No bombardment of civilian positions unless given express permission by high command. No scorched earth situations without the express permission of high command. No executions of POW's. All foes will be given mercy and be dealt with in honorable means. No Xenocide or Genocide.

Well some of the Imperial are xenophobic. My character is tolerate of xenos and is very much human centric. However our 181st squadron has a xenos as a pilot. In my eyes OOC the more the merrier. The Imperial identity is guided by the emperor's will, however the citizens are those who define and shape the actions with which the empire takes.
