    • Orbital Period: 156 days.
    • Halcyon Nebula.
  • Location: The Shiraya Expanse.
  • Major Imports: N/A.
  • Major Exports: N/A.
  • Unexploited Resources:
    • Forestation & Agricultural Prospects:The Greenlands, grassy plains and vast forests of Cyreus Prime have been left untouched by sentient life for an untold number of years, to the extent that all nature has flourished. Where these resources could be put to good use, there are no words to accurately describe this world's beauty.
      • Gaunt: The Gaunt is a bovine creature that can be farmed for its milk, meat and hides. Like many other types of cattle, they could be raised and reared, used for food supplements or hides for leather crafting such as clothes and material resources etc.
    • Mineral Resources:
      • Kyberite: There are natural formations of Kyberite within the cave systems of Cyreus Prime, from which Kyber Crystals are formed from. This is another example of an untapped resource, arguably more sought after than other minerals.
      • Durelium: Usually obtained through the mining of Asteroid fields, the Asteroid Belt around Cyreus Prime contains a large quantity of Durelium that has yet to be discovered. Durelium is often used in the construction of Starship Hyperdrives.
      • Aurodium: Often used as a form of currency in the Outer Rim Systems, Aurodium is one of the more notable minerals/ores that may be found within Cyreus Prime's mountainous regions and deep underground.
      • Phrik: Often sought after for its highly durable yet lightweight qualities, Phrik is a minable mineral resource found within the depths of Cyreus Prime's surface. This is most easily obtained through the potential mining of cave systems.
    • Land/Real Estate: As Cyreus Prime is an uninhabited World, there is land aplenty. Providing one can tolerate the wildlife, the vast plains are ripe for claiming, as long as you have the credits and resources to settle there.
    • Ocean Resources: The vast oceans are full of life and sport incredible depths worthy of exploration. Fishing provides great potential for nutrition, beaches provide leisurely relaxation and exercise, and across endless waves is the opportunity for flotilla like expansion, an alternative to land-based living.
    • Flourishing Wildlife: Cyreus Primehas been left for centuries to flourish in natural splendour. Venturing upon this wild world will however expose all of the beauty as well as the dangers of the ecosystem. Herbivores and carnivorous creatures roam the lands and seas providing hunting opportunities, but also great risk should you find yourself caught unprepared to defend yourself against the worlds more fearsome beasts.
    • Ancient Ruins/Artifacts:Despite Cyreus Prime's complete isolation from Galactic Society today, the world possesses remnants of an ancient civilization that had once existed there before. Scattered across the numerous biomes are a number of ruins, not easily found or identified, yet all pertaining to a culture no longer present and unlike any documented architecture on record.
      • Ancient Catacombs: In certain area's if one is lucky enough, a number of cave systems can be found that appear to have been formed out of sentient design as opposed to those formed naturally. These Catacombs are often hidden tunnels with a unique purpose such as traversing beyond a mountain pass with considerable ease, rather than ascending the terrain above ground. These tunnels consist of unnaturally smooth surfaces, a height of approximately eight feet and are perfect for single-file exploration.

POPULATION:

  • Native Species: Vahn'Aesir.
  • Immigrated Species: N/A.
  • Population: Extinct.
  • Demographics: N/A.
  • Primary Languages: Cyrihan.
  • Culture:
Thus far there are no records to document any history regarding the ancient inhabitants of this world, other than what might be found hidden upon the world itself. It is however possible that, should one be brave enough to explore, a skilled adventurer or scholar may come to the conclusion that the Vahn'Aesir was a widely spiritual people as illustrated upon various walls of hidden underground catacombs, or within decayed texts, long since lost to the annals of history.
Though the native tongue is a language no longer utilized within known space, these illustrations hint at the possibility of the Vahn'Aesir being capable Force Users, or at the very least having some among their population. Despite society today believing the Force to consist of two alignments however, there appears to be little to indicate that this long lost race of peoples held any similar views, and rather praised the Force as some kind of spiritual connection; perhaps even a deity of some sort. This may be open to personal interpretation between adventurers and explorers, should such things ever be uncovered. What is a fact however is that the Vahn'Aesir are long gone, and what remains is all but fragments of a wondrous past.

GOVERNMENT & ECONOMY:

  • Government: This Planet is uninhabited at the time of this submission's creation.
  • Affiliation: The Ascendancy.
  • Wealth: At this time, there is no established financial economy on Cyreus Prime, nor resources being utilized.
  • Stability: In the absence of government and law, this world is entirely wild and holds no civilized stability to cater to civilian life without enduring great hardships.
  • Freedom & Oppression: For those who brave the wilds, a free and lawless world awaits to be tamed. Here, there are no restrictions of government legislation, no ownership rights nor any land mapped by the known verse. Freedom here is absolute, and with such vast freedom, also comes the possibility for crime to go unpunished without an authoritarian presence in place. This is the wild west of known Space.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION:

Centuries ago, Cyreus Prime was once known as Cyrihan'ethira by its native inhabitants, the Vahn'Aesir; A deeply spiritual people whose everyday living was interwoven with a deep love and respect of the natural world. Similar in appearance to the more commonly known Sephi people, the Vahn'Aesir was an introverted civilization who did not seek to expand beyond their planet, but instead devote themselves to their spiritual connection of the Force, that of which they perceived to be the cycle of life and death on their homeworld, nature and the splendour afforded to them by the abundance of natural resources.

What remains of the Cyrihan'ethira today is all but ruins scattered throughout the planet, found in the depths of ravines, the oceans and the inner workings of the planet's surface where deep caves delve far below the land. Remnants of their ancient dialect may be discovered by those determined to explore and study the lost history of the world's long-extinct civilization, and those with a scientific mind may yet determine the cause of their disappearance.

Murals, many of which are faded or lost entirely, may yet depict images of an ancient war between the Cyrihan'ethira; unbeknownst to galactic civilization today, rival casts that caused a schism down the highly spiritual race with themes of light and darkness, good and evil etched into the walls of the decrepit remains. These images and lost architecture would tell of an ancient war that was so devastating, it not only caused the extinction of the Cyrihan'ethira, but also created the Force Nexus that exists around the planet today.

Overall, this is a lovely sub. Nice detail, especially on Unexploited Resources! Just one question before I approve this. I'm confused by the name of the planet versus the name of the system. The planet's name is Cyreus Prime, but the system's name is Sevron-Ivax system.

Systems are usually named either after the main planet in them or the system's star, and planets with "Prime" in their name generally indicate that they are the first (or largest) planet in orbit around a star of the same name. For example, Raxus Prime is in the Raxus system, so named because it orbits the star Raxus. Hosnian Prime follows pretty much the same pattern, as does Numidian Prime.

So I'm confused where the name Sevron-Ivax is coming from. There's no mention of it anywhere else in the submission. Is it the name of the system's star (stars?), or is the star named Cyreus? Why does the system have this name? This is not a rules violation and I will accept the submission without changes if you want, but it is outside the usual Star Wars naming patterns, so I thought I'd bring it up and ask.

Thank you for the feedback, that was very helpful. I hadn't considered changing the system name until now, and have done so to accommodate Cyreus Prime. Hopefully this will make more sense for those who choose to use the Submission/Planet :)
