The members of DDSI's Corporate Security are ex-military personnel who were mostly recruited after their first term of service in their respective militaries. This allows DDSI to get individuals who already know how to operate weapons and vehicles, and limits the amount of additional training the corporation must provide. Still, new recruits are tasked to job-shadow with experienced members for six weeks so that they acclimate to DDSI policy, equipment, and personnel.
