Crunch Time

Since I failed to put a poll in the last thread, here's one now.

As I see it we have 3 options:

1. Invade One Sith
2. Invade Sith Triumvirate
3. Do more Dominions

Personally I think it's time to make a strike at the Sith Triumvirate whilst the One Sith are distracted by the GA.

An invasion now would negate their coming Dominion and put us in a strong place to threaten their capital.

Doing more Dominions is fine, but at one stage we need to show that we are not to be trifled with, if only so we can continue to operate in peace.

However, I leave this vote to the community to decide. Once it is decided (I'll leave it open a week) we can then go from there about targets for whatever is chosen.

I went other because I would want a both option. Plan a dominion and have an invasion as well. We can use dominions to progress and shore up while invading or getting into range of planets with value besides just the capital.

We have some great writers we could easily multi task and dominions do not have time limits aside from "try to get it done before the next map update" which could be tomorrow or a month from now.

Hmm well I'd say go invasion of the tri with some good fairly balanced objectives on each side for set pieces to make the storyline

I honestly have no idea what these 'new' Invasion will even look like. So I can't rightly vote on anything to be sure. In the past I could vote for war and then drop Karen on as many people's heads as I could find. Crushing skulls and wading through an endless river of 'OMG' PMs from their traumatized writers.

A Tier 3 of Kessel, or close the gap between Ossus and Iego to give ourselves more of a buffer should someone push toward Voss.

If there are to be Invasions? Then I shall be joining as Noah from now on. Truth. It's time to see if I have the writing skills to stop relying on Force Powers and lol-dodging as a PewPew crutch. (Might have to browse your armory more often too!)

Invade either would be fine so I just put in One Sith, since they are the bigger of the two on the Galaxy map.

I voted invade Sith Triumvirate. And why?

1. The obvious location of their faction on the map
2. It would put the galaxy in a duel war against the Sith. GA/OS at a similar time as SSC vs. ST

I voted for ST, but to be honest OS would be good too. happy to go with what the people want.

Map isn't big enough for me to see at the moment, so I can't see what planets ST has or the hex they're moving into with their dominion.

That said, we invade, we tentacle more and extend beyond our new fortress world. I know some of you enjoy tentacles, no comment on that, but we all know it's an easy way to lose all the effort put into an area. So to me, it depends on the gains. Would it be worth the possibility of a cut by the OS?
