HISTORY

Born to unknown parents aboard a refugee fleet fleeing a cataclysm, he was taken by a Dark Side cult at an early age. Raised among the cultists, he grew to maturity and learned to utilize his gifts and talents.

As a young acolyte he excelled in his lessons, outstripping his peers and gaining recognition of the order's senior masters. With further one on one training he progressed quickly to master each of the disciplines, and was inducted into the order as a full member before he'd reached his eighteenth year, a rare and unique privilege.

Starting his journey down the dark path, the young Siniteen worked hard, pushing his mind and body along with his Force talents. This brought him attention, good and bad, and in time, he made enemies. Hate and revenge became friends, and he embraced the Dark Side of the Force as a partner.

Time brought a kind of wisdom, with it came cynicism and, in its way contempt. Not for the Dark Side, but of the teachings that he felt failed to grasp the scope and majesty of the Force. With growing confidence in his own power, he took on the challenge of testing himself against the very Masters who had brought him up to their level.

Arguments led to threats, which finally erupted into violence. To the chagrin and surprise of some, the most foolish, the young Lord had grown into a formidable threat. When threats failed, for he did not fear any of them, or combined, they tried bribery. That did not avail them, for what could they offer him that he could not take. Finally they tried pleading and begging, but by then, he could offer no mercy.

Resolved never again to submit himself to a mere individual being, reborn into his role that he saw as greater than a Sith, he entitled himself Archlord, and went about into the galaxy. He took on and trained apprentices, some of whom survived, and fewer still were not later disposed of.

Dryas beheld the full might and power of the Dark Side, and had taken it into himself, trusting to the Force in a way few dared to do. In the way that the Jedi claimed to do, but never truly surrendered themselves, he had stepped over the line from a man into what he saw as a truly Forceful being, an avatar of the Dark Side itself.
