The top bar is all broken up, subforums names are taking up way more space... I conntrl-'d it and then things seemed normal, except that the text got too small in threads to be readable

Text size didn't change. I'd check your browser magnification. Perhaps refresh after clearing your cache?

Top bar will break often if you resize after loading the website... It tries to be responsive, but it's code is archaic.
Try holding CTRL key then scrolling your mouse wheel.

I DID notice that the smallest text is now no longer very small at all (It used to be tiny as all hell but still readable) but I doubt that has anything to do with what you mean.

@[member="Akala"] That was the first thing I checked. Sadly, no bueno. I need to really shrink the board to see the top bar in a single line, after which reading posts is hard on my eyes.

Yeah... about that. @[member="Nessarose deWinter"], switch themes and see if it keeps happening?
Because I've had that problem on the Heroes/Blue theme and I've just been switching to other themes... Which seems to solve the problem for my eyes but I don't go back to check if Blue is still off...
