vulnerable to the purifying influence of the Light Side of the Force, which acts as a poison against their unnatural existence. Powerful Light Side abilities can disrupt their heightened senses, weaken their physical capabilities, and interfere with the Dark Side energies that sustain their predatory instincts. In extreme cases, concentrated applications of the Light Side can overwhelm their corrupted biology entirely, causing catastrophic cellular failure and resulting in the Morvexis’ death.
  • Lifespan ~
    • The Morvexis were intentionally engineered by their creators to possess a short lifespan, ensuring they would serve as temporary weapons of predation rather than long-term independent creatures. However, the unstable Dark Side energies woven into their genetic structure created unforeseen consequences, accelerating cellular decay and further reducing their already limited existence. As a result, many Morvexis perish far sooner than intended, their bodies gradually consumed by the very Sith corruption that granted them their unnatural abilities.
  • Sterile ~
    • The Morvexis were engineered to display traits of both sexes, creating a complete and functional appearance of biological diversity despite their artificial origins. However, through deliberate Sith genetic manipulation, their reproductive systems were rendered completely sterile, preventing any possibility of natural reproduction or the creation of offspring. This imposed infertility ensures that every Morvexis remains a controlled creation of its creator, unable to spread beyond the laboratories and breeding programs that gave them life.
  • Unpredictable / Easily Agitated ~
    • The Morvexis display erratic and unpredictable behavior, a consequence of their unstable Sith-altered genetics and the conflicting instincts embedded within their corrupted minds. They are easily agitated by unfamiliar sounds, sudden movements, or perceived threats, often shifting from cautious observation to violent aggression without warning. This volatile temperament makes them dangerous even to their handlers, as their predatory instincts and Dark Side corruption can overwhelm their limited behavioral conditioning.
  • Overtly Territorial ~
    • The Morvexis are intensely territorial creatures, viewing any intrusion into their claimed hunting grounds as a direct challenge to their dominance and survival. They aggressively defend their nesting sites, feeding grounds, and established hunting ranges, often attacking trespassers with relentless ferocity and coordinated flock tactics. This territorial instinct is amplified by their Sith-forged predatory nature, causing them to pursue and eliminate perceived threats long after the initial confrontation has ended.
  • Cannibalistic ~
    • The Morvexis possess a deeply ingrained cannibalistic instinct, viewing members of their own kind as both rivals and potential sources of sustenance. In times of scarcity, conflict, or dominance struggles, they will turn upon wounded or weakened Morvexis, consuming their own kin without hesitation. This behavior is a reflection of their Sith-corrupted design, where survival, aggression, and predatory instinct have been prioritized above any sense of loyalty or natural social bond.
  • Diurnal ~
    • The Morvexis are a strictly diurnal species, with their bodies and predatory senses engineered to function at their peak under the presence of daylight. Their dependence on natural or artificial illumination is so extreme that prolonged exposure to darkness triggers a severe instinctive reaction known as nyctophobia, causing fear, and can be a factor in their agitation erratic behavior. This unnatural aversion to the night stems from their unstable Sith-forged biology, leaving them vulnerable and disoriented when deprived of the light they rely upon to hunt and survive.
  • Night Blindness ~
    • The Morvexis suffer from severe night blindness, an unexplained physiological defect most commonly attributed to the same corrupted instincts that manifest as their extreme nyctophobia. When deprived of light, their vision rapidly deteriorates, leaving them disoriented and vulnerable despite their otherwise exceptional predatory senses. However, this impairment does not diminish their ability to track and hunt through the Force, allowing them to locate Force-sensitive prey even during the darkest hours; but with severe the handicaps.
CULTURE
  • Diet: Carnivore
  • Communication: Through a combination of vocalizations, body language, and subtle Force-born impulses.
  • Technology level: N/A
  • Religion/Beliefs: N/A
  • General behavior:
    • The Morvexis are highly intelligent pack-hunting Sithspawn that exhibit an unsettling blend of predatory instinct and calculated battlefield coordination, often operating in large flocks known as murders or hungers. They possess an unnatural aptitude for tracking Force-sensitives, using heightened sensory organs and Sith-altered instincts to detect disturbances in the Force, allowing them to pursue prey across vast distances with relentless determination. Rather than relying on reckless aggression, the Morvexis attack with strategic precision, surrounding targets from multiple angles, isolating the weakest individuals, and exploiting moments of fear, exhaustion, or distraction before delivering coordinated strikes.

Their pack mentality is exceptionally strong, with individuals communicating through a combination of vocalizations, body language, and subtle Force-born impulses that allow entire flocks to function as a single predatory organism. Despite their disciplined nature, the Morvexis remain driven by an insatiable hunger and are known to resort to cannibalism during periods of scarcity, consuming wounded, dead, or weakened members of their own flock without hesitation. This brutal survival instinct ensures that only the strongest individuals endure, allowing the brood to continuously adapt, evolve, and remain a terrifying threat to any Force-sensitive prey unfortunate enough to cross their path.

PHYSICAL INFORMATION
  • Breathes: Type I
  • Average Height of Adults:
    • Males: 1.95 meters {6'4"}
    • Females: 1.82 meters {6'0"}
  • Average Length of Adults: N/A
  • Skin color: Golden Hue
  • Hair color: Black
  • Distinctions: [ Describe the unique physical traits that define what they are and set them apart from more common species like humans. Be sure to include any differences between male and female, as well as variations between different regional groups if any, and characteristics that denote a matured or ageing specimen. ]
  • Races: N/A
  • Force Sensitivity: Non-Sensitive
Strengths:
  • Mental Shielding
    • XT-13.B possesses an innate, unconscious resistance to Force-assisted mental intrusion, a trait inherited from the Epicanthix genetic sequences woven into their engineered genome, causing attempts at mind tricks, influence, domination, and telepathic probing to slide harmlessly across their psyche. Even without training or awareness, their mind instinctively erects subtle psychic barriers that distort, blunt, or outright repel such manipulations, rendering them exceptionally difficult for even experienced Force-users to control or read.
  • Accelerated Healing
    • Through the Firrerreo DNA integrated into their genetic coding, XT-13.B possesses an extraordinary regenerative capability, allowing them to recover from wounds that would prove fatal to most beings, including direct blaster impacts so long as vital structures such as the heart or brain remain intact. Their healing factor operates at a remarkable pace, with minor injuries sealing within minutes and severe trauma mending within mere hours, the regeneration occurring so rapidly that flesh, muscle, and skin can visibly knit themselves back together before the naked eye.
  • Enhanced Strength
    • Through their Firrerreo DNA incorporated into their genetic coding, XT-13.B possesses a remarkable and deceptive level of physical strength, allowing their seemingly ordinary frame to conceal power far beyond that of average humans and humanoids. This enhanced musculature grants them exceptional force, endurance, and striking capability, enabling them to perform feats of strength that belie their appearance and making them a formidable presence in both combat and physical confrontations.
  • Enhanced Intelligence
    • Through the integration of carefully selected human DNA sequences known for exceptional intellectual capability, XT-13.B possesses a remarkably advanced intellect encoded within their genetic structure, granting them superior cognitive processing, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities beyond that of typical humans and humanoids. This enhanced intelligence allows XT-13.B to rapidly comprehend complex information, adapt to unfamiliar situations, and employ strategic thinking with a level of precision and awareness befitting a highly engineered specimen.
Weaknesses:
  • Accelerated Aging
    • Due to flaws within the bioengineering process and accelerated cloning methodology, XT-13.B suffers from a severe cellular instability that causes their body to process age at an abnormally rapid rate, a consequence of being designed to mature at three times the natural growth rate of a standard human. While this accelerated development grants them early physical and mental maturity, it comes at the cost of a shortened lifespan, with their genetic structure rapidly accumulating the effects of aging as their body struggles to sustain the unnatural pace imposed upon it.
  • Weakened Internal Organs
    • Due to imperfections within the bioengineering process and the accelerated cloning methodology used to create them, XT-13.B possesses weakened internal organs as a significant biological flaw, a consequence of forcing their body to develop at three times the normal human growth rate. Although their external physiology appears highly advanced and resilient, their internal systems remain fragile and prone to strain.
  • Sterile
    • XT-13.B specimens were engineered to produce both male and female variants, with each biological form designed to retain the desired genetic traits while maintaining controlled reproductive limitations. As part of their artificial creation, both sexes were rendered sterile through genetic modification, ensuring they could not reproduce independently and allowing their creators to maintain absolute control over the continuation and distribution of the lineage.
CULTURE
  • Diet: Omnivore
  • Communication: Galactic Basic
  • Technology level: Galactic Standard
  • Religion/Beliefs: N/A
  • General behavior: [ Describe general behaviors such as: family life, values, how they raise their young, how they find mates, how they interact with the world and other species around them. Do they hunt? Do they build? Are they inventors? Are they explorers? Are they nocturnal or diurnal? Do they attend schools? Etc, etc. ]
HISTORICAL INFORMATION

XT-13.B was born from an ambitious and ethically questionable bioengineering initiative pursued under the shadow of Darth Sycophantia, who sought to push the boundaries of genetic manipulation and artificial evolution. Fascinated by the potential of creating life that could endure the horrors of the galaxy while serving a greater purpose, Darth Sycophantia oversaw the development of the project as both a scientific endeavor and a testament to her philosophy that perfection could be forged through controlled suffering and adaptation.

Through advanced cloning methodologies and forbidden genetic experimentation, XT-13.B was constructed using a combination of human, Epicanthix, and Firrerreo DNA, with each genetic contribution carefully selected to provide specific advantages. The Epicanthix sequences granted XT-13.B a natural resistance against Force-based mental intrusion, allowing their subconscious mind to resist manipulation, domination, and invasive mental probing; even against experienced Force-users.

The Firrerreo genetic material provided extraordinary regenerative capabilities, deceptive physical strength, and heightened biological resilience, creating a specimen capable of surviving injuries and physical challenges far beyond ordinary humanoids. Additional human genetic samples were incorporated from individuals known for exceptional intellect, granting XT-13.B an advanced cognitive capacity capable of rapid analysis, strategic thinking, and accelerated adaptation.

Yet even Darth Sycophantia's mastery of genetics and dark science could not eliminate the flaws born from such unnatural creation. The accelerated cloning process, designed to mature XT-13.B at three times the normal human growth rate, introduced severe biological instability into their genetic framework. While the specimens developed rapidly into highly capable beings with enhanced physical and mental abilities, their accelerated evolution came at a terrible cost; weakened internal organs, fragile biological systems, and an accelerated aging process that shortened their potential lifespan.

Both male and female variants of XT-13.B were produced, each carrying the same carefully engineered traits while being intentionally rendered sterile to prevent uncontrolled reproduction and ensure that the continuation of the lineage remained solely under Darth Sycophantia's authority. To her, XT-13.B represented the duality of creation itself; a masterpiece born from ambition and suffering, a living weapon capable of extraordinary feats yet forever marked by the imperfections that came from forcing evolution to obey the will of its creators.
