[SIZE=11pt]Description: The Emani [/SIZE][SIZE=11pt]are a tall bipedal organisms, humanoid in appearance with arms and legs, but they are mostly distinct as being hairless and often appearing in different shades of colors, they could almost be associated with both the Nautolan and Twi’lek Species, with the color differentiation and the tentacle-like organs emerging from the head. Unlike the Nautolan species, they possess[/SIZE][SIZE=11pt] irises that are often different with each color. As well as gills that allow the Emani to breathe underwater. They even possess gills which allows them to breathe underwater and are compatable to breed with humanoid species such as Humans, Chiss, and, Twi'leks.[/SIZE]

The eyes of the Emani are also adapted for nocturnal hunting developed as an early survival instinct. As well as different spots that emerge all over his body.[/SIZE]

They hope to resurrect a great civilization that was lost and rarely interact with the other tribes, little is known about them besides a ritual known for body suspension and worshipping Vani the goddess of the Underworld. Hopelessly thinking they will bring back a great land. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]Veri (Blue) The Veri is a tribe that one would say is lost in time, still using old and primitive technology that would come from a more savage time, they are believed to have originated from the Sea, and have lived in the tundra for that purpose. They have often worshipped the goddess Hana, and have stuck to respecting the old ways of their people even so far as to keep most of the traditions, such as the Dance of Sorrows, the Harvest fest of Kala, and The Rite. [SIZE=11pt]Chatari: (Dark Blue) - The Chatari were a tribe that had lived in the Northern Mountains of Andax, often becoming skilled craftsman and architects, they were even believed to have been involved in the construction of the city of Tera. They often worship Yendar for his deep wisdom and knowledge and are responsible for many of the great structures of the Emani. [/SIZE]

Ultraviolet rays: The Emani have the gift of seeing in the dark but put into an environment where there is too much UV rays could destroy the Irises and render them blind. In order to avoid this, they often wear special masks to protect them from higher doses of UV rays.

They often carry a few traditions among them such as the Rite, which is a time when the Emani mature and often go through rituals carried out by the Elder’s[/SIZE][SIZE=11pt] such as trial by combat or of the spirit. The Emani often choose mates by binding minds with their mate forming a telepathic bond that connects with them through life. The Emani are often peaceful but are known for War when provoked through dark times. They often value culture and the art of science as well, often choosing to share or receive knowledge from others when they can. The tribes may often differ as far as belief systems go but all Emani treat each other equally. [/SIZE]

The Emani is a mysterious race rumored to be a distant cousin to Twi'leks and Nautolans and are often believed to have emerged from an unknown system far into the Outer Rim. The Emani once began as a race devoted to technology but a great cataclysm had forced the Emani out into space in 25,000 BBY the race settled on Andax that had been under Rakatan occupation but had abandoned Andax due to the plague that affected them. Thus the Emani had settled on the world, for thousands of years they had endured peace settling on the lush continent of Eros. The Emani had achieved a great civilization of technological wonder and harmony that had lasted for several millennia. This, however, would come to an end in the year 3637 BBY at the height of the conflict between the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic. The two factions facing off above Andax and later on the ground. The Emani were forced to take arms and fight both of the Factions but had then came under attack by the Eternal Empire, which resulted in the forces on Andax to be bombarded from orbit. Eros has resorted to a wasteland, the once fertile land had become one of ash and magma, in the end, The Emani was a broken people and left the barren lands all but a few that had decided to hopelessly remain.
The event to what the Emani would call the Great Fall,l was believed to have been revenge by the gods for their lack of faith. The Emani settled on the sister continent of Varos and had proceeded to spread out to various cities and regions. The Emani was once again at peace expanding into a more traditional and often heavily religious culture by 2000 BBY. Remaining in isolation and living their peaceful way of life till they had encountered the Chiss in 250 BBY despite them on a brink of War, the Emani and the Chiss had reluctantly accepted friendship and had allowed the Chiss to live on Andax in harmony. Thanks to the Chiss's knowledge of Technology, the Emani had slowly crawled back to their roots as a technologically based society starting to be able to touch the Galaxy by 100 BBY. The Emani was mostly seen in the Outer Rim and later on would be found by the Galactic Republic, The Emani through their skilled diplomats were able to be accepted into the Senate by 80 BBY.
The Emani had enjoyed a tremendous wealth gaining technology from the Republic and had largely kept to themselves staying out of the corruption of the Senate, knowing that Isolation was always the best way. The Emani was able to stay out of the Clone Wars that followed in 22 BBY and by 19 BBY had successfully, peacefully transitioned into the Age of the Empire. Unfortunately, the Emani's peace would not last occupied by the Empire and worked harshly for their Doomium and other metals for the Empire's growing War Machine. In 1 BBY the Emani was able to pull an uprising thanks to Jedi Padawan Kira Harik who had sacrificed her life against Darth Vader so that the Emani could free themselves from the Empire with the help of Clone Wars era tech. The Emani had remained out of the Galactic Civil War until 5 ABY when a fleet led by Admiral Galen Killion on the run since Jakku crashed on Andax. The Emani and Killion's forces fought a fierce battle before reluctantly coming to a truce. Killion had set up a settlement in the ruins of the Star Destroyer Justicar, before being moved to the Emani cities where the Emani and Imperials started living as equals.
This would change in 29 ABY when the First Order emerging from the Unknown Regions, had found Andax and colonized it. subjugation the Emani, The Emani would brutally be under the First Order's control until 34 ABY when the First Order had collapsed, the Emani and Imperials decided to work together knowing that nothing good would come out of more pain. They decided to establish the United Republic of Andax. Striving for equality and for the equal right to happiness and progression for all of Civilization, even accepting refugees into their society such as the Yuuzhan Vong, this era of peace and prosperity this would last until 426 ABY, when the Emani's connection to the Galaxy had brought the Gulag Plague to them, going through a mass state of dying and had sent the Emani technologically back decades as by 455 ABY by the time the Gulag Plague had ended on Andax. The United Republic had all but collapsed. The Emani had started to go back to being a simple society once more until finally emerging in 700 ABY with the Humans and Emani establishing the United Republic of Andax. The Emani grew out of their short primitive state and slowly reconnecting with the Galaxy, they had started to regain the technology to travel the stars, and restore civilization to its former state. The United Republic undergoing instability in 800 ABY The Emani who had supported Military leader Arsian Bardack overthrown the leaders of the Republic and established the United Imperium of Andax, an authoritarian regime influenced by the Empire and the First Order. The Emani as of 852 ABY are able to travel outside of Andax and are able to mingle with the rest of the Galaxy, but are rarely seen outside of Andax.
