DESCRIPTION
The Dawnstar Reliquary is one of Centerra's highest military relics, a sacred command diadem worn by Sunfire Legion leaders in battle. Only a small handful exist, each crafted by Sunstar priests, sanctified artificers, and approved Arcanists.
At its brow rests a radiant dawnstar crystal. When sworn Legionnaires who accepted the Dawnstar rite fall within its command radius, their souls are drawn into the Reliquary and added to its sacred host. Their courage, Duty, memory, and Light empower the worthy commander who wears it.
The Reliquary strengthens resolve, endurance, pain tolerance, battlefield awareness, and Light-aligned command presence. It can help steady nearby troops, resist fear, and hold a broken line beneath the Sunfire banner.
The Dawnstar is loyal to the Light. A corrupted bearer, darksider, oathbreaker, or malicious wielder is met with searing golden-white heat from the inner band. To the worthy, it is a halo of command. To the unworthy, it is a brand.
Every Sunfire Legionnaire knows the oath: should they fall beneath the banner, their soul belongs to the Light, but their last courage belongs to Centerra.
