DESCRIPTION
An useful way to help others, either by taking enemies down or by getting patients up. This is the result of that idea, a hybrid creation between a brass knuckles and a defibrillator with a handy wheel to control the power behind the charge. To prevent it from being abused by using 'Defibrillator Mode' in combat, it was given a short delay with an audible defibrillator-like noise as it charges up. Combat Mode, however, is silent up to the point some poor soul takes a punch. But then, nothing stops the one wielding this from throwing a single, powerful punch with a charge far stronger than common defibrillators.

The recipe classifies it as a 'Multi-use healing tool'.
