BIOGRAPHY:
A former Jedi, Lucas Ocar began to see the power that the Dark Side to save one he loved dearly, but was defeated by his master, Eslo Anderson and his neural deterioration went to such a degree that he was just a shell and can only function in certain environments, Hoth is one of the few Environments suitable for him. He now lives in a menacing suit which is he's only means of doing anything anymore.
