APPEARANCE: Fair skinned, tall with a lean muscular frame with medium length jet black hair tied into braids. Wears the traditional Ubese Raider armour so he doesn't show his true self.
BIOGRAPHY:
Diocletian was born on Uba VI and was one of the surviving 8 children of Hera and Helios (They took multiplying literally). His upbringing was not anything extraordinary by any means even though losing his right eye to infection as an infant was a mildly interesting anecdote from his youth. Soon as he reached his late childhood/early teens he was selected for the customary trials of his people, which he passed. By this time, he started showing a very violent streak that he indulged regularly, usually by outright killing both animals and other Ubese in gruesome ways such as evisceration. He also collected trophies from those kills, these are usually skull pieces and/or fingers and then he’ll leave the body for the scavengers of the wastes to dispose of.
Soon he looked to Bounty Hunting as he felt staying put would hinder him, he left without much of a fuss, to pursue a career in Assassination and Bounty Hunting, during the clone wars Diocletian worked for whoever had the deepest pockets. A few years into his career he would end up meeting the most dynamic, eccentric and utterly crazy Human named Lee B’arrs who would be a thorn in the side turned companion. It started when Lee B’arrs began to investigate several gruesome incidents that occurred in the last several Standard Months on Naboo, his boss was convinced it was a gang hit gone wrong, Lee, on the other hand, was not convinced, he noticed Diocletian skulking around the area and Lee became suspicious that all this was caused by one person. Lee began to tail him and find out more, which led to several nasty yet brief encounters between the two of them across the Mid Rim.
Their nastiest encounter to date started with the usual cat and mouse game which escalated in the humid forests of an unknown planet which after days of being both hunter and prey they both faced off after a short chase through the undergrowth, Diocletian was caught off guard by Lee’s small stature. Both fought first with blasters then they began a violent physical fight that lasted for several minutes in a muddy ravine.
Diocletian looked over to the battered human across from him his original plan was to kill Lee during their altercation but the Human’s tenacity and surprising abilities for hand to hand were indeed unexpected which made the Ubese change plans. He decided to bring the small Human back to his ship, as it was getting dark, and he hurt all over. Scrapes and cracked ribs for both although Lee came off slightly worse.
After several days of terse and uncomfortable proximity together they thawed and were more civil to each other. Which helped greatly as they were in no shape to pick fights. The more they spent time together the closer they felt. Admittedly there were a few hiccups when after a few weeks of being stuck Diocletian told Lee candidly about what he does and what he did as if he was talking about the weather without a shred of conscience or remorse. To his utter surprise, Lee was not fazed, a little sick but ultimately unfazed.
Diocletian had to take Lee with him when he left as there is nothing worthwhile in the middle of nowhere and besides, he couldn’t leave without his newfound companion as he had grown attached to the green-haired stubborn thorn in the side, it was explicable!
But Bounties stop for no man or men in this case.

EQUIPMENT:
- Helmet: Diocletian’s helmet was of a modified traditional Ubese model. The helmet was equipped with the necessary breathing apparatus, situated in the helmet's "muzzle". Other modifications included an Artificial right side visual field for depth perception and negating the right-hand blind spot., Audio Pickup, Vision-Plus Scanner, Targeting Laser, Broadband Antenna, and Speech Scrambler.
- The Armour about the neck and shoulder area was sturdier and offered more protection than the cloth would.
- Gloves: Diocletian’s gloves were traditional Ubese Armour gloves.
- Bandolier with compartments for spare ammunition, repair tools, spare parts, extra food rations and a large pouch designed to hold his grisly trophies. An Ubese clan belt clasp was also attached to the Bandolier bearing the insignia of the Kahmen’’a Clan.
- Cortosis coated Scimitar, a curved variant of the Vibrosword, most effective in close quarters combat or an effective kill strike, usually clipped to the belt. {link}
- Model 38 sharpshooter's rifle is used when blasters are not effective. Diocletian uses this rifle for most of his Assassination tasks. A scope can be attached when necessary.
- DH-17 blaster pistol is a smaller blaster that can be concealed for those trickier situations.
