Destroying one? You would have to ask the site admins and they generally don't comply. They like their planets whole.

Unless you are a creator of a custom world, i think there was some clause for that somewhere.

One of the nice things they did add is the Non-Canon tag where you can pretty much go nuts. It won't have any affect on the site's planetary map. I have never used it but have thought about it on a couple of occasions.
