I think the only reason none of my alts have specific posted bounties is because I haven't done anything to seriously piss off any major factions.

Who's in control of Hapes? I might steal something for the hell of it.

I've solicited 2 private bounties this year and both times the Hunter's who signed up to the chase flaked out on me in less than a week. Nary a PM sent to their quarry either. I was so disappointed by their lack of effort that I've never bothered to solicit one again.
