Gwyn once again was touched. She smiled genuinely, blinking and looking away as she breathed, "I love you too!"
Gwyn reached out from over the table, subtly chosing to extend her left hand. She hoped he would take it. Meanwhile, a waiter stepped out and spoke. He looked and sounded dead inside, despite his best efforts.
"Greetings, what shall I be serving for you this fine day?"
