To Whom it May Concern:

All Protectorate Officals and Officers alongside their respected commands are herby ordered to Courscant where they will be debriefed by Elector Primo. -End Transmisson-

The Corporate Protectorate had a long reign on Xa Fel, but dreams have to end. The people of Xa Fel, enreaged at the apparent treachery of General Fires on V'Trechen during his successful bid to bring the full might of the Protectorate to bear on his brother's faction The Red Dragon resulted in a full blown revolt of the Xa Feloans. Rather than attempt to pacify the citizens, the Elector Primo voted to flee. Eventually a mass exodus was planned but was halted when the Protectorate's primary enemy The Republic of Eternals and The Red Dragon launched a during assault on the Capitol world forcing the citizens to rely on their powerful government to protect them. The resulting battle was cataclysmic, with Billon's dead and the entirety of Xa Fel's Infrastructure being destroyerd. The Protectorate, untouched by the attack, prepares to launch Operation End Game, a last ditch effort for the Protectorate to reign supreme. There's just on object in the way: The Grayson Imperium.

The Protectorate Ground Forces are armed and ready to claim the Corscant in name of the Elector Primo. Will they prevail, or will the Elector meet a sword at his throat

Fireson was in his ship. He knew that with the whole Brother War, The Corporaate Protectorate needed to move away from their caitol planet. Mike would know where to find him and beat him. Fireson wanted to make sure that everything will be alright. He was on the bridge waiting for commands.

"Ah," said Fireson. "I am having a good day. My brother is upset and I am trying to find a new capitol. I wonder what are we gonna find here on Coruscant. I never been to a core world before."

The coronation had not even had time to commence before the fledgling Imperium was forced to defend itself.

In truth, the Essonians had expected some form of assault from unhappy neighbors. The fleets had been arrayed in a defensive pattern across the system: such a large force congealed into a relatively small space would serve as quite the barrier between the Essonians and interlopers.

Alarm klaxons buzzed across the imperial fleet as a cordon of unknown vessels entered the edge of the system. Cedric had wasted little time in making his way to the comm center within the imperial palace.

"Shall I hail them my lord?" One of the ensigns asked.

Cedric nodded, "Open the channel."

Once done, the Imperator would speak. "You trespass into the realms of the Grayson Imperium, and we do not take kindly to uninvited guests. Identify yourselves and state your intentions. You've five minutes to comply before our fleets move to intercept."

It was a simple warning, but then the Essonian fleet communicated far more than mere words ever could.

Nexus Krae did not enjoy taking orders. But he'd do so where necessary. As was occurring now. He was semi amused at the reasoning, because in truth, this was partially the fault of Fireson V'Trechen, his apprentice. He boarded his ship The Goran and was on his way. Meditating in a chamber as they set into lightspeed towards Coruscant. Except they weren't going to be left uninhibited. The Goran arrived behind the Protectorates fleet as it was being hailed by the Grayson Imperium. They were being threatened apparently.

Were this a land battle, Nexus wouldn't feel the slightest tinge of fear. But the Goran was not a space combat vessel. It could offer destruction to worlds below and could mostly stand it's own. But it was not fitted for warfare in space. It did have fighters and support craft aboard. But that was limited as well. Good defenses sure, and he might be able to make a light speed escape. But that was not preferred.

Nexus opened a communication to his allied Commanders first, five minutes wasn't long, but long enough to make a decision perhaps, "I'd advise saying something or preparing already. I cannot offer much aid here, the Goran is not designed for space warfare as I hope you know. If I land things are different. But you should consider your resources carefully before engaging."

Maracel Yorkell's Fleet :
  • 5 Assimilator-Class Star Destroyer
  • 3 Nebulon-A Frigates
Dion Pembell's Fleet :
  • 5 Assimilator-class Star Destroyers
  • 1 Majestic Heavy Cruiser
  • 3 Nebulon-A Frigates
  • 5 Nagata Heavy Corvettes

Along with the Imperial Fleet , Maracel had a small Fleet of 5 Assimilator-Class Star Destroyers positioned over Coruscant in order to aid the Grayson Imperium in mopping up the other warlords after he had made his oath of loyalty to the Grayson Emperor. After being alerted to the Threat of the Corporate Protectorate , Maracel mobilized what forces he could including a Fleet of 5 Assimilator-Class Star Destroyers and 3 Nebulon-A Frigates in order to face the threat of the Corporate Protectorate while assembling a Third Fleet under Dion Pembell over Jakku composed of 5 Assimilators and 3 Nebulon-A Frigates along with 5 Nagata Heavy Corvettes and 1 Majestic-II Heavy Cruiser in order to launch a counter-offensive within the territories of the Corporate Protectorate unaware that it had been taken over by the Red Dragon.

Sir, we have detected multiple unknown vessels entering the system. Lord Grayson has already sent a message demanding that they turn back”. The Corporate Protectorate , or at least what was left of it. During the times of the Imperial Remnant the Planet served as a possible base for the Imperial Remnant to prepare for it’s planned campaign within the Core Worlds. After joining the Grayson Imperium , Maracel had proposed the absorption of the Faction to Lord Grayson and now with their attack he saw a chance. “Order Dion Pembell to move his Fleet to Xa Fel and begin a Counter-Offensive against the Corporate Protectorate. Meanwhile had the Fleet maintain defensive positions until Lord Grayson gives the order to engage.” Maracel ordered.

Dion Pembell’s Task Force did arrive at Xa Fel however what they found was a planet devastated by war and abandoned by the Corporate Protectorate and with the Planet’s Infrastructure in ruins. When Maracel was told about this he tasked Dion Pembell’s Fleet in moving towards Foeros in the scenario that the Corporate was defeated over Coruscant and scattered by the Grayson Imperium. Enabling Penbell to launch a Campaign within Corporate Territory. The Maracel contacted Lord Grayson. “Lord Grayson , Orders?

The party had barely ended, and the Warlord was just about to turn back for more supplies through his secrete routes. However, it turned out there was more fun to be had and possibly more ships to take away from these darned Imperials. He knew he was not the only Warlord in the Core anymore, but none could stand against his fleet. This little part was however, missing the Mephirium Class Battlecruiser as he sent them to clear up the supply lines along the Jaster Trade Spine. One of the only lanes that were still secure for him to smuggle weapons through.

It mattered little though, these Imperials would make nice additions to his Armada. Cedric knew not to cross him on looting those corpses of the battlefield. As one of his stronger allies with factories capable of turning large ships for his new nation and veteran soldier, he had firm ground to stand on. However, that would not last long, as such he still needed to request permission before doing anything. If the young Lord wished to let them walk all over Coruscant then so be it, but if they fired on his armada then they would be accepting their fate.

One of the officer on the bridge rushed up to him and saluted. "Lord Dracks, the Dominion Fleet and the Free Worlds Fleet are ready and awaiting orders, the Imperial Remnant Fleet is still under repairs and the 13th New Republic Fleet have not returned from their patrols yet, as for ground Forces, the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Corps are on Coruscant assisting with Reconstruction, 1st, 2nd, and 5th Marine Legions are prepared however and their boarding ships prepared to meet the Enemy."

Tobias did not let his eyes leave the battle map before him. "Have the Fighter and Bomber Squadrons ready to launch, and place the Shield Ships between the Carriers and the enemy flanked by the Anti-Snub Corvettes, once the Emperor give his command we must deliver a decisive blow to their counter Bomber units, understood Commander."

"Sir." The man saluted and rushed back to his section to order the command.

This should be interesting, the Imperials that knelt before the Emperor were here as well. A rather interesting move by their part, but the Ex-Republic in him still did not trust them. As such he just stood by his base and awaited orders from the Emperor.

Fireson ordered the ship to fire. He was gonna take over Coruscant, whether what it will cost. Fireson will win this. Coruscant will be ours. Everyone who opposes us will burn.

"Open fire," ordered Fireson. "Get us a whole in their defences, so that we can get inside the base and murder them all. Take NO prisoners. This is war. And, we will give them a bloody one."

Dorriun Vakel

Emperor of the Imperial Remnant
Dorriun couldn't help but wonder what the hell had happened. It was supposed to be his time to rule. The Imperial Palace on Coruscant was supposed to be his palace. That throne was supposed to be his throne. Then, with one simple report, all of that melted away. Shran had surrendered to the enemy. Initially Dorriun was livid and frankly, any other Sith in this situation might have killed Shran for such an action but Dorriun knew Shran well and knew he was a capable commander. He would not have surrendered unless he thought the survival of the Empire completely depended on it.

He stood on the bridge of his Star Destroyer, the SD Ravager, heading at lightspeed for Coruscant. After a rather long voyage from the Unknown Regions, the ship finally arrived in orbit, dropping out hyperspce into the middle of a battle. "Sir, it appears that Protectorate ships are firing on Imperial and Grayson Imperium ships. Your orders sir?"

"Pull up along side the Assimilators and open fire on the lead enemy vessel. Comms, coordinate with Grayson Imperium ships. Send a squadron of TIEs into battle as well. Do not fire on any Imperium ships... at least for now."

Location : Eye of the Director (Assimilator-class Star Destroyer)

Sir they are opening fire” right then the enemy began attacking the Naval Forces of the Grayson Imperium. Maracel was surprised given that a dying faction with a Fleet inferior to that of the Imperium had dared to attack the Grayson Imperium. Knowing that there was no need for orders from his liege Maracel gave the order to return fire. “Deploy all fighters and have them target that Cruiser

Immediately 13 Tie Enforcer Squadrons where deployed from the fleet followed by the 13 Tie Phantoms and immediately rushed towards the enemy ship without opposition as the enemy had not deployed their fighters yet. Then as they entered in range of the enemy ship , the Cruiser opened fire on the Directorate Fighters hoping to take them down however their superiority in numbers where to much. Then the Fighters launched their attack run with Squadron after Squadron launched their attacks against the single enemy cruiser in which was quickly overwhelmed and had it’s shields reduced to 25%.

Sir Shields are weak should we open fire?” asked one of Maracel’s Lieutenant’s. “Yes but i want that ship disabled. Fire all Ion Cannons.” .
Maracel replied. Then the Ion Cannons of the Eye of the Director opened fire and began the process of knocking out the enemy ship. Then Maracel turned to the Captain of the Ship. “Get me Commander Hunter and tell him to prepare the Supercommandos” Maracel ordered. Without hesitation , the Captain proceed to contact Hunter who would soon make his way towards the bridge. Soon the Directorate Supercommandos would board that ship and soon they would take their captain prisoner. It was only a matter of time.

Fireson saw that there was a little damage on the ship. He did not know where it came from. Fireson checked the power and found out that the enemy was distroying it. Fireson did not want to retreat.

"I want all blaster fire pointing at Eye of the Director ship," said Fireson, then he butted up a emergency channel. "Nexus, I am under attack. Repeat, the Grayson Imperium decided to shoot at me."

Instead of being answered by someone of higher rank within the Corporate Protectorate, Nexus saw his own apprentice open fire on the people hailing them. He scowled in anger at the complete disregard for tactics and level of authority. He would not be letting this go easily. Nexus began to attempt to send out a message to the people that had opened the channel, "This is Nexus Krae aboard the Goran, and that ship does not represent the authority of the Corporate Protectorate and had no authority to open fire. This is not a combat cruiser and has taken no part in this battle." as he was doing this he was ordering his people to have a hyperdrive escape route prepared. He was not going to be wasting his time endangering himself or his ship in a war he was told nothing about and which is apprentice seemed to start.

It was then that Fireson dared to address Nexus asking for help, Nexus opened the channel to him, however. He would be having none of that. "Then perhaps you should have considered that before you opened fire you imbecilic roach!" he roared at him through the comms. It was not often people actually heard Nexus react in noticeable anger. He was a sith and while he used fear and rage in battle, he was a very reserved individual. He was controlled, but this was an unacceptable act of authority, "If they shoot you down it will be no ones fault but your own! Neither I nor my forces will aid you in this battle you started. If you live congratulations, but if you die I suppose Laila shall be taking your place and your revenge shall never come. I am not here to serve your whims boy. You obey me."

He added that last part intentionally to try and infuriate the apprentice, knowing how much he hated Nexus's other student.

Should there be nothing to stop him, Nexus would then waste no time departing from the battle as swiftly as possible with the hyperdrive. Taking the only route left available. While not to his home planet, it'd be away from the battle. And that was all that would matter. He was having no part in this foolishness. If they wanted a space battle, they could do it themselves. He would work as their spymaster and aid in land related issues but he was not going to endanger himself in an unplanned attack.

Location : Eye of the Director (Assimilator- class Star Destroyer)

Directorate Fleet :
  • 7 Assimilator class Star Destroyers
  • 4 Donnager class Star Destroyers
  • 3 Nebulon-A Frigates
  • 2 Quasar-Fire class Carriers
  • 5 Dreadnought MKII Heavy Cruisers

As Maracel’s Ship opened fire on the enemy Cruiser the Cruiser decided to return fire in which Maracel quickly saw as a stupid move. As the Cruiser continued to engage with the enemy , Maracel realized that a few Ships of the Protectorate were disengaging in the standoff. As the rest of the Protectorate Fleet remained on the Defensive , Maracel decided focus on that enemy Cruiser. “Deploy all Tie Heavy Bomber Squadrons and disable that ship. I want Commander Hunter and his Supercommandos on board that ship the moment i gets disabled. "

The Tie Heavy Bombers were then deployed and escorted by Tie Enforcers made their first bombing run severely damaging the enemy cruiser and soon disabling it as the bombing run was soon followed by the Assimilators opening fire on the Cruiser in which could no longer take the sheer amount of firepower it took from the Directorate. With the Cruiser then disabled , Commander Hunter and his Supercommandos entered their Boarding Shuttles and quickly departed for the enemy Cruiser intending to board it and capture the captain of that Ship.

Meanwhile on his ship Maracel send a message to the captain of the enemy Cruiser that he had just diabled. “Attention. This is Maracel Yorkell of the Directorate. Your ship has been disabled and we have a boarding party preparing to neutralize you. Surrender know and we shall show mercy. Resist and you shall be crushed like insects and your ship will be destroyed with all hands on board other than the Captain. I leave it to you to decide your fate.” Maracel knew that with this message the crew of the enemy Cruiser would certainly surrender and that they would quickly submit to the Grayson Imperium.

The Warlord looked out of his ship with excitement, the imbeciles of this invading army had figured to assault this planet after a major victory from the Grayson Imperium. Tobia's armada was not a major threat alone, however, the Imperials were now here. He was still repairing the Imperial Garrison Fleet that he had stolen during the invasion, but they were not ready for combat.

-- Tobias looked anxiously as the enemy started to make their move, and was utterly disappointed when they made their move against the Imperials. The Directorate Fleet was lead by an Imperial Turncoat by the name of [member="Maracel Yorkell II"]. An impeccable man on paper, and a rather colorful resume with every other line redacted or classified. Man had style and friends in places to cover all his nasty little details, nonetheless, Imperitor Grayson would give him access to these files another day.

-- While that was happening, another ship appeared from Hyperspace and again Tobias only wished they would be dumb enough to attack him. However, this ship made the correct move and sided along the Imperiums Directorate Fleet. Deflated and depressed, the Warlord continued to hold on Stand-By, no need to dog pile a fleet of minor inconvenience. The Dracks Dominon Fleet and the Freeworlds Fleet would be of better use just protecting the flank of the Imperial Fleet. It was the Imperials who drew first blood so he did not mind being relegated to a support role. Glory and Fame were for those willing to die, and Tobias had no intention of doing that.

-- For what seemed like even a shorter engagement then given the time to position his fleet, one of the enemy leaders reached out and stated their were renegades within hi fleet. A rather convenient story in times when facing a larger army, but he was still on Stand-By, so nothing to due but wait for the order to attack. He got paid a decent sum with the several Imperial Warships, stolen goods from the rich folk on the Resort Moon, and the credits he was already given. Once he got the order however, well then it was no holds bar against this enemy and ships would be reorganized within his fleet.

-- He radioed over to his Commanding Officer, [member="Cedric Grayson"], "Emperor, give the command to wipe the board, they are already attacking one of your fleets, I just need permission to leave the formation and attack their main force."

The words were simple as Cedric spoke through the comm channel to [member="Tobias Dracks"]. The High Lord had this. "Remove them from the equation High Lord. I've no time for this."

Nexus did not wait for any answer, the moment the engines were ready. He was gone with any forces under his command, not that he actually brought any. He'd only com alongside to join the parts of the Protectorate fleet that were already there. He was gone, into hyperspace through the gap. Whatever forces the Protectorate had for this were on their own, he was not a fleet commander, he ruled his forces and dealt with intelligence and political matters in the protectorate. Not this nonsense. Sure he got involved in combat, but not space related.

This was not his place, so he was not going to take part in it. After this hyperspace jump made mostly just for escape he'd just make another one towards his home planet this time as long as he wasn't followed. No point in wasting time here. He'd deal with this matter later.
