He has no skill with a lightsabre anymore and generally refuses to use it. His Force powers focus on hiding or causing pain not killing. Even if he was his powers in terms of killing are at acolyte levels due to him not needing to use it.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Death of Souls also known as Darth Riotous has no past known of before The Family. Well none beyond when he was found by Vork who was searching a area finding the man stuck in a cave half mad and staved. Vork gave the man food and offered him a place among The Family. He very quickly proved himself to be a very useful asset in terms of Torture and inflicting pain.
Soon after Vork set up his base Darth Riotous decided to join the Lizard feeling a kinship with the Lizard Knight and feeling his power. As he did so he made sure he presence was unknown beyond Vork or anyone Vork chooses for him to work with. He makes sure everyone within The Family in line even if The Donna doesn't know it.
