STRENGTHS

DESCRIPTION

Tel'alith Labs spent a long long time researching how to make one of these crystals. Their research wing delving into precision placement with the aid of Jedi had the thought for a long while. Especially after they got their hands on a few Mazer units to compare and contrast with regular laser systems. Their findings were both used similar methods but different starting inputs to arrive at the same plasmatic wrapped energy bolts.

The Team became obsessed with the fact they were daily sure they could make a sense to more fully energize the area within a weapon. That fact would make the resulting bolt stronger and more uniform. If they could prove it then the companies fledgeling weapons division could have a leg up on competitors. Or they could boost the sales of lesser systems by making them stronger. Still after dozens of tests, then hundreds of tests... then finally in the thousands of tests the team cracked the precision placement of atoms as the lattice was built. This breakthrough allowed the lenses to be made the same every way with precise precision, and some speed. The Energy Focusing Lens was finally born.
