With the remodel and expansion of the Cadera-Feanor-Corek estate Noah recognized that the estate, which used to be able to be defended by a relatively small number of people would need a much larger guard force. For this force Noah decided to personally make it himself and decided on droids to fit the bill, but before this he would need to design the weapons that the droids would utilize.
The first weapon he looked to was a melee weapon for the droids. He decided after doing exhaustive research that a vibrosword would be the best weapon for them to use. As for the design itself he took cues from the vibroswords of the Jedi Civil War era and built one to match. First he needed to choose the materials to build the sword out of. He constructed the blade out of duranium due to its natural durability. The blades edge was constructed out of quadranium due to its ability to maintain its sharpness. The blade was then plated in phrik to give it resistance against lightsabers. Lastly the hilt was constructed out of plasteel to retain durability but cut weight.
When it came to the features to be added Noah once again looked to the Jedi Civil War era and its bevy of weapon upgrades it spawned. The first was an improved ultrasonic vibration generator to improve the cutting power of the blade. A quadranium edge allows the blade to maintain its cutting power over a much longer period of time. An advanced vibration cell powers the generator allowing for even further cutting power. Lastly a Nagai grip enhances the swords handling and defensive attributes without sacrificing cutting power.
