- Personality: Dawaara has always know war. From the day he was born he has been a warrior and has fought his entire life to keep his clan and family alive. Like most wookiees he will fight with grand determination to keep those he cares about safe, or simply protect his territory. Though he has a tendency to be stubborn, shortsighted and confident those traits can also play well in his favor. The trait he is known best for is his durability.
- Weapon of Choice: Dawaara's preferred weapon is the Wookiee Bowcaster.
- Combat Function: Dawaara is a tank wielding a powerful bowcastser and immense strength. His purpose in combat is to protect Dinah from harm and to push back enemies using his dauntless stamina and resolve.
+ Better with age: At three hundred and forty three years old, Dawaara is approaching the average extent of his species age range. With this, however, comes an immense amount of experience in all things he has practiced in his four centuries of life.
+ No fear: Dawaara has seen many things in his lifetime. Four centuries is no ordinary feat for most species in the galaxy and he shows such in his inability to be frightened by most anything.
- It's the hair: Due to his body being covered completely in hair, like most wookiees, Dawaara prefers not to wear armor into combat. This poses the problem that should he be attacked there is little chance that the injury sustained will be challenging to diminish or ignore.
- Fire danger: On another note of his body hair, Dawaara is susceptible to high temperature environments and his hair catching on fire. He does not fear fire, but should an enemy use fire as a weapon there is little in the way of defense against it.
- Stealth fail: Due to being eight feet two inches tall and covered in silver hair it is certainly not difficult to spot him unless you're on the planet of Hoth. Cammoflage is not his strong suit.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
From the day he was born Dawaara was destined to be a warrior. Like the others of his clan among the wookiee society with a talent for combat, he and the other males of his family became hunters, often venturing to the depths of the planet Kashyyyk. While very little in the way of challenging or sad occurred during his childhood and youth, for at least two hundred years the wookiee Dawaara experienced the various forms of alien kindness and cruelty. Whether it was Trandoshan slavers, Mandalorian warriors, Sith or Jedi Force adepts or the armies of the various political factions Dawaara had come to learn the nature of their ways in ways he often felt he would have preferred to avoid.
His first life debt was to the warrior Kyle Ajahn, a warrior that saved his life from a band of Trandoshans. The life debt was fulfilled not but a few years later when Dawaara rescued Kyle from a near-death experience at the hands of a so-called Ren at the fringes of First Order space. Caring little for becoming involved in the affairs of an order like the First Order, Dawaara sought the underworld of the galaxy and to return home. Only to meet the young Dinah some time after her mentor had disappeared from the known galaxy. Once again caught in a questionably difficult situation, the wookiee established another life debt with the young woman. And though it was cleared near his age of four hundred and thirty five, he continued to stand by the young Force sensitive smuggler.
