Due to an increased interaction between Mandalorians and Jedi, Tarre has teamed up with some of the best technical savants of the Mandalorian Enclave, to create a non-lethal weapon in which can be used to capture, and apprehend armored enemies, Jedi, Sith, and pretty much anything inbetween.
